1st time trying it I got the jr whataburger onion rings and fries and my husband got the patty melt. We enjoyed both. Shoutout to Paige she was such a sweet cashier she made our first experience here a great one! She was really kind and helpful very friendly thanks Paige :)

On a rating compared to other Whataburgers this place is a 2. I rarely stop inside to eat at a location, but we felt like a burger before we went in to Costco. They were out of unsweetened ice team and their team said it was being made. 15 minutes later no tea so the kid behind the register finally got some from the drive-thru drink area. My burger came out warm the fries were also barely warm. The seats and tables were all filthy. We tried to sit in multiple location, but there was ketchup and salt on a few different seats. I will not be back to this location any time soon. I would suggest just grabbing a slice of pizza or chicken bake from Costco.

Friday, 3/29/2024 - We decided to try Whataburger since we've never heard of them before. They have them here in Arizona. Restaurant address is13730 N Sarival Ave, Surprise, AZ 85388There is a drive thru window. Located next to Costco. Upon arrival....Pros1) plenty of parking2) typical fast food restaurant and setting. 3) fountain drinks is on the left side of the cashier table. You can fill your own drinks.4) staffs were very nice. Our cashier was very smiley and nice. 5) clean. I saw one of the staff cleaning the restaurant, sweeping and making sure the tables were clean. He even asked us is we liked our foods. 6) I got the Avacdao Bacon Burger for $7.00 (a-la-cart) and a cheese burger meal. Both weren't bad. They were good. Typical burger and fries tasting like most places. Cons1) water had a fountain fizzy (but it wasn't fizzy) taste. I danked it anyways. Conclusion Burgers and fries were typical. Nothing special. But I love that the restaurant was clean, the staffs were nice and friendly, and it didn't take long to get our foods. My bread was toasted nicely. Fries were a little on the drier side. Plenty of parking. Fountain drink area wasn't dirty or sticky. Cool restaurant.

Second time here and honestly probably the last. We decided to stop in the drive thru to pick up some food to take home because everyone was starving. The line was long, but with two lanes we thought it would go fairly quick. Were we wrong. Not only did it take well over 20 minutes to get our food ( had us pull over and park) ;it was all cold when we went to eat it. The fries were soggy and m couldn't eat the burger I ordered. Best part of my dinner was the soda. For the price and the "fast food" I'd of hoped for decent atleast.

We're from out of state, so this was only our second Whataburger experience. I downloaded the app, which got me a free burger (wait a while for the email - or maybe you have to do a purchase first?) I ordered online, but our food was not ready at the quoted time. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes or more after the quoted time.I had a honey butter chicken biscuit (good, but not really much of a honey flavor and nothing life-changing) and a regular Whataburger. The burger was nice for fast food, and seemed healthier than most places, but it's definitely nothing compared to In-n-Out - but maybe that's because there's no special sauce in it. We also ordered a side of hash browns for the kids; it ended up being just 4 little ones. Anyway, all around everything was okay - nothing too memorable, and probably not a place we would intentionally go back to on a trip to the area, but only if we happen to be nearby. I did appreciate the online order process. It was very clear on how to do customizations for each part of the burger!

I drove 330 miles from El Cajon CA to surprise. You know I had to get some Whataburger. I love Whataburger and would've given this spot 5 stars but the fries weren't fresh. The double cheeseburger was on point I should've said no mustard but still yummy. My homie ordered the bacon cheeseburger. He enjoyed it too.The new building looks super fancy. Very modern and clean. The service was awesome! Jorge was super friendly and took care of us!I'll head back before I head home!

Whata crazy long time to get your food is what I think. Whata is wrong with people to keep coming back to a fast food place that takes over 20 minutes to get your order to you. I don't think this place sells a good hamburger either. Won't be back .

Nothing is more annoying then when someone proudly proclaims that whataburger is better than In-N-Out burger. NOPE!What defines whataburger are their bigger burgers, great condiments (Love their mustard) and better overall quality when compared to chains like Jack in the Box and Carl's Jr. I would prefer whataburger to those places, but it's definitely a peg lower than Culver's and 2 pegs lower than In-N-Out.- Chicken tenders are put in a cool looking box. They taste pretty good too.- You can buy whataburger condiments at stores like Walmart in states that have whataburger.

manager- carla was a complete unprofessional hamburger worker. our order was wrong and we had called, Zach the manager said to come back and get the corrected order- went back and Carla- told us that we had to have the food in hand... after an hour and 3 trips Carla was very rude and wouldnt replace the food but did infact give us a refund. worst experience ever!!!! very unprofessional at handling their mistake!!!!

This is the same review I left on the Bell Road store. Great cheeseburger and fries. The grilled chicken, apple salad is crazy good, did not expect that! Will go back and both stores accept Apple Pay now.
