My all time favorite vape shop to go. They always have deals and I always use the app fivestars and gain points every time I purchase something.

World class service and products. The one thing I miss about moving out of north phoenix is this vape shop and its employees.

Everytime I come here, the employees are super nice. They have no problem helping me find a flavor I will like and allowing me to try multiple flavors. The selection is huge so the chances of finding the perfect flavor for any mood is high. Vaping is now about 20 buck a bottle or more anywhere you go so that bits, but they have a rewards program which is always helpful.

Any specials will of course be on low quality items that break, and they won't accept returns. Unless you wanna haggle with them.Shady and more shady. I can't wait until they realize that you can't just have a bunch of money and open a shop, then treat people like you're somehow better than they are. I predict them broke in 6 months. You have competition, and they dont RIP PEOPlE OFF!

This is the only vape shop I will go to!! As a female, going to a vape shop can be a bit intimidating at first, especially when I was new to vaping and really had no idea what I was looking for or needed. My very first encounter was back in 2018 when I quit smoking cold turkey due to moving into a smoke free community. The owner Alex was there and he made me feel so comfortable and wasn't sleazy (hey, I'm just keeping it real lol )! He showed me all of their mods and made sure to ask how often I had smoked. At the time I purchased a cheap vape and Alex was supportive of it because he knew I was new to the whole "vaping" thing and just needed something to get me by. He told me once I wanted something better to come back (ha ha!!!) And of course I did!! I'm now a regular (pre Coronavirus) and really enjoy coming to the shop to purchase my "supplies"....vape juice and coils...oh my!! But in all seriousness all of the guys....Sam...Angel...exhibit excellent customer service and make you feel like family after you've been there a few times. I miss my talks with "the boys" Hope everyone is staying safe and keep this shop in business! They % deserve it!!

Best shop I've been to and why I keep coming back. The selection of everything is good and the staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Fivestars deals are usually pretty good as well.

I really like this vape store, the employees always have relevant advice on products you are considering buying and recommendations and explanations of the different products in their selection. Good store for someone just starting out if you just need to know options and get help.

I went here for the first time the other day and got a large bottle of one if their house juices. It's an amazing flavor and I love it. The only thing that bothers me is the dropper. It's very messy and leaks when transferring so I am wasting a lot of juice.

My girlfriend and I have been vaping for years and we've been to tons of shops all over town. The reviews on this place don't lie. Friendly staff, maybe the biggest selection I've ever seen, and they really took their the time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Just for good measure they even slipped us some extra Five Star points. We will be back to this place for sure, and we pass 5 other vape shops on the way there. Very happy we found this place.

I've been a loyal customer since June of 2016 and I've spent a lot of $$$....then I had to move out of state so when I came down from Reno I went straight there. Because I liked the service. So instead of buying new batteries and some Mona Lisa I purchased a new mod. Bought the Devilkin. First I was told 1 price and charged $20's more than 4 other shops, and because I had to get on the road which I shouldn't have mentioned. The mod was "shotty"....the top mouth piece kept falling out and takes a bit of force to get it to lock on the supposed locking "Prince filler" cover for the juice. The body has a loose end that clicks when I squeeze it. I knew I should've got an unopened box but I trusted the Main Man and I'm very disappointed and my fault for being loyal. Never buy a display even if it's the color you want!!!.....and the last one. gee thanks Union Hills Vape for looking out for a loyal customer. That's had friends purchase Mona Lisa and ship it to me. Never again. I don't recommend them anymore.
