Taqueria Tepehuaje

I ordered three tacos de asada, to be honest they were not as good as I hoped that they would be. People in other reviews were saying that they were authentic, but after tasting these compared to other tacos I've had I was pretty disappointed. It was heavily coated in oil between the layers of corn tortilla and even under the tacos themselves. I'm a local to the area and always passes the area and thought to give it a try but don't think I would be coming back here. They gave cucumber and lemons which was nice, I ate them with salt and pepper.

Food is just ok, the beans and meet are really dry.

If you're looking for authentic food, come here! You won't regret it! I recommend the Vampiro de Carne Asada or torta. I personally don't like their tacos but they are known for them. I also love the green and red salsa!!! Soak your tacos with the salsa! Grab yourself some cucumbers and lemons on the side while you're waiting for your food to be ready. ;) plus, the tacos and vampiros are $2 each.

I really wasn't sure about pulling over to have some real street tacos but I couldn't have been happier that we did! We had a torta de carne asada, Taco de Tripp's & a burrito de carne asada. Everything was good! They pay attention to details here...the bread for the torta was smothered in butter and toasted so perfectly! The tripas were nice and crispy, just the way I like them. I will be back & I highly recommend that everyone try this place!

Great service, cheap taco, and lot of parking space. Very chill and the food itself is great. Be aware of what you order though because you might not like what you tried lol. Overall a very nice place to go to when everything is close.

Real el pastor meat. Tacos, quesadillas burritos vampires, they have out all. Outside dining. Is the real deal.

One time I found a little bug on my food and today me and my cousin ordered 4 qeusabirrias and charged us 24$ and we gave them 40$ and the waiters only gave us 6 dollars back and they said it was 34$ I feel like they're lying because me and my Cousin heard really clear that she said 24$ and we came back to ask because they didn't give us the other money and they said it was 34$.

A++. I Just moved to the area and this was the first place I went to for tacos. This is definitely my new spot. The alPastor was absolutely delicious. As well as the tacos de cabeza. My wife got a quesadilla with carne asada and tripe... and as picky as she is- when I checked to see how much she had left so I could get a bite, it was already devoured :):) The woman back there cooking is like the Mexican mother I never had!! You can tell she cooks with love. I can't wait to eat here again!!

The place to go for tacos!! You can get four tacos and a drink for $10 even. Están bien ricos!!!
