Tacos Los Vales

Came in for Dodgers spring training and needed some food after the game. My buddies and I saw this place in a huge empty parking lot and decided to visit. Asada tacos were good but don't sleep on the chicharrón tacos + the well stocked taco bar! *we liked this spot so much on Saturday that we came back on Sunday my buddies got more tacos but this time I ordered the white menudo and it was a solid 9/10 (since my wife owns the 9.5 spot and my suegra owns the 10). Super weird that they serve the menudo with grilled bread instead of tortillas but it totally works*Bookmarking this spot for next time we're in town!

This is about my third time here, the tacos de cabeza are very good also the carne asada tacos are good, not the best in Phoenix but good, the aguas frescas are good not to sweet just how I like them.

These guys are great! The food is delicious. The vibe is super chill. Their salsa bar is off the chain. I've already gone there twice in the past seven days. I can't get enough of the Chicharron in salsa Verde, as well as the Carne Asada Vampiro.

Cute, clean, fast, and tasty!I was in the area and minutes from hitting hangry so stopped for some tacos. The restaurant is really cute with plenty of seating. I didn't want to grab a photo as it was busy with people eating -- a great sign for almost 3pm on a Sunday!I got 2 carne asade tacos and added guac salsa and pico at the loaded salsa bar. I will definitely try all the salsas next time!The tacos were great and fast! They also have birria tacos and consomme, quesadillas in 2 sizes, and you can choose flour or corn tortillas on most items. Definitely worth stopping in! In fact, as we were walking up and discussing checking it out, a guy walking by told us it was great!

Oh man..this place is soooooooo good! Was craving some Mexican food and stopped here to give it a try since it was one of the only places open. So glad I did because I will def be back. My fiancé and I split the carne burro with melted cheese on top, carne nachos and a horchata. The carne is so fresh and deliciously cooked. They give you grilled jalapeño and onions with your order and they were the perfect addition. The burro with cheese on top was seriously out of this world good. Loved all the options at the salsa bar. Horchata was fresh and creamy, def not your typical watered down generic crap you get from most taco shops. I was very impressed with this place and will def be recommending to others. Yuuummmmy!

Food was delicious. They had a salsa bar. The Jamaica drink was perfect for the hot weather. Service was good. Workers was very nice.

Everything had so much flavor this is definitely the spot I got the ramen and birria which they call it La Greñuda and my boyfriend got tacos and all ingredients such as salsas were self serve 10/10.

A little hole in the wall that serves quality birria in a oversaturated market. Online ordering was quick and easy. The food was ready when they said it would and tasted great. The menudo which was my biggest worry came out really good and seasoned. Would definitely recommend to cure your hangover while not breaking the bank.

I came across this place on my IG while I traveled through Phoenix. I told my husband on the way back we're going to stop by. The place is very clean and the service was great. We ordered tacos de cabeza, quesabirrias de maíz and birria ramen. Everything was delicious, my husband even got up to order extra food. The food came fast and they have a salsa bar, they're all good but I personally loved their salsa matcha. I definitely recommend this place.
