Service is decent , you just order and usually they bring the order to your table or call you. Wish the salsa bar was covered, people are the problem. Nice choice of salsas and toppings. As far as ambiance, well it's a typical hole in the wall. I was told the chicharon tacos were great so I ordered a couple , taco Tuesdays the time to try them, they were awful, tiny bits way over fried, so it was like eating dirt. I told the lady and she just said, " oh yeah?" Obviosly not caring if I come back , that was about my fourth time going, and I won't frequent this place much. The asada tacos are good and pastor but they really chop the meat into tiny bits. The rice is good, beans are good but typical, make them runny jn the blender to make then go a long way. For me it's just ok for Tuesday once in a while if in the area, nothing to write home about. Aguas are good, buy the ones that are fuller or you get watered down.

The only thing on the menu I get is the tacos. BOMB!!! The smell coming off the grill when I walk in sends me into a euphoric state of mind. I'm a foodie and I love to try different spots and this spot is on my weekly stops. Serg is my guy and is always courteous and friendly and knows my name and order when I call.

First time here, there is a covered patio area outside with tables and inside is a little small has about 7-8 tables. I ordered carne asada, pastor, chicharron, lengua, and tripa tacos, my husband ordered the menudo and my son a quesadilla. I personally didn't care for the lengua taco or the tripa taco so I gave those to my husband, he said they were ok. I liked the pastor it has a really good flavor. My favorite was the chicharron. The prices are good, and the girl and the counter was nice. I also had the champurrado and it was good. I'd come back.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly voice. The man at the counter asked if we had been before. We told him it was our first time. He began to share what his favorites are as well as the most ordered items. We placed our order of various tacos and Aguas fresca. He brought each dish out to our table and pointed out the salsa bar. It was filled with various salsas and veggie toppings. We were a party of 4 and we were all very pleased with the food and service. They also have various flavored cakes which are also very good.

Everyone always loves carne asada. But at this joint, treat yourself to the Al pastor street tacos. It's a show stopper. Some authentic Spanish speaking restaurants aren't particularly friendly to Gringos, but this one definitely is. Be respectful that they don't have stupid cheeseburgers and chicken strips. If you want that go to a burger chain. But if you are kind and understand it's an AUTHENTIC Carbon style taco spot that takes a few minutes to grill and griddle your food, they will speak English to you all day long and the tacos are the best in Avondale

I got the caguamanta. So good. Really good portion and price.Got cabeza tacos, al pastor and a caguamanta taco this time. Everything was delicious.

I placed a to go order for some Carne Asada fries, customer service was great both over the phone and in person. I ended up getting a Horchata as well which was very delicious! The fries were super fresh and the meat was savory and moist! Can't wait to come back! Super affordable and quality was not lacking!

The prices used to be good but they keep going up. I remember when 4 asada tacos were $8.65 out the door two years back. Then it became $10.40, then $11.60 and now I just paid $13.06. The tacos are good but rather small so it's no longer compelling.Update: If the asada tacos are $2.50 and I get 4 of them then the total price should be about $10.90 with tax. I was just in there on Fri and was charged $13.06. Something isn't adding up. Looks like you're overcharging customers on credit card payments.

Tacos de tripas from tacos yiyo, highly recommend best tripas in Az. Started with two and went back for more. Located right off buckeye road in between 111th Ave and 107 th Ave. Can't wait to come back for more
