Absolutely love the sushi here. Best sushi I've ever had in my opinion. Happy hour has great deals and the vibe is nice. We love the Las Vegas rolls, cow boy and cow girl, and the chimichanga. The service has been very hit or miss, but the sushi makes it worth it! One time we came for lunch on a Saturday and they were closed at 12 pm without any signs or notice in their website / google, so we call before we go in to make sure they're open.

Be prepared to be hungry afterwards. I ordered a roll and a salmon entree. The roll was mediocre, but the salmon was tiny - when they brought it out, I thought it was a mistake. I was wrong. The salmon was about 2-3 oz at best - something that I would have not expected especially at the price point. My husband got the burger which was similarly smaller than you would find at McDonalds just to give you a visual. Save your money if you want to be full, there are plenty of other spots in downtown Gilbert. We will not be returning.

I was a little disappointed as we've come here before, we ordered takeout this time and the sushi seemed a little smaller than normal and the portion for the noodles was a little sad. I also noticed what tasted like bland noodles and unseasoned cooked chicken with a garlic sauce on top. Wasn't super edible. We also didn't get the extra avocado that we paid for in one of the sushi rolls that we ordered. Not a bad place but I don't think this was right.

I hate to say it... Sushi Brokers was not much better the second time around. I simply can't wrap my head around paying this much for mediocre sushi. It's not awful but man, does it just not match the price. The Volcano Chicken was dry.. the best part about that dish was the white rice. The ramen was bland as well. This time the server was also incredibly short with us.But, the place gets points from me for being open later at night than other sushi places.

All of the rolls were delicious and the service was great. The only hiccup and removal of one star was, there was a long hair in one of our rolls. They remade it, but we were to scared to eat it, so it went to waste. We didn't ask for a refund because we're not those kind of people. However, it was disappointing they didn't proactively remove it off the bill when they saw it just sitting there on the table. Didn't care to much for the spring rolls as they were very mushy. But, the tempera vegetables were my favorite. For happy hour, not really much of a deal. But again, the rolls and vegetables were yummy. We'd definitely be back!

The service was great, Allison was our server. She was knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendation. Noah behind the sushi bar was super efficient. Our rolls came out fast and great quality. I strongly recommend trying his hot lips... roll.

After my first visit, I enjoyed the sushi so much I overlooked the poor service as I continued to dine here. My husband and I went back here last Sunday evening and the service was so horrible that it was no longer excusable and we will never return. We arrived just before 7PM and received waters and put our order in almost immediately but did not hear from our server until 8PM. Our waters weren't even refilled and we truly considered walking out without our food. We could hear the black-haired and blonde-haired waitresses complaining loudly behind the bar about how they close at 8. We didn't receive our food until 8:15PM. Waiting over an hour for 3 sushi rolls when the restaurant wasn't even full is ridiculous, not to mention the attitude it was served to us with. We now compare the service we receive at other restaurants to this service which makes our dining experiences more enjoyable, as the service elsewhere can't get any worse than it was here.

Have to update. Unfortunately I hate having to post this review but it is definitely warranted. This location has had its ups and downs since Covid. Today put the last nail in the coffin to produce this review. We showed up today for Father's Day. No hostess as the line grew. The sushi chefs were busy staying up on orders and seemed to keep heads down until it was obvious there was no support. One chef took it upon him self to come out and give guidance to everyone to find a place to sit. Five minutes later still no hostess or service staff. And the queue grew. This was our first time we decided to leave. This is definitely a culture issue and management needs to get a hold of this. I wouldn't expect this location to stay in business for another year.

I'd love to say we tried a lot there. I haven't. I go there for the sushi pizza. It's amazing. Try it. The spicy edamame was just ok. Hardly any kick. The waitress was great and the service was spot on. Seated and served quickly. Definitely branching out next trip and will update.

Went there for dinner today & the restaurant was extremely hot which made for an uncomfortable dinner. Not only was it hot in there, there were also a lot of nats flying around which grossed us out. Asked the bartender if the ac was on and she let us know the ac has been out for a few weeks now. They should definitely get that fixed soon. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're uncomfortable.
