"Went on a early Saturday evening after going to Bookman's. We opted to dine in since the place was empty. We ordered a large Original and a order of fries to share. Everything was cooked to order and the counter girl was pleasant and helpful. After ordering she was actually the person that actually cooked our order. On a good note she washed her hands before cooking our meal.Within 5 or so minutes it was done, smoking hot. Everything was appealing to the eye and she gave us an extra basket to use since we were sharing. Fries home cut and just like Mom used to make. The bread to the sandwich was fresh, soft and amazing. Meat tender. Taste, I wouldn't really call it a Philly. The meat was seasoned literally with a lot of black pepper. Don't get me wrong it was a really good steak sandwich but not really a Philly. Not enough cheese made for a very dry sandwich. Some hot and sweet pepper would have made this a 4 star sandwich. They may offer but we didn't ask.The only negative is it didn't look like the tables had been wiped down after diners left. But in the restaurants defense there was only one person doing it all. When we left there were about 6 other diners that had ordered and there wasn't anyway she could take orders, cook and clean at the same time. We will definitely be visiting Joe's again. It really was a good steak sandwich and the fries were awesome!"
"First time here. Meats were delicious, I really liked the sasauge had a spicy but flavorful taste. I do recommend for party of 4 or more to sit at tables. Bar area was tight."

I am not native to Arizona so very quickly I felt faint/nauseous from dancing in the heat. this place would easily be my favorite place i've ever been if the temperature was lower / if it were indoors. I'll be back here in the fall / winter!!!"
"I've been to Firebirds before. As I pulled into the parking lot it was packed. It was definitely Happy Hour.I had a $10 off coupon and ordered there $39.95 three course menu.I ordered a Cesar salad (delish) and had the grilled sirloin with Parmesan mashed potatoes.I was stuffed and took my creme brulee cheesecake dessert home. All very good.My server Mason B. Was great.A very enjoyable meal"
"Our dinner at Elliott's was excellent, from the time we were greeted at the door until we carried our very full selves back out. The ambiance is desert Southwest, with a long, well-stocked bar along one side, dark floors, and exposed, brick walls. The wine list is extensive, with wines from around the world. The service was attentive, without being annoying. Our food was wonderful. The portions were generous. The steaks were delicious and prepared perfectly. We will definitely return."
"Weird location.Small location, online or in person ordering. No drive through. No indoor seating. Limited outdoor seating. Small parking lot.Super affordable quality protein meals, including drink. This was my second visit and I had sirloin cobb style in as burrito... And I liked it! LolI just wish I had remembered my intention to say 'easy on the onions, please'."
"First I would like to say that we stumbled upon this place and stopped in for some breakfast. It's a little whole in the wall kinda joint and we didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by our southern server, Alabama, and she is just absolutely delightful! Funny and kept us laughing the whole time! The place looks a little run down but hey it fits the name perfectly and we love it!There's something to be said about a chef/cook who can make eggs perfect every single time! We've now been back more than a dozen times and not once have we sent anything back to the kitchen! Amazing! It's a local diner*esq vibe and you know what you're going to get here! Nothing fancy and no fancy labels to hide behind. Just good old fashioned food with lots of flavor!"
"Everything we ate at Firebirds was amazing! We came during Restaurant week.I loved my creamy chicken Tortilla Soup. Mom always said we eat with our eyes. This soup looked amazing dressed with colored tortilla strips on top. My husband had the BLT salad and it was amazing!!!I had the New York Strip. It was yummy, but the Parmesan encrusted pork chop was pure artistry. I didn't care for the reduction sauce, but the chop was Wow!Our cheesecake was amazing! I cannot wait to come back."
"We chose this spot last minute to celebrate my friend's birthday and we are so glad we did as we were in town for basketball. The ambiance is nice and the decor is great. The drinks were delicious and so was the seafood. The only disappointment were the fries. They definitely reminded us of frozen fries and they are way too expensive. The entertainment was also nice for a change. They did a great job with the music and coordinating it with singing happy birthday. We danced every time they played it."

"Every year for our anniversary, we go to an expensive meal at a place I've had on my list. This year it was High Tide so off we went. I'm an AZ native and haven't had great success finding fresh seafood and I love fish. I was so excited!Atmosphere, stuffy and the server was very detached. I ordered the special halibut with risotto and asparagus. The fish was so overcooked, it had a thin crust which I had to stab with my fork to get through. The fish was so dry, it was difficult to eat. The risotto was mushy with no flavor. I stopped eating after 3 bites and just sat there watching my husband struggle to cut and eat his steak. There was so much fat on his steak that the cut off and chewed fat was piling high on the plate. The server came by several times and never once asked why I wasn't eating my fish or why there was a pile of fat on my husband's plate. Never. My husband is too shy to say anything but in the end, there was more fat and gristle on his plate than actual consumed steak. He tried giving a bite and I couldn't chew it.Over and over the server ignored obvious problems until he brought the check. I had to ask him if he saw I didn't eat my food and he looked bewildered. I told him the fish was inedible and at $55, I needed to send it back. I never do that but it was just so expensive. My husband's steak was also $55.The server asked if I wanted anything else. We had been there over an hour and I was just done. I said no and he offered to take it off the bill. I thanked him.We still tipped him for the full bill but left saying that we will never come back. PS- great calamari!"
"Bella Luna was okay. The service was lovely, but I found the Caesar Salad not bad. The pancetta and peas fettuccine Alfredo did not have enough pancetta and it was not rendered. The star of the show was dessert. I loved the warm and delicious Italian Bread pudding a La mode. For your birthday, they give you a generous slice of tiramisu!!!"

Neighborhood style joint with some awesome food. I stopped by about two weeks ago while running into Bookmans. Decided to give this place a shot since I love a good Philly cheesesteak. I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. FOOD: I ordered Joe's Philly (small size) and was surprised when a larger than expected sandwich came out. The cheese was melted to perfection, and the meat was tender. The bread was also super soft. I really enjoyed the cheesesteak. I also ordered a small side of the cajun fries which were awesome. This place should be a lot busier than it seemed when I stopped by. The employees were all nice and they have a great Philly cheesesteak. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

The food was good, also has a decent salad bar. I will go again when I'm in town. The guys came around with a few different beefs, chicken drumsticks, parmigiana crusted chicken and ribs.

We had a late dinner here on Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We were told to pick a table and someone would be right over. Our server was busy as it looked like he was the only one manning the tables. He came over, dropped off menus, and took our drink orders right away. To eat we ordered:Cheeseburger with friesFried Chicken (4 pieces per order) with friesGrilled chicken sandwich with friesSide of potato saladSide of mac and cheeseOrder of fried picklesThe food didn't take too long and everything was brought out together. Portion wise, these plates were big and everything was delicious! My burger was big, juicy, and cooked perfectly - medium well. My moms chicken sandwich was flavorful and the added poblano pepper gave it the extra yummy kick. My sisters fried chicken was soo good. The chicken was crispy and had great flavor. The fried pickles were soggy so we didn't care for them. If they had been crispy they would've been great! The sides were delish. The mac and cheese had a nice spicy kick and the potato salad was prefect. The french fries were hot and crispy, yumm! The server was attentive and refilled our drinks. He checked up on us a few times and all was great. There was live music playing, people dancing, and everyone was in great spirits.Overall we had an awesome time and I can not wait to be back!

Outstanding food and service, Firebird's got a relaxing atmosphere with what I'd consider an eclectic menu; a good example is the philly cheesesteak egg rolls. It sounded interesting, so we had to try it out, and it was worth the gamble--it's a unique appetizer, and I don't know who came up with this cultural mash-up, but we thought it worked. My wife had the filet mignon and tempura lobstah (had to throw in "lobstah" from Spenser Confidential: https://youtu.be/yHIWQoYx1dM?si=0A-3p1CzUfmhzZ2Y), and I went with the parmesan crusted chicken. Excellent entrees that are well worth coming back for. Our server was polite and attentive considering how busy it was, and the wait times for the food was minimal. The servings were more than generous, and we had to bring our leftovers home...but I couldn't pass up the 5 layer lemon cake with fresh blue berries.Geez, I ate too much and had no regrets doing so, I will say that it's places like this that motivate me to wake up really early and run in our godawful heat just so I can eat great food guilt-free.I highly recommend Firebirds, and we'll definitely be paying this establishment another visit.

Excellent experience! Great for date night or celebration dinners. The ambiance and service is wonderful. It is very welcoming and quiet. Highly recommend sitting upstairs for a wonderful view of the beautiful bar.Our server made some amazing recommendations for drinks and he was very attentive. Everything came out perfectly timed, our waters were always full, and every employee we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to have us there.Food:For appetizers we tried the oysters (both east and west coast available), lobster bites and bacon wrapped scallops. All were amazing. For sides we tried the corn with zucchini, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was great, the other two we wouldn't order again. For main dish we had the chefs special truffle steak and the chefs special filet with caviar. Both were incredible. The truffle steak was very rich. Steaks were cooked to perfection. For desert we had the crème brûlée. It was a beautiful presentation, but it had an orange zest to it that was not my favorite. The manager Candace checked in with our table and we had a great conversation. She takes great pride in the restaurant and it shows. We will definitely return again!

I'm already a fan of their lobster shop, so I had to try their steak. It's so hard to find a $10 good for you healthy and tasty meal, and this place hits the mark. The staff was super nice and helpful since it was my first time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered 2 steak wraps, one was Cobb, one was Mexican, and the third was Greek. The Greek was fresh, and cucumbers really made the flavor pop. Mexican was fully loaded and very warming to the soul. Cobb was perfect for me. We did a surf and turf, The lobster 2 pieces were done right, not overcooked and flavorful, but I did have them on the side not in with my wrap next time I'll put it inside. They have a small seating area and when the weather is right I dedicated recommend it but it's more of take and go spot.

You come to the wagon wheel for that small town cafe feel and good home cooking. You don't come if you're looking for a trendy, bright, sterile aesthetic. This is where you'll find the old Cave Creek locals who have been coming for years. This is where you'll find reasonable prices for good food. Biscuits and sausage gravy is my favorite breakfast, and these were fine, but the standout is the chicken fried steak! It's lightly breaded, so you get full flavor instead of just breading. It's just the right amount and not too filling. There's something about having a simple cup of coffee amongst old cowboys, a screened-in porch, and John Wayne photos. Reminds me of childhood.

Had an absolutely wonderful meal here this weekend. If I had to make a suggestion I would say this location is better than the Surprise one. While the Surprise location is brand new and just a few months open this location is top notch! The seasoned staff and the food really shine! We had a reservation for 4pm, while reservations are optional I recommend it as prom season is in full swing in Arizona so many restaurants are just overflowing with high school aged prom groups right now out having dinners. We were seated promptly and our server this time was Edgar. The food was amazing and really delicious! Edgar was attentive and really added to our dinning experience he made suggestions and made sure we were taken care of ! The BLT Salad and Smoked Wings were a favorite that's for sure! The garlic sirloin was great ask for it with the braised onions and mushrooms! And to top this dinner off we tried the crème brûlée cheesecake - it's definitely a must have!!!
Visit Restaurant Page"If Arizona was giving away Michelin stars, they definitely deserve one. From the host welcome, to the level of service, the thoughtful timing and everything in between. Everything and everyone was amazingWe chose this place for a birthday, checked in for our resy and as we walked through the path there were multiple managers (?) section leaders (?) awaiting to welcome you in their home. We were sat down and almost immediately our server popped up and welcomed us for dinner, stated that specials for the night and asked us our bread preference. I had just finished reading Guidara's book and this place was the epitome of what he was talking aboutOur meal was perfect, from the timing of the apps to the temperature of food. They did not miss a beat not once. Even the mid towel service in preparation for dessert lightly scented with lavender, to the mid service table brush. I was in dinner service heaven. And to that this place will always have a place in my food core memoryThe beignet tree?! Imaginative and memorable! Plus it counts as my vegetable intake. The farewell was sad because I wanted to stay forever lol, but the whole team was so thoughful with boxing up our leftovers AND putting in disposable utensils because we were traveling. They had our little pick her choice of dessert from the menu and that was so sweet of them to do."
"Found this place while craving seafood this evening after work, and man oh man what a great find! Big, juicy, fresh shrimp and very flavorful. Quick service, polite, and clean. Will be returning and telling all my friends! Thank you guys again"
"We just had an excellent dining experience at Sage & Barrel. The atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous-- black walls, hanging ivy, beautiful tables. It really made for a somewhat luxurious dining experience while maintaining a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our server was Kelsey J. who was an excellent server, she was helpful, attentive and very funny. She informed us everything was made from scratch. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp which was excellent. They were grilled to perfection, coated in a spicy and sweet sauce topped with roasted chickpeas. For Entrees, I got the Louisiana Cajun Pasta. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious! The sauce was spicy but flavorful. My Dad got the Fish & Chips-- it was HUGE! Had to be about a foot long. He loved it and I tried some of his coleslaw which was out of this world. The fries were so good too.Everything, from the atmosphere, to the service, to the excellent food, was perfect! All of this for a good price, and a great lunch! We'll be back."
"Excellent meal once again. Place is packed full of people but we were seated promptly. Great service, great food!"
"After setting up my daughter for her Jr year of college. We decided to get something yummy steak. It was down the street from where we were staying. We ordered all different things on the menu. The drinks and food was very delicious. The only thing I do have to say was my daughter's steak was not that seasoned but other than that it was very delicious. We got there about an hour from closing but the service was still great."
"We went to Frashers tavern on a Friday night to enjoy a nice steak dinner for a reasonable price and we weren't disappointed! This restaurant has a casual vibe that's perfect for a romantic dinner without breaking your wallet and with excellent service. We came with another couple and we ordered to ravioli, bacon wrapped scallops, Caesar's salad, ribeye, filet mignon, prime rib dinner, and a steak sandwich ... you name it, we ordered it! Every one of these meals was fantastic and you can't go wrong with the menu here. Top it off with nice bottles of wine and you got a solid steakhouse experience in Scottsdale ... we will definitely be coming back!"
"Recommend: Yes! But it is a small restaurant so I hope not everyone decide to go all at once lol. Food: amazing! Delicious and they know how to put things together. Service: great service. Sounds like family own. The husband is one for he chef and the wife works at the bar. Details:Can I tell you that this place was so good that I want to go back already? The octopus was cooked perfectly well with amazing sauces around it. So colorful. A must order dish. I hope they always have this item in the menu. The other dish I got was the seafood of the day. It has risotto rice, seafood with tomato base. So good. I'll definitely be back soon."
"Our first meal in Scottsdale. Interesting this restaurant is actually from San Francisco. But we'v never visited that one even though we'v visited SF many times. We requested a counter seating but the host girl forgot about it. So we had to ask to be moved to the counter. Minor issue but the dinner experience was good enough. Menu was usual Japanese and Asian fusion items. Not gluten friendly but they offer tamari at least! We ordered quite a few items to share. We had fresh oysters, tuna tartare crispy rice, shishito peppers, salmon sashimi, mushroom miso soup, uni sushi, toro tartare, scallop and mushroom skewers as tapas. Also steak and whole Branzino as entrees. The food was delicious and fresh in healthy portions. The cocktails were tasty and strong. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive the entire time. We liked the food and service but the ambiance was so crowded and noisy. A decent Japanese restaurant but don't think we will visit again next time. Mainly I am not a fan of overpriced Japanese food. I don't drink most of the time now so I can't eat raw when I don't drink alcohol. Still a solid dinner experience to start our Arizona trip nicely! Ps. Valet disappeared when we came out, complimentary valet so they leave as they please?!"
"Shout out to Joyce W. After seeing her review of Steak 44, which is the street they're located on in Phoenix. I had to make reservations since I was in town only for a few nights. Btw several of the family members here are founders of Mastro's empire who sold the chain to a private equity firm in 2007 and is now under the family of restaurants by Laundry's. I checked in and was seated immediately and was sat near the bar. It was on the loud side with the music, and the bar was at capacity. Ordered a bottle of cabernet, appetizer of crispy shrimp, and a complimentary warm dish of yummy bread. I went for the dry aged 22 oz rib eye, fresh branzino with lemon butter, asparagus, pan-fried wild mushrooms, and cream Brule corn. For dessert, we had the Ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake (aka - butter cake). The food and service were outstanding.Definitely suggest reservations, and they have sister restaurants in Del Mar and Beverly Hills named Steak 48 - due to Arizona is the 48th state of the U.S."
"Went to the one in Scottsdale along time ago. They made one on the west side. It's beautiful inside! Loved the experience. Definitely a fun time. Really good food. Got the chicken and steak. Got a strawberry lemonade it was good. Service was great. Definitely make reservations."
"What a classy establishment! We decided to try Bourbon and Bones @bourbonandbonesaz on N. 83rd Ave. in Peoria, AZ for our 24th Anniversary. This place is where you want to be for a special occasion. The entire staff knew it was our 24th anniversary and we were made to feel special. The service is extra attentive to detail. My flat bottled water received its own iced champagne bucket by the vapor fireplace. My favorite detail was when Cameron brought out a knife box and let us choose our knife for the night. I chose a beautiful mother of pearl handled, silver knife to cut my Chilean Seabass. Hubs chose a serrated knife for his ribeye (though I doubt he needed it because this ribeye was so tender it was like butter to cut and chew). My meal was extraordinary. I don't know how but the Chilean Seabass was prepared perfectly and flavored in such a way that it reminded me of buttery lobster. Robert, our server, ended the night by ordering us Bourbon Butter Cake on the house to celebrate our anniversary! All in all, this was just an amazing night! We ordered:- Brussels Sprouts lardons | bourbon glaze (to share)-Berried Alive Cocktail Tito's Handmade Vodka | tri-berry purée lemon juice I simple syrup | sprinkles | up-Prime Bone-in Ribeye & Fries-Chilean Sea Basscitrus broccoli | red chimichurri-Port Balsamic Wild Mushroomswild mushroom blend | shallots | port balsamic-Bourbon Butter Cakebuttered poundcake | meringue | maple bourbon glaze vanilla ice cream | candied pecans-Espresso MartiniTito's Vodka | irish cream | coffee liqueur | Licor 43 | espresso | creamThis restaurant is an Arizona franchise. When I say classy establishment, I mean that you are treated well and the food is prepared with respect and to your specifications. You do not need to dress up in fancy attire here. Business casual or semi casual attire is OK, though most of us were in somewhat fancier attire, as we were all celebrating a special occasion. Lofi beats or soft electronic music is playing for casual, relaxed background noise. There is a men's and women's restroom behind the bar. A small patio area is out front."
"This is the best BBQ joint in the area, the meat, the service, the ambiance, every category. A must eat place in Phoenix, put it on your agenda as the go to place for the top places in Phoenix to eat. Our server was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was very very courteous, & added to the charm and experience of the establishment. The meat is smoked to perfection, & the sides, they can hold their own..!! The donut robot is the icing on the. Meat cake ..!! Hope you get a chance to visit and relish..!!!"
"Met up with friends to go to a show downtown Phoenix and we wanted to get dinner before the show and picked Mancuso's. Its been in the valley for 40 years and this was my 1st time there. We had reservations so we were shown to our table right away. The meal starts out with bread, which was delish, For the meal I went with chicken marsala. The was perfectly cooked chicken breast in a wine sauce with button mushrooms paired angle hair pasta and seasoned green beans. The table also shared a bottle of wine. This was a great meal, service was a great. Can't believe it was my 1st time there, but it won't be my last!"
"The food was amazing! We celebrated my husbands birthday with a delicious steak dinner. Our server was very nice and attentive. We ended up splitting a filet and getting side dishes to share. Don't skip dessert! We tried the apple pie and it didn't disappoint."
"My friends and I were in Scottsdale for the weekend and wanted to have at least one high end dinner on our trip. Social media pointed us in the direction of Donabe, a hip, new, Japanese Steakhouse located in the swanky W Scottsdale Hotel. Walking past all the exotic sports cars at the valet and into the gorgeous lobby, we were a little confused to where the restaurant was. We were directed to a check in area by the stairs that had a roped off area like a club. We made reservations well in advance and were immediately taken up the stairs through Cottontail Lounge to the restaurant which is right off the wet deck of the beautiful pool area. Already impressed, we entered into a small, intimate dining room that was absolutely stunning. I can see why this place has a strict dress code as everyone was dressed to impress inside here. Veronica was our waitress and she took great care of us from start to finish. Like always, I was undecided or torn between items and she was quick with suggestions. I started off with a Japanese Old Fashioned while we perused the menu. It was a little different than your traditional old fashioned, but not in a bad way. They really do have a good variety of adult beverages to choose from. We decided to get a variety of small bites first. The Crispy Rock Shrimp was a great start. We also went with Hachi Maki and Kawa Wang rolls. They were both completely different flavor profiles, but tasty. The Kawa Wang won out for me because it had a little kick to it. This place is proud of their wagyu offerings, but I ended up continuing with the sea flavors. I ordered the Ora King Salmon for my main. It was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looks. I finished off the meal with an Espresso Martini and was completely satisfied. Overall, I am glad we decided to take a chance on something that is new to the area. It was a spendy dinner and to me a little overpriced for what we got, but it is to be expected in Scottsdale."
"We have been wanting to come here since 2003 when my parents relocated to Prescott. In 2015, when we moved to Chino Valley, we stopped in one trip and were given a tour. Finally made it with family and friends last night. What were we waiting for???? The owners are sweethearts and our wonderful waitress Michelle, second night serving, was amazing. Food was fantastic! Cannot wait to return! Thanks to all you all!"
"A long, long time ago, overplowing in thr morthern tier of states and strong prevailing winds blew the topsoil of Kansas, Colorado, Montana and South Dakota into the Texas Panhandle. It was called "The Dust Bowl". It shredded the US economy, upending the lives of many. Steinbeck's "The Grapes of Wrath" is a microtome slice of those millions of stories. Why do I tell you this? Because three of my grand-uncles stayed put, toughing it out in the Panhandle. My grandmother grew up cooking for them and a host of farm snd ranch hands.Sundays in Los Angeles our family sat diwn to fried chucken, real msshed potsties with chicken gravy and any number of sides.TexAZ is that for me. I enjoy the food immensely and nostalgically. In Grandma's childhood the chuken and beefvwrre home-grown, varfish caught in local water bodies. Life's changed. I thank the msny beasts whi've shared their fleshy goodness with me. Especially breaded and fried."
"Brought my dad for a late father days dinner on Monday evening and we had a great time. The hostess got us checked in and we were seated right away. Cold water was served immediately and Dan our server came over and introduced himself. He gave us time to look over the menu. Warm biscuits and corn bread were brought out and mmmm both breads were yummy. We ordered:1 Grilled Chopped Steak and a side salad ($32) 12 oz Patty, Caramelized Onions and Mushroom Gravy1 Herb Roasted Half Chicken and a side of green chili soup ($32) Whipped Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetable1 Pan Seared Tomahawk Pork Chop with a side salad ($42) Parmesan Potatoes and Apple-Cranberry ChutneyThe food was delicious and the portions were huge. Both salads were crisp and fresh and the green chili soup had so much flavor. My roasted chicken was flavorful and juicy. The mashed potatoes were our favorite as they were very fluffy. My dad enjoyed his pork chop and said it was cooked well. The chopped steak was thick and the gravy was really good. The broccolini was our seasonal vegetable and these were cooked perfectly, not at all overcooked and they had a nice subtle crunch. Service was top notch from the start. Dan was attentive and friendly, thank you! The inside of the restaurant has so many cool artifacts. We walked around after we ate and enjoyed looking at the old photographs. Total with tip: $140"
"If you are driving too fast, you'll miss this place! Thats how small this postage stamp size place appears! Don't let the compact size fool you. Feeney's packs a huge punch presenting terrific fresh well-prepared dishes. No nonsense quality scrumptious food with terrific service. Why I waited till my 5th visit to review Feeney's is beyond me. Perhaps just to be sure it was consistent and yes...it has been! Miss Maria the owner, has been there every time we've visited and always keenly aware making rounds to ensure all patrons are well tended. Dependable on all counts indeed which is rare these days. Initially came for the Prime Rib as a friend recommended. Soft tender 16oz Prime Rib served with choice of smash or baked potato. However the old fashioned salad bar has me hooked. (please see video) It is a definite must try. This particular time we also ordered the Calamari appetizer and a Jumbo Shrimp cocktail. All delightful marvelous tasting dishes. No complaints. If you're looking for an old-school steakhouse with a great menu, unhurried atmosphere, and good vibe, you've arrived. A fully stocked bar and pretty relaxed wine list makes your dinner complete. Jazzed I was turned on to this place but sad I've been missing out. Next time I'll try the Osso Bucco ;) *Reservations accepted for 5 or more people only. *Weekends get pretty full so arrive early if you can't find 4 friends :)*Plenty of in-house parking in front and around back. *Outside looks small (narrow) but building is deep. As always, thank you for reading!Stay safe while enjoying life to your fullest."
"First time at Arrowhead Grill. Attended a Saturday gathering hosted by friends. We were escorted to a separate room with several other larger groups. Robert was our personable and very competent waiter.Appetizer was a couple of cheese and cracker trays with fig jam and candied walnuts. Lots of steak and seafood options with larger sharable sides and salads.Ordered a medium Delmonico Steak with a loaded baked potato. The sides are a separate charge. I have not had a Delmonico in many years. The well seasoned steak and side were outstanding.People in the group were very happy with their choices including Rib Eye and New York Strip Steaks. One person would have selected Swordfish instead of the milder Grouper, however it's all about personal taste. Cocktails and desserts were plentiful and well received.Great dining experience for special occasions. Like many other Yelp restaurant listings, current prices are on restaurant web page."
"If there is a time to ever treat yourself for fun, for a celebration, or a just because, it's Orange Sky. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for our girls night. Bibiana was PHENOMENAL as always. Daniel was sweet and attentive. We had a booth, and it was better than I imagined. The food was incredible, from the Charcuterie board, to the bruschetta, to the actual meal. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. The plating was perfect and so was the taste of it all. It arrived warm and fresh. I highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Pasta! If you're ever in town, make a quick reservation and try it for yourself. I can't wait to come back."
"Interior- very clean, ample seating, fun decor that matched the restaurants theme, and clean restrooms.Staff- so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel like family, very accommodating, quick to meet our needs, and took the time to make recommendations.Food- 10/10 everything we ate was so flavorful! We had shrimp ceviche, the ribeye meal, 1 grilled shrimp taco, 1 fried fish taco, free chips and salsa, with all the sides and condiments you could ask for. My favorite was the grilled shrimp taco and the ceviche! Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and are planning to make this a regular date night restaurant for us. The DJ even came around asking if we had requests, and a few couples were up dancing. This restaurant seems like the perfect place to celebrate any occasion or host a large get together. We can't wait to see what they do with the outside!"
"There are not many places in PHX that have an ambiance like Le Ame and the Global Ambassador. Phoenicians are known for always looking for the new hot spot in town, flocking from one trendy restaurant to the next, but I'd argue Le Ame is timeless and will unequivocally be a staple in the valley for years to come. Our evening started with a home run. The tuna carpaccio, in my opinion, is the best thing I've had at Le Ame (two meals). Light, delicate, fresh, this dish had it all. We also tried the French onion soup. I found it to be a little on the salty side, but my lady disagreed and loved it, so clearly subjective. For my main course I ordered a filet, it was perfectly cooked, medium rare, and had a 5 star flavour. The truffle butter was a nice addition as well. For our sides, we shared the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts (which was technically an app). The sweet potato was another highlight of the night. The hot honey and pomegranates in the sweet potato dish enhanced its natural sweetness x 10. An amazing side that I'd order again. I found the brussel sprouts to be decent, but it definitely got overshadowed by the sweet potato's. Profiteroles for dessert. The perfect amount for 2. My review would be incomplete without giving a shoutout to the entire team at Le Ame. They truly went above and beyond and created a memorable night. Gilbert, our server was awesome- funny, personable, attentive. He was great. Thank you again Le Ame. See you soon."
