"We were craving some Thai food for lunch and there was a few options, but we settled on this one. This was my first time at this restaurant and there was enough parking spots on a weekend afternoon. There was one other family dining when we arrived, and a few more came while we were there. We ordered crab rangoons for our appetizers, and they came with a sweet and sour sauce. They were delicious! Crispy, hot, and creamy cheese/crab filling. For my entree, I chose the drunken noodles with tofu, spice level 4/5. My dining companion ordered their yellow curry with tofu, spice level 3/5.Our food came out and we dug in. My dish was not piping hot, but moderately warm with some hot spots in the middle. There wasn't enough sauce/flavors and the noodles were more on the mushy side. The tofu was cooked well and tasted great. My dish was not spicy, maybe a 2 or 3, so I added some Sriracha sauce. I tried the yellow curry and it was pretty good.Service was friendly and our waters were refilled appropriately. I may try different dishes if I return in the future, but in the meantime I will choose other Thai restaurants."
"My experience was through Uber Eats which is probably different than how you are about to experience but I wanted to tell you about the food. I worked at a Chinese restaurant in college. My favorite dish has always been mu-shu pork. Whenever I see it on the menu, I always order it. My order also included beef and green beans, a bowl of hot and sour soup and an egg roll (that came free with my order). The mu-shu was good but not great. The dish needed more flavor. It came with a small cup of hoisin sauce which really helped. The accompanying pancakes were a bit hard, also a little disappointing. To me, hot and sour soup is either terrific or a miss. Unfortunately, our soup was a miss. We didn't eat most of the large serving. The egg roll was good - just like my daughter's Chinese MIL makes from scratch. It was quite large too. The saving grace of the meal was the beef and green beans. Oh my gosh this dish was awesome! I've never had anything like it. Tender beef slices, stir fried green beans all in a garlicky brown sauce. I liked it so much that I didn't want to share. My family was happy that I did though, they all loved it too. One thing that really surprised me was how well wrapped everything was. Each was in a typical Chinese takeout container but then each was tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. There wasn't even a chance of anything leaking. I don't think I've ever had a delivery wrapped so well. I probably won't be back to Scottsdale anytime soon but I know that I am now going to be on a mission to find something similar to the beef and green beans. Heck, it was so good that another trip to Scottsdale might not be a bad idea!"

Visit Restaurant Page"We've been to Quiessence before but hadn't explored The Farm Kitchen until recently, when a huge number of our friends all had babies within a few months of each other and we were looking for places to enjoy a nice brunch with possibly screaming babies. The Farm Kitchen is a perfect place for kids, with large grassy areas for running around while parents picnic. This isn't a place to grab food and go - it's more of an "order food and cocktails and sit around for three hours enjoying your weekend" vibe. Bring large blankets and a diaper bag and you can spend a nice afternoon here with 1-2 month olds.Menu-wise, I enjoyed the soup+sandwich option, with some form of meatball soup paired with the chicken BLTDA. The prickly pear margaritas and vodka coolers were also a hit. The Farm Kitchen is less about the food though, honestly, and more about enjoying the nice winter Phoenix weather at a place with grass and trees."
"Very, very, very casual and low key. You might even say they are cut from the old school Chinese restaurants. But if you're craving Chinese, not looking to make a big deal out of the dining experience and better yet need a go-to takeout Chinese restaurant, you've found it.We had the Kung Pow Chicken (level 5 which was not at all challenging if you are hesitant), Hot & Sour soup, spring rolls and Orange Chicken. All of it was delicious. We definitely will be going back especially for take out. Served right on time and fresh."
"Came here on Christmas day. I was a bit skeptical of the reviews, but apparently somebody needs to do this place some service. The service was top-notch even on a busy holiday when they were the only place open. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who served us I wish I had gotten your names .My husband and I ordered lettuce, wraps, wonton, soup, and fried rice, all of which were absolutely phenomenal. I don't like mushrooms or onions in my fried rice, and the chefs, and the server were so flexible in removing them and making me fresh dishes. I highly recommend you give this Chinese food restaurant a try !"
"I was recently in the area and a friend suggested this place for a quick lunch .. it's located inside an office complex and caters to the employees in the various offices. They have a daily special and soup of the day on the screen and on the website, both change daily. On my visit they had a burger and fries. On Tuesday they have a taco special and albondigas soup.Menu consists of Burgers, wraps, sandwiches, hotdogs, breakfast burritos, quesadillas, salads. The staff here are super friendly, small indoor dining area and courtyard patio seating as well"
"We stopped in before a round of bowling because we were starving. The place is modern and clean, and the staff was pleasant although it is counter serve. I ordered a Boba Milk Tea to refresh myself from the heat. It was pretty standard. We started with the Potstickers which were crispy and hot. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was pretty good. Nothing extraordinary but good. My Dad got the BBQ Pork Fried Rice, and he said the pork was pretty fatty. I tried a bite and the pork was definitely not the best quality.Clean interior, good service, pretty standard food. Nothing amazingly good or bad."
"Great service. Every time I've gone in, all the staff is so friendly. The sandwiches are great, but the staff really make an enjoyable experience."
"Came here after a day of hiking the owner was very friendly and makes the food herself. if you're looking for good Chinese food that is local and family owned. Definitely want to stop here."
"A good name and an attention getting one at that. To start off, it's grilled cheese with different combos and variations. But at the end of the day, it's still a grilled cheese sandwich. I'm sure it's a lot of peoples comfort food but this one did not blow me away. The sandwich-Buffalo Bill, okay. Their ranch was tasty. Their drinks are canned soda and chips are of the snack size."
"Went to this cute place while visiting my daughter at ASU. Convenient location with lots of parking in the back. We ordered the vegetable pho and boy was it good. Vegetables came on the side with a spoon chopsticks and plenty of napkins. The broth was a perfect combination of savory and salty. Everything was fresh. The decor was modern with a huge TV on the wall showing still shots of exotic locations around the world. There was table side service and our plates were cleared promptly. When in the mood for pho don't pass this place up."

Nice, solid Thai experience with wonderful service. The building looks like a refitted old house with a small parking lot on the property. We ordered Tom Kha soup with tofu, Pad Thai with chicken, Papaya Salad Bangkok style and Spicy Basil Noodle. We did level 3 out of 5 for spiciness. It was perfect, plenty of heat but not so hot that you can't enjoy the flavors. The servings were large and the 4 items were more than 2 people can eat. I thought the prices were also very fair for the quality.

Reliable and solid, not knock your socks off but consistently hits the spot. Open late, fair prices and big menu selection. Pick up and delivery only, a good find and I'm glad it's not too far from me!

BEST TURKEY SANDWICH I have ever had! They don't use regular deli meat. They have a delicious aioli and cranberry sauce on the sandwich and it is DIVINE! I also ordered a cold brew when I was here with oat milk, no sweetener necessary for that quality. This lunch spot also offers salads and fresh baked goods, including carrot cake, brownies and pecan pie! I watched a baker making the pecan pies while I was ordering. Everything looked absolutely amazing and I will be back to try everything!A special note: the restaurants here bridge their garden bounties with what is offered on their menus. The prices will reflect the local quality but it is WELL worth it!Seating is outdoors. There are tables with umbrellas around the restaurant and also benches in the grass areas among the trees. Service was great. KID AND PET FRIENDLY!

I love this place! Delicious food, huge portions, orange chicken is the go-to food. I've explored other dishes, but orange chicken is my favorite. The young gentlemen that work there are super nice, there is also a lady that always remembers me. The place is clean and you will see people eating there, they have some tables. It's a great place to check out.

We finally got around to getting lunch from the Forum Cafe! The sandwiches were very good. They just finished baking cookies so of course we got a couple of those too. We were a little worried about the location being inside the building, but it was very easy to get to the Cafe for pickup.

Solid 3! I would get your ramen elsewhere but if you aren't too picky about Chinese food, this hits the spot if you need it.....Our party of 10 walked in on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all, so no problem finding a table. Super casual inside and lots of seating. We were not greeted when we walked in so we just took a table. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to order at the counter or sit down because again, nobody helped us. Lols So I went up to the counter and the lady said she will come to our table and take our order. So service wise, I have the feeling this isn't one of their fortes and this isn't one of those places with a waitress walking around to check on you so if you need anything you'll have you to go up to the counter. But they do clean up the table and your table wear after when you're done...Our food came out at a timely manner, which was great. My daughter enjoyed her teriyaki chicken, I had a bite and it was good with a big portion size. My other daughter had some of my friend's stir fried noodles and liked it. I didn't get to try it but looked good and also a good size. My son's house special ramen looked good but not a lot of noodles so I had to order more for him. The broth wasn't very flavorful or rich. The noods were not al dente and a lil soft for our liking. My friends got the tonkotsu ramen and said the broth was ok (not rich and flavorful) but the chashu pork was good. I hate to say, if you've never had good ramen before you'll prob think this is good...Would I come back? Probably not bc there are other ramen and Chinese places that I prefer. And fyi, if you want good ramen I'd check out the places that their focus is ramen. Not both ramen and Chinese eats....
Visit Restaurant Page"I visited Surprise Pho on a whim. I craved for vietnamese food and called ahead to place my order. They were helpful in helping me figure out the menu. Since I was in a time crunch I had to make sure the food would be ready. They had it readily prepared for me to eat. I got the hot stone bbq ribeye. I love a hot and sizzling plate. I'm not sure but when I had it for my dine in option.. I was hoping to hear the food crackle and pop. But surprisingly it did not get that effect. I ate the steak that once cut into pieces with onion and bell peppers. It was more like a peppered steak dish. It was mediocre, but I'm assuming it would've been as bomb dot com if they had put it hot on the platter and kept the ribeye steak intact and cooked to our liking. I got the shrimp spring roll, it was rolled thick. It helped make me feel full. I appreciate the customer service at this restaurant. I think they can improve the dated interior. I hope they can better their food. But for anyone in the surprise area who doesn't know pho and vietnamese food like I do, the price is a good options for a quick grab and go."
"My House Chinese Restaurant is a culinary haven known for its quick and efficient service alongside its authentic Chinese flavors. Dishes like the Green Jade, Szechuan Beef, and Kung Pao Shrimp are standout favorites, each delivering a burst of deliciousness. With its speedy service and mouthwatering dishes, My House ensures every visit is a delightful experience for all.Ambience is calm and good to enjoy your meal peacefully."
"Definitely enjoyed the 4 inch turkey and cheese. Of course, the Sourdough bread is key and this is baked on site and very good, soft, yet crunchy. The manager was also a fun enthusiastic guy. Pickle included as well."
"I like the condiment bar. The wait can be quite long since this is a popular place. There are lots of hot pot places opening up these days. Perhaps this may make the wait less due to people going to other places. At a hot pot place you cook your own food in boiling broth at your table. They have a few different options on the menu for your broth. You can't change it once selected at the beginning of the meal. You get your own veggies at a station in the center of the restaurant. They bring you thinly cut meats from the back. A lot of it is fatty but it makes the food taste so good and soft. I like that I can mix my own dipping sauces from a station in the center of the restaurant. This adds more flavor to the meal. Otherwise I think it is bland. The staff is patient and fairly quick. It can sometimes be really loud when the restaurant is full of people."
"Vito's never/ever disappoints! Vegetarian pizza is our favorite along with a small dinner salad! Wait staff are always engaging and attentive to our needs! Family oriented ambiance suits most diners! Prosecco or house sangria go with all menu choices!"
"I have this place on speed dial. The food is NY style. The pork fried rice is to die for. Great combo specials and lunch special. One of my favorites is Singapore rice noodles."
"A good option for "fast food" Chinese food on this side of town! Our favorite is their orange chicken and fried rice--we have been making an effort to support fewer chain restaurants, and this has been our replacement when we are craving Panda Express. They have been consistently good even with delivery time. The service is okay but it's worth coming back for the food and a good option for delivery if you're local."
"My only noticeable craving during my pregnancy so far has been sandwiches, and I had been so excited to try croque sandwiches for so long! I ordered online and picked up on my way home from work. I got the madamoiselle, which was a toasted veggie sandwich. I got it on the cracked wheat bread. It had a ton of veggies, mozzarella cheese, and I got mine with the garlic sauce on my and dill sauce on the side. I got the large and it was huge!! I don't think I've dealt had a sub with corn on it before but it was delicious. Definitely made it messy but tasted wonderful. The spreads were absolutely delicious too. Pricey, but got amount of food and great quality. There's a little bit of seating but definitely a small place and much better to order to go! Nice staff too. And plenty to choose from, I'd love to try another sandwich or one of the Korean dishes!"
"Bookmarked this place to try and decided today was the day! Although, as I got out of my truck in the 120° weather, I thought I surely lost my mind thinking, why would I eat a piping bowl of pho on a scorching hot AZ summer day?!?! So why not? I got the #10 combo pho and it had a lot of decent flavor. They say the broth makes the pho, and this was pretty good. But not the best I've had. Tons of noodles (I picked the chewy) and decent proteins, and a good portion of side topping bean sprouts, mint, and lime wedges. Also ordered spring rolls and egg rolls both weren't bad, but again not the best, especially as they cut their shrimp in half to have each spring roll presented with "full" shrimp on the outside of the wrapper. The downfall is that this place is small, their water jug is self-serve, and not really a full service restaurant. I'm not sure about not having full glasses of water at a sit down, but order your food at the register. Also, the restaurant gets hot. I originally thought it was the jalapeno slice I ate, but it started to heat up uncomfortably where I just wanted to exit quickly. Im not sure if their HVAC system is working well since they installed ceiling fans. Guess they are aware and just have to deal with the heat."
"I've been a couple of times. Soooo good! The food is absolutely amazing. No complaints here. And my favorite appetizer was the buns. Everyone is so nice and service is great."
"Q: What's the WiFi password at a Vietnamese noodle shop?A: 123pho5Writing this on August 22nd, ten years after my first review of this place. Check me out with my updated review. This will also be my 100th review for the year. Look at those synchronicities!I heard Saigon Pho & Seafood is under new ownership. While it still looks very much the same, and they still speak Cantonese here, the food quality is slightly better. Is this going to be my new favorite Vietnamese food spot? No way. Am I going to dig my heels as firmly when being invited here? Probably not.I got their #24 Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (Grilled Pork and Spring Roll with Noodles) on my most recent visit and I was happy. For $14, it wasn't the biggest portion but it was the perfect portion for me. I even finished my whole bowl which isn't a normal thing for me. I've had their beef stew and pho in prior visits but I think the thing to get here is the bun. I do find myself eyeing their beef chow fun, the sweet & sour fish, and their crispy duck. It's a solid spot and I'm glad to have finally pop back into this neighborhood spot after so many years. Come here and support local!"
"I'm not a Panera Bread "regular". I wish I'd done my homework before visiting. The service was fast and friendly. When you walk in, there are tablets on hand to place your own order, though I opted to place mine at the counter with an employee. The employee was friendly and even told me I qualified for a free cookie. I just wish she had also told me there was an option to swap out the "side".I ordered the Mac and Cheese Bread Bowl. Both the Mac and Cheese and the sourdough bread were fine. A little black pepper would have been nice, but shakers were nowhere to be found. I guess the "default" side is a piece of baguette, but that seems like carb overload. I didn't know until after placing my order that I could have swapped it for another side (the cucumber salad sounded interesting). The Chocolate Chipper Cookie was good and left me with a "chipper" smile on my face.My only other concern was the dining room cleanliness. It seemed the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and some tables hadn't been bussed in the 30 minutes or so I was there. It wasn't the worst I've seen, though it was noticeable.I may return, but next time I'll keep the carbs in check."
"Love how there is a Panera Bread around this area! The location is fairly new and it's worth a try. I was satisfied was the dish I received. It hit the spot with my craving and the salad was delicious! Service was quick considering my friend and I went during the midday of a weekday. The place itself is clean and a bit spacious. Lots of bread display and tablets to ordered ahead. Will be returning here for sure!"
"Food was good! Bread is fresh soups are amazing and salad is fresh! They move you through the line fast. They seating area is small but works. The parking lot is busy but we didn't have an issue."
"I have been waiting for PT Pho to open. I saw the grand opening sign and made a beeline for the restaurant.I got out of my car, did a Yelp check in (I've been known to forget!) and walked towards the door. A staff member was at the door and greeted me. He also blocked the entry. I asked if they were open for lunch. I thought they were already open for business. He told me they would be open on Friday. Well drat! It's hard when you have your mouth ready for Vietnamese food. We'll try on another day. They do get 5 stars for being friendly and nice. I will give an update once we visit."
"I was pretty stoked to see they have sesame beef on their menu. This is one of my favorite Chinese dishes since I was a kid but few places sell it. I ordered it with extra sauce (won't make that mistake again) (see pic). It wasn't like the sesame beef I was used to but it was pretty good. Here's where the low stars come into play. They didn't give me the white rice with my meal, no utensils and no fortune cookie! WTF?! And get this... with $2 tip it was just over $16! Never again! I'm pretty pissed off to be honest."
"When I was browsing around the H Mart food court and saw meat jun on the menu here I knew I had to try it out!It took a bit of time to make my order but the wait wasn't too bad. I got the meal as takeout and it was packaged securely. Coming home and opening the Styrofoam box it looked great! In addition to the meat there was a small container of sauce, a small box of rice and banchan consisting of bean sprouts, cucumber and kimchi. The meat jun was tender and I liked the eggy, slightly crispy batter. All the banchan went well with the meal. The dipping sauce was heavily vinegary tasting, a very pungent dip to go with the meat. Based on this experience I'll be back to try more!"
"I've been here a few times now. This restaurant is going places! The food is great and has really good flavor. They are a taco and ice freak bar. I thought it an odd combination when I first saw it, but it works! It's a decent sized restaurant, very open with a lot of space to spread out... for now. Once the word gets out about this place, it's going to be packed! The decor is modern Mexican if that's a thing. I think it would be really cute for some instagram photos... I'll have to send some pics next time.I've had the tacos, barria (with chicken), and burritos. Again, all very good flavor.I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She is great. The young man at the register the 2nd time I was there was also great! Both people were very attentive and kind to guests.I'll be back!"
"Started off with a tomato cream soup which was really good not spicy not too hot had the right amount of croutons in it and came with a side of bread for dipping purposes. No complaints at all. For dinner I had a tuna salad sandwich or something really good whatever they put in the tuna salad recipes. The bread that they put it on with outstanding had some greens and off the fine tomatoes and side of potato chips. Cannot complain and what is a little loud but not too bad and was a good meal. A nice change from the junk and grease"
"You really can't beat the unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks. That's our go-to meal here. I love the salad, and yes, I could easily make this at home, but it just isn't the same. My soup choice: their minestrone; it's great. And, those breadsticks, I try to control myself, but it's unlimited, so I have a few. A word of warning: you do pay for the any sauces you order with the breadsticks. I'm a little upset with our waitress for asking it like a sauce came with the breadsticks, but I guess I should have known! It's Olive Garden...The inside is like every other one that I've visited: Olive Garden Italian."
"Taco Tuesday! Arrived about 5:30. Parking lot was jammed but no wait list inside. The hostess sat the two of us in the bar area in a small booth. Chips and salsa brought right away. Chips very greasy but fresh and hot. Very thin and since they were greasy we thought it strange the salt didn't stick. Salsa was good but mild variety had a canned tomato aftertaste. Waitress took our drink order. Two sodas. When she came back she took our food order. Our service was wonderful, Carmen I believe was her name. She was friendly and efficient. Food came out pretty quickly but a food runner. A carne asada burrito (just over $19 with rice and beans) for him and the $9.99 taco Tuesday special for me. Two QuesaBirria tacos, ala carte. My tacos were ok. The meat reminded me of beef I'd cook in the crockpot. Consommé very salty. A decent meal for the price. His burrito was packed with tender, flavorful carne asada. It was huge and he only ate about 2/3rds it was so massive. Overall it was an ok dining experience. The food was ok, nothing special, nothing wrong. Service was above average. With tax and tip it was $50. We will return because sit down dining options are limited in the area."
"Food perfectService spot onAtmosphere was clean and quiet. Just gave a review and we had a great experience. Would definitely come back again and we even had a Groupon."
"I adore this restaurant. Every worker we have ever encountered has been friendly and helpful. My husband usually orders two enchiladas. I am a nacho lady. I highly recommend ordering a double layer; they will put a layer of chips, then a topping and a cheese, then bake it. Next, more chips and more cheese and a different topping for the top layer, then they bake it again. So amazing. I also like the margaritas and the cookies here.Make sure you sign up for the points and rewards, it is pretty easy to accumulate and get a free entree."
