Scooptacular

We decided to stop in today after spending a few hot hours at the farm for a nice cold treat. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed and offered samples. I first noticed how clean and welcoming the lobby was. Along the backside of the dining area there's a kids picnic table and a tv that had Madagascar playing for the kiddos. The gentleman working was very friendly and had incredible customer service. They had a wide variety of flavors, shakes, and shaved ice. We each chose a kids cone. My daughter chose playdoh, a sweet cream flavor and I chose the Taro. After ordering our ice cream he told us about their punch card for future visits and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Our ice cream was delicious and creamy, exactly what we needed for a nice cool down and afternoon treat. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this business over the most known ice cream spot.

One of my go-to sweet treat places especially since it's right by my house! I love coming here and love that they always have different flavors to choose from. Definitely recommend!

This ice cream was amazing!! My husband and I both got butter pecan. It had that little bit of gritty texture that I loved in homemade ice cream. The waffle cones are the best I've ever had. I don't usually order waffle cones but they smelled amazing so I had to try one. So glad I did!! The young man who helped us was friendly and kind. We will return the next time we're in Flag.

i went to this shop in july of 2019, so forgive me in advance if my memory is a bit jumbled! i'd recently moved to arizona with my family, and at that time we were currently in the midst of experiencing the state's hellish summer heat (an aspect i'm still trying to adjust to almost five years later). we figured that it would be sensible to grab a scoop of ice cream to alleviate our sorrows, and we managed to stumble upon scooptacular. there was a decent amount of customers inside of the shop, although it wasn't too crowded. there was a generous range of ice cream flavors, but in my case, the ice cream was the last thing on my mind. i spied with my little eye options for boba tea! i had a hankering for boba since a few months prior to our move, and this was the perfect opportunity. i politely ordered taro boba, and the friendly man working the counter got my order right away as well as the rest of my family's orders.after paying for our food, we went to our car and ate our ice cream (or in my case, i drank the boba). the boba was ice cold, although this isn't much of a complaint since the day's temperature was in the triple digits. please visit this place!

Love this place - it's mostly take out maybe 1 table to sit at - staff is friendly - the boba teas are delicious many flavors to choose from and the ice cream is homemade and delicious2 cases full of flavors - i have been here several times and will continue to frequent when visiting family in the area

Finishing off Friday night with a little Laveen Concrete. This is the best ice cream. Fresh and creamy. Friendly staff, great selection of ice cream and shaved ice.

The ice cream here is truly next level. Every flavor I have had has been an absolute hit! My favorites is the butter pecan and the oatmeal cookie. The service is always great even when they are super busy! The best ice cream spot there is in the areas.

Visited them on a Saturday and they were busy! And I can see why, this local spot has some great flavors. My favorite was the Oatmeal Cookie! Very dreamy, and simply perfect. Pumpkin Pie was a close second, with a great amount of pumpkin, not just spices - loved it. Laveen Concrete was next best and this was a caramel one. The one after was Brain Food which is espresso and chocolate, still very good but just not the best.I always want all the flavors. And staff was so nice. They were able to split my scoops into smaller ones so I could try 4 flavors. So accomodating, mind you not all shops do this. Great customer service, and they provided the complimentary waffle cone when I showed them the Yelp check in for a free one.

Awesome creative flavors. Friendly works. They have the best ice cream to me. Great community supporters.

We stopped by a little after 7pm and it was quite busy! The store was clean and the staff was really courteous and nice. The girl who served us even asked if we were staying or leaving so that she could open the door for us. They had a ton of flavors that were hard to choose from. They even have boba and shaved ice options. It's a little pricey, but worth it. I have 4 stars because I think they might need a little more staff to help love the line along. It's a nice little gem in the neighborhood though. I got a double scoop of banana nut bread & horchata. My son got a shaved ice. I got a scoop of strawberry cheesecake to go.
