Salad and Go

The absolute worst service!! Blaire ( as shown on my receipt) needs training!!! I ordered a salad and Lemonade and before pulling off, I noticed that, she didn't provide a straw for my lemonade so, I knocked on the window first; which she never returned to and then, blew my horn, since she had already walked away. Upon returning to the window, BLAIRE obviously knew that, she didn't provide a straw because, before opening the window, she reached over to grab one, opened the window, handed it to me and slammed the window shut! Whoaaa !!! What's eating BLAIR ...other than, having horrible customer service!!! I was being friendly so not sure what that was about. Instead of parking and walking up to the window to request a Manager, to discuss her rude and unprofessional behavior, I decided to come on here instead in hopes, that no one else had to deal with this horrific experience! Please teach employees at these establishments to be more professional even if they aren't having a great day! I won't return to this location for fear of this happening again. Girl if you don't like your job... find another one! Dangggg!!! ‍ ‍ Nope! I don't recommend stopping here at this location unless, you want to be treated like crap and have the window slammed on you, because of an employees ..." possibly intentionally" forgetting your straw. ‍ ‍ RUDEEEE!!! This location is very "eiry" anyway, I won't return! I'm addicted to salads to go restaurants "Autumn Salads" as well as, their "Basil Lemonade" after my yoga classes ‍ ‍

I absolutely love this spot for quick, nourishing meals! It's become one of my top choices for satisfying my hunger in a healthy and convenient way. Their menu offers a delightful array of options, from mouthwatering salads to hearty burritos, each bursting with flavor. Personally, I can't get enough of their Southwest burrito, which boasts the perfect kick of green chiles. Pair it with their refreshing mango green tea or invigorating cold brew for a complete and satisfying meal experience.I find myself constantly drawn back to this place, as it has become somewhat of an addiction for me. Whether it's a weekday lunch on the go or a leisurely breakfast, it never fails to hit the spot. If you're in search of a go-to spot for delicious and convenient fare, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Their customer service is also top notch.

I've been to so many Salad and Go locations, I've lost count. This location left me a bit puzzled.I placed an order on their app before heading to the restaurant. When I arrived, I noticed they have two drive up windows, one of which is dedicated to online orders. Cool! Or so I thought.After checking in, the employees cleared the "standard " drive up window of three vehicles WHICH ARRIVED AFTER ME prior to handing me my order. What is the point of a dedicated pickup window for online pre- orders if Customers have to wait for other orders to be filled first?The order was accurate, so I'm grateful for that. Next time, I'll skip placing an order on their app and get my order quicker.

This is the first time out of the many times I've came to salad n go but never this location the customers service they are rude I order a Caesar salad with extra toppings they charge you an arm n a leg for but they forgot to put the cheese and the egg they charger 4 dollars for had to get back in a long ass plz hire ppl who pay close attention to detail smfh

Ordered ahead. Made as I requested. Very plentiful toppings and 2 dressings. Love the packaging and sturdy forks. The blueberry lemonade was great. Nice and cold. Price was very good.

I love Salad and Go! I love the menu-few items-great flavor! The people that work there are always so nice. It is a terrific value for the money. I have not had anything that was not simply delicious! If I could buy a Salad and Go store-I would!!! I recommended Salad and Go to everyone I talk to. I am truly a fan!

Just an update on the speed of this location. They were averaging about 30-40 seconds per car. Being 9 cars behind it took me a total of 5.5 minutes to enter the line and exit. They have drastically improved their speed today.

Talk about healthy, fast, fresh, and cheap! Wow I was super impressed with salad options that are less than $6. I wish they had Salad & Go in more locations and states because I would come here pretty option. I got the BBQ Ranch Salad with Buffalo Chicken as my protein and sauce on the side. The salad was very fresh and it was a good portion size. This salad included avocado, black bean, pico de gallo, corn, and tortilla strips. You can add extra toppings or sub out the protein easily. I went through the drive-thru to order and pick up my food and the line was pretty long, but it moved pretty fast. Very impressed! The drinks are also $1. Next time I may try the wraps and soups, but the salad was amazing and I will get that again when I'm back!

I will never order from this location again. Completely disgusting and unsanitary!!!! Human hair was found in my salad.

I used to love this place. I'm only posting this review as I hope it can help make change. The reason for this review is not the unforgotten sales every other time I get a burrito, or for the blue cheese crumbles still in the salad, but because their ranch is so watered down, the salads now taste like nothing.
