"One of our girls wanted pizza, yet the other 3 of us were craving some Cava. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon. Service from the gals was great! Food was delicious. First time disappointment at any Cava for me. My bowl I felt like I had went to Chipolte. Ran into lots of grizzle and fat. That has NEVER happened at any CAVA ever! My husband didn't experience that with his meal. I was the lucky one. It won't stop me from coming back unless it would be a continuous thing. I still enjoyed my meal over all."
"We were craving some Thai food for lunch and there was a few options, but we settled on this one. This was my first time at this restaurant and there was enough parking spots on a weekend afternoon. There was one other family dining when we arrived, and a few more came while we were there. We ordered crab rangoons for our appetizers, and they came with a sweet and sour sauce. They were delicious! Crispy, hot, and creamy cheese/crab filling. For my entree, I chose the drunken noodles with tofu, spice level 4/5. My dining companion ordered their yellow curry with tofu, spice level 3/5.Our food came out and we dug in. My dish was not piping hot, but moderately warm with some hot spots in the middle. There wasn't enough sauce/flavors and the noodles were more on the mushy side. The tofu was cooked well and tasted great. My dish was not spicy, maybe a 2 or 3, so I added some Sriracha sauce. I tried the yellow curry and it was pretty good.Service was friendly and our waters were refilled appropriately. I may try different dishes if I return in the future, but in the meantime I will choose other Thai restaurants."

"We've been to Quiessence before but hadn't explored The Farm Kitchen until recently, when a huge number of our friends all had babies within a few months of each other and we were looking for places to enjoy a nice brunch with possibly screaming babies. The Farm Kitchen is a perfect place for kids, with large grassy areas for running around while parents picnic. This isn't a place to grab food and go - it's more of an "order food and cocktails and sit around for three hours enjoying your weekend" vibe. Bring large blankets and a diaper bag and you can spend a nice afternoon here with 1-2 month olds.Menu-wise, I enjoyed the soup+sandwich option, with some form of meatball soup paired with the chicken BLTDA. The prickly pear margaritas and vodka coolers were also a hit. The Farm Kitchen is less about the food though, honestly, and more about enjoying the nice winter Phoenix weather at a place with grass and trees."
"We wanted to try Paradise Valley Pizza Company for a long time. Today we had a chance to order pizza togo. Pizza was freshly made. We ordered their Ditka which had fried onions as one of the toppings. It was interesting and gave nice sweet flavor. Crust was nice too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoy! Highly recommend!!"
"New restaurant in the Roosevelt Row area by the owners of Gadzook's Enchiladas. Let's just say it's bright and sunny inside with fun touches and colorful accents. Our server was friendly and welcoming while not being pushy. The chips were perfectly salty and the guac was good. The enchiladas were just like the ones at Gadzook's, but without as many combos. I didn't personally try any of the drinks but they had some fun looking concoctions. All in all a great addition to the area."
"The food here is perfect for a family meal or lunch option. I didn't get a picture of the menu but these two options are there most popular options. Salads are fresh. Everything we have gotten is good. Our sons like it here if they need carbs after practice. Never have actually tried the cookie buckets or brownies though. The service is friendly and place is clean. It's a takeout spot so don't expect fancy frills. Food in the bucket but good basic pasta, garlic bread, various proteins, sauces, salads, subs and desserts. I do wish they had more lighting at night. It's hard to tell if it's open and that little plaza is just too dark. Great concept when you want pasta quick or want something other than fast food burgers. Give it a try you just might make it part of your rotation if you're busy like me."
"Weird location.Small location, online or in person ordering. No drive through. No indoor seating. Limited outdoor seating. Small parking lot.Super affordable quality protein meals, including drink. This was my second visit and I had sirloin cobb style in as burrito... And I liked it! LolI just wish I had remembered my intention to say 'easy on the onions, please'."
"The name of this place reminds me of the character Nick from the movie Bachelor Party, but the food here bears no resemblance. I was staying at a hotel close-by and this was a quick, convenient lunch option. The lady who took my order was helpful and patient while I decided what I wanted. I was a bit hungry so she thought the platter was the better option. She also didn't make fun of me when I pronounced it Gyro and she said Gyro. The Gyro (or Gyro) platter was pretty big. There was a lot of meat which had some crispy edges and was delicious. There was plenty of rice (I chose that over fries). The lettuce, tomatoes and red onions were all fresh and delicious too. The small salad even had 2 Greek olives. It could have come with more Tzatziki, but they always could use more so I ordered an extra one. It think it was only 0.50 too which is a plus. I should have asked for extra olives too, but didn't know they had any!It was a lot of food and I didn't finish it all, even though I was super hungry when I got there. Soda pop refills were free which was good on a hot afternoon (108 or so). I'd go here again if I wanted a gyro, but there are a lot of other choices around too."
"We stopped by Culinary Gangster on our way back from Sedona for a quick bite. For a Saturday afternoon, they were quite busy but had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoors had misters to keep you cool on this warm summer day. The menu is expansive and has a lot to offer. I appreciated that you could have some items served as a wrap vs salad. I enjoyed the Caesar wrap. Having read some reviews, they now offer original Caesar dressing with their house-made Caesar with balsamic. Pro-tip: Yelp check-in for 10% off your first order!"
"We were extremely pleased with the flavor of the food at this restaurant. It's a little small and when they open the door the cold breeze comes flying in. However, the service is very good and the food comes out quickly so you won't get too cold if you have to sit by the door. Our foursome ordered tempura sweet potato, veggie spring rolls, Tom kha kai with shrimp, spicy basil fried rice with pork, chicken pad Thai, and chicken with broccoli. It's rare that the entrées are significantly better than the appetizers at Asian restaurants but in this case they were. The sweet potato tempura was really greasy, although it was quite crispy. The thin peanut sauce that was served with it was rather lackluster. They only had veggie spring rolls none with any meat and they had a lot of bean sprouts in them which are hard to bite through so they would string out when one took a bite. They were pretty lacking in flavor and were rather pale in color although crispy. The tom kha kai soup was absolutely amazing. It had a rich, darker color compared to versions we've had elsewhere, they used about four really large Kathir lime leaves, and it had nine whole shrimp. Unfortunately, they left the tails on which is so ridiculous when you're eating a soup that you have to stick your hands in there to break off the tails! If you like this type of soup, I highly, highly recommend it. The large size was $16 and easily serve three for a nice size portion or four for a smaller portion. The spicy basil, fried rice was not spicy enough at Thai hot, however, it had really, really good wok hay, and only needed a hint of salt to make it amazing. The chicken pad, Thai was flavorful and tender, and an extremely large portion. The chicken with broccoli was also good and very mild as would be expected. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely return."

Fast casual restaurant near the biltmore area. We stopped in on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. To be fair I probably should've looked over the menu a little more before ordering and put too many things in my bowl so the flavors got muddled. But I will know for next time.

Nice, solid Thai experience with wonderful service. The building looks like a refitted old house with a small parking lot on the property. We ordered Tom Kha soup with tofu, Pad Thai with chicken, Papaya Salad Bangkok style and Spicy Basil Noodle. We did level 3 out of 5 for spiciness. It was perfect, plenty of heat but not so hot that you can't enjoy the flavors. The servings were large and the 4 items were more than 2 people can eat. I thought the prices were also very fair for the quality.

Anyone else have a craving for that Paradise Bakery taste (RIP)? Panera ain't doing it for you anymore? Well if this sounds like you, may I suggest Salad and Go!!!I've tried several locations, this one is one of my favs. The salads are always fresh, made to order and correct every time (this is my 4th visit but I keep forgetting to take a pic for a review). This review is specifically for their Caesar salads. I've had it as ordered without mods, with Kalamata olives added, without croutons (keto mode) and without tomatoes. Every version has been correct. The salads are fresh and crispy, the dressing tastes so good and the portions are huge (twice the size of the full Caesar from Panera). I also love their frozen strawberry lemonade: tasty, sweet and refreshing. They also make wraps and soups, but I haven't tried them yet. I love that I can grab and go for a fraction of the cost of most fast food places and still stick to my diet. I can't like them enough. My fav to-go salad place in the valley!

BEST TURKEY SANDWICH I have ever had! They don't use regular deli meat. They have a delicious aioli and cranberry sauce on the sandwich and it is DIVINE! I also ordered a cold brew when I was here with oat milk, no sweetener necessary for that quality. This lunch spot also offers salads and fresh baked goods, including carrot cake, brownies and pecan pie! I watched a baker making the pecan pies while I was ordering. Everything looked absolutely amazing and I will be back to try everything!A special note: the restaurants here bridge their garden bounties with what is offered on their menus. The prices will reflect the local quality but it is WELL worth it!Seating is outdoors. There are tables with umbrellas around the restaurant and also benches in the grass areas among the trees. Service was great. KID AND PET FRIENDLY!

Oh man, this pizza is stupid good and CHEAP! I may or may not have come here for a second lunch after having a burger next door at Paradise Burger. Okay, yes I did and I'm not sorry. I am obsessed with those little cup pepperoni and I love that you can order by the slice for only $4 bucks! The slices are big, the sauce is delicious, and the ingredients are high quality. It has that pizza "flop" that I'm not so crazy about but that is just personal preference and the flavor more than makes up for it. The manager is super nice too. I wish I didn't live so far but I will go back for sure. Again, and again and again.

During our visit to the Roosevelt Art Row District, we stopped at Hugo's Cantina, a great little restaurant bar. Our first visit they have happy hour from 4-7 with some great food and drink specials a well as a weekend brunch. The interior has bright, vibrant colors with a funky atmosphere and wonderful little wooden booths for seating. The drink menu features fun craft cocktails and beers. Their Cantina menu offers tacos and enchiladas, and you select the type of meats such as tomatillo chicken, duck carnitas, and guajillo braised beef the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Looks to be a fun place at night. Please support them.

By the Bucket. They sell fried chicken by the bucket. They sell all kinds of foods like potato salad, macaroni salad, beans, and other foods by the bucket. Why not sell spaghetti by the bucket?By the bucket, sells garlic bread, pasta, and meatball subs. Let's support this local mom & pop, and encourage them to spice up their menu. Great idea for workers to come through and take some food to go. Recommended. Jordan

I'm already a fan of their lobster shop, so I had to try their steak. It's so hard to find a $10 good for you healthy and tasty meal, and this place hits the mark. The staff was super nice and helpful since it was my first time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered 2 steak wraps, one was Cobb, one was Mexican, and the third was Greek. The Greek was fresh, and cucumbers really made the flavor pop. Mexican was fully loaded and very warming to the soul. Cobb was perfect for me. We did a surf and turf, The lobster 2 pieces were done right, not overcooked and flavorful, but I did have them on the side not in with my wrap next time I'll put it inside. They have a small seating area and when the weather is right I dedicated recommend it but it's more of take and go spot.

We had a personal hiccup in the home and Jason was so professional and carried on .. business as usual. The food prepared was fresh, colorful and absolutely delicious. The portions were big and we had left overs in which we snacked on and built upon all day. We will definitely hire Kale again!"
"I redeemed my birthday reward for the free regular Buffalo fries. The staff was kind and helpful though no one knew how to redeem my reward. I ordered the original hot Buffalo fries to go. They were good and a perfect snack to share since the amount of food given in the regular is plenty. I was there a little after 11am and there was only one customer waiting for his food. So it was quiet and I got my food pretty quick."
"We stopped by for lunch on Saturday after seeing all the positive reviews. We arrived around 1:30pm and it was pretty busy. There were other people dining in and people picking up "to go" orders. The cashier was super friendly! She had a smile on her face and quickly greeted us. We took some time to look over the menu since we had never been in. The menu not only had pizza, but we also saw some chicken and salad options as well. We ended up ordering three pizzas. One regular and two Detroit style. I had the regular style with peperoni, my sister had the supreme - Detroit style and our friend had the Hawaiian - Detroit style.A table opened up while we ordered our food and the cashier told us she would be right over to clean it up. After the table was cleaned off we grabbed napkins, plates, and condiments and sat down. The food arrived not too long after. My pizza was hot and crispy. The crust was a little burnt but had a nice flavor. It also had a lot of pepperoni on top, which made me happy. The two Detroit style pizzas were my favorite. They were thick and full of toppings. The employee who dropped our pizza off was also friendly and he looked happy to be there. We ate fast though because it got to be super hot in there. The building faces the sun which makes it very hot inside. Overall both style of pizzas are good and the service is great! Can't wait to be back and try their chicken!"
"Wow. Best paneer tikka masala ever! Cute little place with great service. Samosas are good but kinda spicy. Delicious! I'll definitely be back!"
"Good Wings Buffalo spot has a casual vibe. The restaurant is spacious, colorful, clean and the menu is posted above the register. Diner's order at the counter,;take a seat, and wait for theMEAL.THe menu at Buffalo spot is straightforward you can choose either traditional or boneless wings, select how many you want, choice a flavor, simple as that. Buffalo spot also offers salads, fries, and chicken sandwiches. On the recommendation of a co-worker I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. The wings wetevmeaty, tender, crunchy and coated with a flavorful seasoning. However, a few of the wings seem to be overcooked. The wings are served with a choice of homemade ranch or blue cheese dressing and the ranch dressing is pretty good. if you're looking for wings give this place a try"
"I always love eating here! The food runner heard my granddaughter say Mac N Cheese and he had order put in before our server was at our table. That is the most epic service ever!I had the Tuna Salad Salad -Awesome! Two others ordered Pozole, & we had artichoke dip as a starter. Yummily!Definitely will be back!"
"Shout out Yelp for helping my family and I discover this amazing sushi spot in Scottsdale! We had a reservation for 5 people on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Hashi is a pretty simple restaurant, but it's very clean and quaint, and our server was extremely attentive. We started with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, garlic edamame, and seaweed salad. The garlic edamame was a game changer!! I loved the garlicky, soy sauce coating, and a nice change up from the standard lightly salted style I'm used to. I love seaweed salad, and the one here is held up to others I've had in the past. Refreshing with a nice crunch! We ordered so many rolls and we were all truly impressed from start to finish. I can't remember the names of all of them (my dad did the ordering) but some favorites include the Mr. Perfect, OMG, and tuna nigiri. All of the seafood tasted extremely fresh and the unique flavor combinations were perfect. Cannot recommend Hashi enough, I will absolutely be back next time I'm in Scottsdale!"
"I've been here a few times! I usually get their sushi burritos. This time I went with their 'build your own' poke bowl option with tuna and salmon. Always great quality fish. It was delicious! Their store's always clean and their staff is good about cleaning up the seating area as soon as a table leaves. Good, friendly service!"
"I like this Portillo's location near SanTan Village in Gilbert. It is a 7,800 square-foot space that has a retro garage theme to it. It also has a large parking lot. Portillo's is a chain that originated in Chicago in the early 60's and are known for their Chicago-style hot dogs. There are lots of photos on the wall that pay homage to their early days. Besides their hot dogs, I love the Italian Beef with Peppers, Onion Rings, Broiled Chicken Sandwich and the Chocolate Cake Shake. I recently came here and got to try one of their new salads off their menu. My first Portillo's experience was actually in Chicago. I remember trying my first Chicago-style dog and really enjoying it. Ever since my first trip to the Windy City back in 2012, Portillo's locations have been popping up all over the Valley. We have a lot of people from Chicago that live here and lately AZ has become home to many of their restaurants. When the employees call your number, they like to do it in a rhyme over the microphone. This location also has a drive-thru."
"Naked Q is in a great place, very nice area!Working employees when you walk in they are ready to take your order!By the time I payed my brisket sandwich and Mack & Cheese were ready!!You have two choices of bbq sauce to choose fromOne was Sweet one was Spicy! My favorite was the Spicy!I would recommend this place if you're in the area!"
"I am sick today and the only thing that sounded yummy was falafel and hummus so my husband was kind enough to pick me up food from this place! They are a little expensive but good stuff and I got a really good amount of food. Pickup was easy for my husband and food was ready fast. I got the hummus and falafel with tahini and two pita. It was all really flavorful. Pita was pillowy soft, hummus was creamy, and falafel was nice and crispy! I do wish they packed the falafel separately from the hummus as it did get a bit cold, but still very good! Would come back!"
"Right now Mad Greens is offering in their app if you buy one of each of their 4 in house made juices before March 3rd. You can score your self a free entrée!! We bought two today and we are going to give them a try! Mad Green is always great about quality and consistency of service and how amazing the food always tastes. It's always fresh and clean and right on pint. But the other thing they are great about is rewarding customer loyalty. Always offering something and delivering."
"I've been here twice and wish I give more than five stars as I tend not to be a breakfast gal. The food was fantastic, the service was spot on. Michelle was our server and she was amazing! Bonus Good coffee. If your looking for a great breakfast this is the place."
"We were looking for a lite lunch after walking through the Art on the Avenue. We chose Mountain View Kitchen and it was a great choice. We each had salads. I chose the Greek Salad and husband had the Chicken Caesar. Both were the perfect size. The ingredients were fresh with a good ratio of toppings to lettuce. The size of the chicken on the Caesar salad was ample. Service was excellent. I liked the mason jar glasses for water and soda. Great stop."
"First Time at Master Taco and Both My Wife and I Really Enjoyed Our Takeout Dinner tonite. It was " Taco Tuesday " and We Ordered Both Street Tacos and Hard Shell Tacos All With Shredded Beef. Great Value and Presentation as These Tacos were Stuffed with Quality Ingredients ... We WILL Definitely Be Back Soon !!!"
"This is our go to place for breakfast burritos! The Machata (sp?) Burrito is my absolute favourite. The blend of spiced meat, peppers, and onion is divine. We've also gotten their horchata a few times and it has always been refreshing and sweet."
"Ordered on UberEats and we were very pleased! The food came fast and was hot. The chicken schwarma had a ton of flavor and sauce. The hummus was smooth and creamy. The schwarma meal came with a side of garlic sauce and it was amazing!! I could eat the whole cut to myself.Would absolutely go again."
"Fast, friendly, and yummy as always. Today I turned some ladies on at a care home where I serve to Salad and Go with dietitian permission from their facility. They were head over heals! This is my all time favorite fast food. One we can eat at and so much healthier than any other. A rare place that is healthy and still tastes delicious and filling."
"I spotted the newly opened Pita Café Express after grocery shopping. We had been talking about Baba Ghanoush recently and knowing their sister store served it I stopped in. Alas, they only had hummus. I was about to leave but their friendly staff convinced me to change my mind so I decided on the hummus bowl. It starts with a hefty serving of hummus (they have several varieties but I chose the regular) then I got to pick "additions". I selected finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onions. An ample portion of grilled beef and lamb was added and then I had them drizzle what appeared to be a creamy garlic sauce over the top. The pita included was still warm and soft when I arrived home. My bowl was delicious--tangy and fresh tasting. I'm glad I decided to try it (but I still love Baba Ghanoush (hint, hint...)"
"If you watched Chefs Table on Netflix, you may be familiar with Chef Chris Bianco who started this one little pizz concept that blew up and expanded into many locations. Previously, folks would come from far and wide to eat his pies. I was visiting, so of course, I had to come check it out.Service- my server was great, but he didnt tell me his name, and it was not on my receipt. He had glasses, buzz cut, cute black guy. Funny and friendly, and chatty, which I enjoyed while I was there solo. I also chatted with what looked like the manager, an older gentleman. He was so personalable. I told him I was from Houston, and we chatted about that a while. I will say both server and manager made me feel very welcomed and relaxed, and that's important to me. Food- I ordered Biancoverde pizza based on the server recommendation and his personal favorite. It includes ricotta and arugula. Looks unassuming, but very tasty. It's basically a personal thin crust pizza. You could easily split or eat one pie yourself. I wanted to try one more pie. Next, I ordered the Wise guy pizza. I loved the smoky mozzarella and onions, lots of sausage, maybe too much? I had a piece and took the rest to go. But best to eat it fresh. You can only order 1 pie as you go. There was a steady flow of repeat customers, family's, conference attendees, college students (its right next to ASU), and solo dinners. Business seems to be doing well!"
"Loved my first visit at Fly Bye! This fast casual spot dishes out detroit style pizza, wings and other shareable fare. The team is so friendly and my food came out fresh, hot and timely. Per recommendations from the Fly Bye team i went with a large detroit style pizza, 1/2 Black Truffle Mushroom and 1/2 Smoky BBQ Chicken. I LOVED that I was able to customize with specialty flavors. The truffle mushroom was so delish, topped with fresh arugula and all the truffle flavor, and the BBQ chicken was also delightful with perfect balance of heat and flavor. Both enjoyed with their house made ranch, which was absolutely out of this world and a perfect accoutrement to the pizza. I also got the shaved brussel salad, because balance - which included arugula, apple, date, parmesan and a delicious lemon vinaigrette. I ended my meal with one of their tasty chocolate chip toffee cookies, not my favorite, little on the flat side for my preferences, but still very good and great to share as they are quite large. I was really impressed and enjoyed my first visit and definitely foresee future visits for take out or dining in, because they do offer various tables on their patio and indoors if you prefer to go that route!"
"TLDR: get #22 breakfast sandwichThere were a lot of breakfast options at PHX airport and I'm really glad I ended up here! The round toasty shape of the sandwiches caught my attention as I've never seen those. The owner talked to us about the sandwiches and recommended the #22 for breakfast, so we got that and #66 to share between two people. The sandwiches come already cut in half which is convenient.#22 comes with two poached eggs, bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, black beans, avocado, zookz Chipotle Sauce.#66 comes with cheddar cheese, two poached eggs, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, and zookz zinger cream cheese sauce.I took a bite of #22 first before #66, and #22 was so flavorful that it kinda overtook the second sandwich. #66 is a good sandwich, but I made sure to finish that half first. It has all the traditional components of a breakfast sandwich topped with a creamy cheese sauce, and the eggs are cooked perfectly. #22 is pretty unique. I think what makes it shine is the sauce. It's a little sweet and maybe has some mustard or horseradish flavor. I don't know what's in there but it goes so well with the rest of the sandwich.I didn't get the dessert one but it looked amazing. Great airport food, not too pricey!"
