I was extremely disappointed as this shop smelled terrible inside. Not only was there an odor, the man behind the counter wasn't wearing gloves while handling the treats! Normally, the RMCF has a wonderful chocolate aroma, not this place. We ended up going to another store to buy our goodies. The smell was way too much, just gross.

I often order sweet treats from this chain in Libertyville illinois. Expecting to find the same large assortment of chocolates, ability to gift wrap in nice handled paper bags and ribbon tie cellophane packaging, I found this store was disappointing. While this had an ice cream bar with a buffet of toppings the chocolate selection was good but limited. They had dog treats nicely packaged as a gift bag but could not really do much else in nice packaging. We were given white plastic bags that looked like grocery bags instead of smart gift bags. Part of buying gifts is the presentation. I had to go to Michael's to get ribbon and cellophane to finish the job. Would try a different chocolatier unless you are also shopping for both dogs and people.

Spent $13 to be given FREEZER BURNT chocolates that taste like garbage. This place is definitely not making anything fresh, so when you're buying something, always ask when the item was made. Don't be like me and get robbed.

Asked for 2 M&M Carmel Apples.Told the girl my order, she asked for sliced or whole and I said 1 of each.I live 30 min away and when I get home to eat my M&M Carmel apple..... there is nothing but 2 PLAIN CARMEL APPLES.
