6/29/24: OMG, was Rito's good! They won the trifecta: superb service, delightful decor, fantastic food. If you have not tried Rito's Crown location, you are missing out on mighty fine food.Long version: we wanted decent Mexican food for lunch and we definitely had that at Rito's. Off the bat, there is a large parking lot to the east of the complex. We arrived around 2:30 or so and there was also plenty of street parking. Could be a totally different story for dinnertime. It is not a huge restaurant but it is well designed on the inside (seating and decor), plus they have a nice sized patio on the west side of the building. The picture shows umbrellas; I did not notice misters. Needless to say, we opted to sit indoors to escape the heat.Chips & salsa were deposited onto the table within seconds of being seated, shortly followed by water. Bonus: they did not bring straws with the water. I did get one with the horchata, EXTRA BONUS: it was compostable! That's a great thing in my mind. The horchata? Some of the best I have had, and I have had it from many different restaurants because I love it.Our server, Missy, was pulling double duty as the bartender. Amazing. Not only was she funny and polite, but she did not even have to write down our order; kept it all in her head -- and did not screw it up. She absolutely deserved the 20% tip. The other servers were also punctual with water refills and clearing off our plates; I wonder if they receive a portion of the tip ... ?This complimentary chips were thick & crispy (they paired well w/ my side of beans). We ordered quite a bit because we wanted leftovers for dinner. The crispy beef and crispy chicken tacos were great (although I did nab some of my sisters sour cream to dab on them), and the side of beans were so good. My sister's three way burrito was huge and well seasoned. If you see her plate there is hardly any room left on it, thanks to the heaping sides of beans and rice. I highly recommend Rito's Crown location.

One of my favorite 'New Mexican' Mexican restaurants in Phoenix serving up a fantastic green chili burrito, chips and salsa, and perfect margaritas. Great lunch spot to get in and out or you can linger on the patio if the weather is nice. The service is always fast and so nice, you will want to return often. A tip- order your burrito enchilada style with green chili sauce... Best thing you can do for yourself.

favorite place to get an enchilada style burrito in Phoenix! first time going in and having a drink. nice ambiance and great bar with a wide variety of tequila. they also offer other spirits besides tequila. Missy is awesome and helped take care of us, made the visit more fun. very convenient they have multiple locations too, highly recommend!

The chips were a little overcooked but the hot sauce was great! The bean burro enchilada style with green sauce was great, very good flavor. The mixed bean and meat burro was excellent. The meat was perfectly tender. The green sauce was fantastic. There was plenty of seating, including outdoors, and the staff were very nice. Great food!!

Went on a Sunday morning for early lunch. It was pretty dead when we got there and sat outside. Service was kind of slow. Food was good. I had hard shell tacos and rice which were yummy. My friends had the enchilada which bass his favorite. He lives in Raleigh and gets back to Phoenix every couple years, Ritos is one of the places he has to eat when he's in town.

*Food 10/10 amazing !! *Flavorful & seasoned amazingly "green Chile burrito **Service was 10/10 **As soon as we walked in we was instantly approached and service was quick, while they was busy! *Ambiance 10/10*The wet burrito everyone recommended on here, was amazing!!! The do charge for rice and beans on the side instead of it included like a regular restaurant, so I was not to excited for that. But after I ate my burrito I was full and satisfied so I didn't even need rice or beans. Pricing was not bad at all & Cocktails was 10/10, Flavorful and strong! Definitely will be back and recommend to others!

Every time we visit family in AZ, we make them take us out for good Mexican food. I started with a prickly pear margarita, which is a must-have in the valley. It was fresh and thirty quenching on a 100-degree day, which could be dangerous. Chips & Salsa were delivered promptly to the table & replaced at least one time. The chips were hot & salsa had good flavor. My aunt told us all about the green chili burritos, so we all ordered the specialty. I actually got the mixed red & green sauce, yummy! The pork was tender & and sauce was so flavorful. This place was clean & trendy. Staff was nice except for they forgot to ask our side of the table if we wanted to make our a meal with beans & rice. I wouldn't say it was traditional, but very good.

Best kept secret in Phoenix! We've been coming here for years and the food never disappoints! Happy hour specials are great! Our server, Angel, provides the highest level service. Josh behind the bar mixes a fabulous margarita. The atmosphere is very comfortable and you feel like family just walking through the door.
