Ril-Dil BBQ

I came to Arizona to visit and was craving some midwestern BBQ & this place did not disappoint! Family was welcoming and responsive food was fresh and sauce was good!

This past weekend, we had this food truck in my complex. Prior to them coming, we decided to look them up. There were only 3 ratings and every one of them was terrible. Needless to say, we were skeptical on eating there. I mean, it was compliments of our complex so free food is always a plus. But seeing the ratings and reviews made me not want to try it. Even it was free. But, I like to forge my own opinion as does my wife. So, we gave it a shot. When we got there it was about 30 mins after the start time. We were greeted right away by, who I think is the owner. We had to take a few minutes to look over the menu and see what we wanted. After deciding, my wife went with the rib tip dinner with baked beans and potato salad. I decided to go with the hot links with fries and potato salad. The owner, I'm guessing, was extremely nice and courteous. He even offered us some free drinks. Smelling that bbq cooking up, made me excited to try it. By now, we had gotten our food and made our way upstairs to see for ourselves. Let me tell you, the links were on point. Very tasty, nice kick and that bbq sauce was delish. They even toasted the buns. Fries were fries. The potato salad you can tell was homemade. Very tasty and a unique flavor. Same with the baked beans. They are definitely homemade and have a distinct taste. The rib tips, MMMM MMMM MMMM!!! The flavor of the sauce, the tenderness of the tips, all worth it. Oh and the food was hot and fresh. This is why my wife and I always like to see for ourselves. I mean, some places you can steer away from based on reviews and pics, but this definitely is not one of them. Job well done. Will definitely be seeking them out again, to eat and support the biz. Keep up the great work. Thank you for the hospitality and awesome food.

I don't know how this place is still in business, owner has a terrible attitude and doesn't even want to be there. Food is cold and very small portions. Meat tastes like it came out of a box, it's no surprise no one was here.

Ribs were tender and delicious and so was the links. Al didn't have any sides prepared at the time but I was happy with the results still. Really nice guy!

The sauce is one of a kind! Amazing I had the chicken tips and they were so tender and juicy. Best I ever had hands down!

Ribs, rib tips, and chicken tips were all delicious!! Savory, sweet, with just a hint of spice... a great reminder of the BBQ I used to get in the Midwest. Great service with a family vibe. I felt so welcome and I'm looking forward to my return trip!

Rib tips and hot links reminded me of being back in the Midwest. Loved it. The smell of great BBQ in the air is always a winner.

(-5) Would of picked no stars if had that choice.My husband & I went to the get us some BBQ from this food truck at Montage at Pecos Ranch but nothing was ready. No menu with prices posted, no one around (we were there at 5 pm, he or they weren't) we did not even smell any food. I did finally seen a guy laying or leaning in the truck, it was already 5:15pm; this was to start at 5 pm to 8 pm. The guy did not even let people know he was running late or acknowledge anyone. 1. Bad customer service - 02. No menu - 03. No appetizing smells of BBQ - 04. Bad choice of food truck - 05. Pictures on Facebook & Google page do not look the same - 0Whomever picked this food truck picked wrong. The last BBQ food truck was great! (hint hint)

Awful. Avoid at any cost. People were waiting hours to get food you can buy at Walmart but only cooked in a food truck. I watched them dump Walmart brand French fries in the firer. They had to substitute food because they ran out of chicken tenders. I honestly walked away and zelled my girlfriend what she had paid for her food. Total rip off highly recommend avoiding.

Came to our complex from 5pm to 8pm, but as of 5:18pm, I see the guy but seems to be ignoring the few customers that were waiting, no worries Famous Dave's has all you can eat rib tips tonight for $13.00. I am sure you will not have to wait and be ignored, customer service trumps a good product but really do not know if it was good no opportunity to try it out so 0 stars, waiting in 90 degree weather just no worth it.
