Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers - Phoenix

As I sit here watching car after car go by I wish someone had told me to not do curbside pick up. Scratch that, the workers need to review their curbside/mobile ordering process.I also watched two young ladies get their curbside and sit there and eat it. Aren't you supposed to leave? Were they blocking the other people who may have been needing that space?Anyway, Drive Thru. Just go through drive thru. Even walking in to order you're going to wait longer.If anything they're timed, so Drive thru is priority so they are served fastest. From previous fast food experience 20yrs ago lol...Now I'm at 20mins since I've pulled in and checked in. Mind you!!! I ordered and got here in 5mins. So take that into consideration...it's still a wait.Maybe add a star if my food tastes good???When it gets here???Should I go in??Call??Sigh...Okay so I just ran in, whatever. And surprise! My order was sitting right there! No customers in line, no one else waiting. The young man in charge after I told him I was waiting for my curbside explained to me that mobile orders are not treated as curbside. And I have to go in and get it. :/Well thank you sir. Your mobile order disagrees with you. See my photo? Checked in and waited as directed.I took my lukewarm food, chicken was really what I was after and that was still good. My lrg root beer was also passable. And once again it will be another year or 5 until I go back and get the chicken and toast. Fries are just fries. And it's 11 bucks for 3 tenders, fries combo. It's something not making a point to go and get and/or make a big fuss over the wait. Just give me my crap so I can leave.

Their sauce was so good and the chicken was really great. I love canes I might come back.

This is my first visit to this location. There was no line right before 2pm which I was shocked at and unheard of while at a Canes's location. Food was hot and fresh and service was on point.

HAPPY 25th BIRTHDAY, RAISING CANE'S!!! I'm a diehard Caniac, so of course I had to come out and celebrate the opening of this new Raising Cane's location on the southwest corner of 53rd avenue and Indian school road. Today, they had a ton of staff on duty training and the customer service was still top notch. This Raising Cane's is easily one of the most beautiful locations I've had the pleasure of eating at. What's better than one disco ball in the dining area? THREE DISCO BALLS!Today I got a box combo with extra toast and a fountain drink. The chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries were cooked to perfection and complimented the buttery toast nicely. Overall, I would have to say I am completely satisfied with my experience. #RaisingCanesForTheWin

Every employee working there thank you for making my food. Because when I was baseball game Friday night. Me and my friend got canes and it was good chicken and fries.

I've been to this location a few times, but the last trip was really bad. The order takers outside were dropping the eff bomb within hearing range of customers in the drive through; pretty tacky IMHO. Yes, I mentioned it to the manager at the window, but I shouldn't have had to. I get up to the window and although they'd given me the total when I ordered, for some reason they couldn't find it and I had to order again. I get home with my order to discover they'd given me an incorrect order. I attempted to call the store (twice) and got no answer, so I ended up calling the 800 number with my complaint. This happened five days ago and I'm still waiting for someone to reach out to me. Looks like I might have to avoid them in the future.

It's just like any other location with the same food and tastes you'd enjoy! The staff is quick and friendly and they stay on top of keeping their restaurant clean!There's plenty of seating but parking can be hard to find depending on the day/time you visit. Otherwise it's just like any other location and a must visit for that chicken, sauce, and toast!

I ordered from this restaurant coming from out of state. My first problem came when I was paying I had an older 1980 $10 bill. So it wasn't able to be checked with the bill checker. The manger was a white man look at me a black man thinking that the bill was fake. It took 3 people to look at my clearly not fake bill to understand it's an older bill. This place is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
