Unfortunately this place does not honor what they showcase on their website about Exchange's.. I understand there is no return policy but if I'm just simply trying to exchange something because it's not agreeing with my body is insulting. You have the nerve to tell me when i called that it's my body getting used to it after I've gotten sick three times from it is an insult! You didn't see what happened to me at the gym and you didn't even MENTION a comment about your ONLINE policies .. All I got was "no sir sorry" This place has helpful people? I dont see it. And dont give me some BS "we're so sorry you feel that way please get in contact with the branch manager" just for social media sake.. This place needs honor and integrity.

Absolutely love this place! Rob is always so knowledgeable, the other staff members are also friendly and the service is quick. This Peoria location is my favorite & I love how it's just a few doors down from the 24hr gym.

If you really want to take your gym game to the next level, this is the place to go to. Compared to other options that are out there, I guarantee you that this is the pinnacle of sports nutrition in the West Valley. The key difference between this shop and others is the insanely good customer service you receive here.Let's say you walk into a GNC, or comparable business. What do you expect there? My experience is that it's generally a bunch of popular products with a sales person that doesn't grasp the subtle differences between each product they carry. Rob, the manager of this store, not only carries a wide variety of products, but will work with you to figure out what the best option is for your needs. I've been a regular customer here for over 3 years, and in that time I have been given the good, bad, and ugly of every thing I have ever contemplated buying here.To highlight some of their offerings, I would say the have an excellent selection of pre-workouts to begin with. You're looking for something with DMAA? They have you covered. Want something that's a little more balanced for pump and energy? Don't worry, they also can accommodate that. Along with an extensive selection of amino acids, proteins, thermogenics, test boosters, etc. they will have whatever you're looking for.With all of the options you have available to you, it may seem weird to go to an independent store over something like BodyBuilding.com or a national chain. But like I said earlier, you're going to have a way better selection of products curated by a knowledgeable person, who is more than willing to help you find whats right for you. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will continue to preach the gospel of this place like I have for the last 3 years.

This is the only place I go to for my supplements. The owner has great customer service. My brother, sister, and I come in almost everyday and he never disappoints. He has so much knowledge of everything in his store. He always recommends the best pre-workout for whatever we're feeling that day. He also is hilarious and brightens my day whenever I come in!! THANK YOU POWER NUTRITION. I never ever write yelp reviews but this place is awesome so I had to!

Great customer service!The staff are very friendly and full of knowledge.I also respect that they give a 15% discount to active and former military. With no membership card fees, this place is my new home for supplements!!!

Went here the other day to pick up some preworkout. The employee was friendly and I purchased one of the BAMF preworkouts. When we got home, I opened it so I could use it for my workout. The entire container of powder was a solid on the inside. I couldn't even get the plastic measuring cup out of it. So we get back in the car, drive to this location, and tell them about it. We were told that they've been having this issue with the BAMF preworkout because there was moisture when it was shipped or something, and that we're just supposed to put it in the refrigerator and that would make it go from a complete solid to a powder, but that they couldn't return it or offer us a refund because "technically nothing was wrong with it". The employee was nice and did tell us that he wasn't authorized to do a return but if we came back again the next day (that would be our third trip there), we *might* be able to get a refund. At that point we just gave up and took the preworkout home. It has been days and still is in huge clumps, and the preworkout cannot be measured to mix in with water because of this. Really upsetting that A) this shipment of $50 preworkout is still being sold to people when they know it's solid as a rock and B) they wouldn't offer me a refund or even an exchange. Super disappointed and I will not be purchasing anything from here again unfortunately. 2 stars because at least the employee was nice.

If you need advice in regards to supplements and you have time talk to Troy. He owns this Nutrition store and knows what he is talking about.How do I know? Troy knows how to train to be a pro bodybuilder. He is one, and has done many shows. This is the best one stop for our nutrition needs. They are helpful and always have great recommendations.

Wow the guy Rob is super nice, amazing service , and doesnt care about upselling compared to caring that your a happy customer who is getting the right supplement for their goal. Prices are great too, even comparable with bodybuilding, although I dont think pro nutrition has sales. Overall great place woth knowledgeable employees, thanks Rob I will be coming here from now on, totally worth the drive !
