Pork On A Fork

The food was excellent. I had the bbq pulled pork sandwich. Fries and beans. Top 10 bbq, and we are southern.

We stopped for takeout on a weekday at 4:00. Not busy and great friendly service. We both had 1/2 pork sandwich, Arizona style with topping of green Chiles and a bbq sourcream sauce, and 2 sides.First of all, the bun. Dry, plain, and as standard (cheap) as you can get. I expected better for a $15 meal. Too small for the size needed for a 1/2 pound of meat.The meat itself moist, juicy but no taste on its own. Not seasoned whatsoever prior to smoking it?? The taste of what you eat is from all the toppings/sauces, not the meat itself.Sides of bbq beans were runny, more mashed than whole beans. The Mac n cheese was dry. No cheesey sauce consistency, must have been all absorbed into the pasta if any to begin with. Disappointed for the entire meal. Possibly bun and side dishes were this way because from lunch time of day but would not order again.Staff was pleasant and quick.

The Brisket is good, otherwise my disappointment is immeasurable, the portion size is micro and mass produced BBQ made in haste, the health inspection certificate was not proudly displayed and a glance around the preparation table explains everything. Angry gender confused teens shove foil wrapped stuff in a bag and ring you up, while you are given the opportunity to add a tip starting at 25 percent, and the cost measured against quantity and quality left me feeling victimized worse than a working girl that takes coupons and IOU's while maintaining a raw dog two for one special.

Had lunch date here and was bit disappointed, had high hopes Location is interesting in a industrial area. Clean walk in and nice dining area. Had double combo platter and BBQ pork ribs.On the combo chicken and sausage was dry/salty.Brisket and pulled pork were decent .BBQ pork ribs were a bit dry but the sauce made it reasonableColeslaw and corn were good.No way does it live up to its sign, LOLMac Cheese and potato salad were below expectations

Stopped by here yesterday for lunch after a meeting in the area. This is one of my favourite BBQ places to eat at. This trip I got the pork, sausage, bean and mashed potatoes. The meats are always good. The pork is perfect for me with the mustard base BBQ sauce they have. The sausage has a good flavour too. The mashed potatoes with the gravy is excellent. They do have RC cola too on tap. The RC reminds me of the childhood. The service is always really good here. The people are nice and friendly. When ordering my meat they ask which one I would like more of too. I like the TV in the dinning room too. It is nice way to catch up with some of the sports news. Plus the big American flag hanging up is great too.

OK, I love this place. I have been going here way before they got digital screens. They change the menu a little on how it was set up and everything, but I still love it.. I find it sad that the price went up, because if you go in the afternoon, the people are a little bit more lazy at covering up the food and the chicken is dry in the afternoon. I am happy when I go there around lunchtime because the food is perfect. I just find it sad that I go there for a date night and the food isn't the best. So go there midday and you'll get a great and a good experience.

On arrival I was greeted by very friendly employees.  We went for the picnic pack as there was a lot of meats to try.Sausage had a nice snap and was juicy and full of flavor.  One of my favorite meats.Brisket was lean and the dry rub had a nice peppery flavor.Pulled pork was tender and juicy.  Light smoky flavor made very tasty with the addition of a bit of sweet sauce.Chicken was tender and juicy with a light smoky flavor.They have some different sauces here with my favorite being the sweet sauce.  Employees told me they smoked their meats with a mix of hickory and pecan wood.  Place has a huge dining room in the back.One thing that made me very happy here was the drink selection.  They have Hires Root Beer which was my favorite drink when I was a kid.  Hires has a sweet root beer flavor and lots of foam which I love.

What a great find! I have driven past this place a few times. Seen a sign that said.. "Best BBQ Ever"! I stopped for that reason. I decided to pick up dinner from here. I came in on the best day Ever! Prime Rib Day! Oh my! What a treat. I was greeted with a smile from a young gentleman. He was so happy to assist me.He tells me we have Prime Rib tonight. The way he described it. I knew it had to be good. He was glowing and excited about it. I ordered a Prime Rib Dinner, Half rack of Ribs and a half pound of pork.Prime Rib was the best I have ever had. It had wonderufl flavor. Tender and juicy. It was accompanied by horseradish and aus ju. It was for my bf. The Ribs were tender and full of flavor. Each dinner came with 2 sides. We tried Mac and cheese, green beens, and baked beans! Baked beans and mac were good. The pork oh man, I was disappointed no flavor at all just smoked. I was shocked considering everything else was wonderful.Last but not least the young girl checking me out to pay was NOT nice. She rushed me through ordering with the happy workers and over charged me for 2 sides that came with my meal. So word of advice. Always get and check your reciept! The stars are for the food and the two young men slicing up the Meats! They made my experience. To the young lady that was rude at the counter. Fake it until you make it!!!! lolI wanted to give 5 stars but I will be back maybe next time!

Country vibe (country music playing in seating area with huge American flag) makes a great ambiance to enjoy the bbq. The brisket is absolutely fantastic. Paired with the macaroni and corn in a burrito is an amazing experience for the taste buds. The kids at the counter are friendly and walk you through the stations. Great lunch spot!

We had them delivered for a manager's meeting. Bree is the best! So I ordered through their website and checked out as a guest. Apparently I must've entered my email wrong because I never got an email. When the driver delivered, there was no itemized receipt. I had to call the store to see if they can send one over, since the accounting dept was bugging me for a receipt. I spoke with Bree. She said there was a lunch rush, but to give her a few mins to text it to me. It did take closer to an hour to get to me, but I'm not complaining. She saved my behind because I needed it to turn in to accounting. She even called me afterward to make sure I got it. The food was excellent, too. None of the 4 people who ordered had ANY complaints. As a matter of fact, we all ended up taking their little sauce cups home. I had the brisket bowl with mac/rice sides. I wish I had gotten a bigger plate. I inhaled that food so fast. I will definitely order again, even if the company does not.
