Waiting for their Chandler to open they had the truck out front. I hope the restaurant has better BBQ than the truck. I'd consider their Beef Brisket just average and for $14 I'd expect more the two slices of meat. Hot BBQ sauce was the saving grace. I try the restaurant when it opens but hard pass on the truck

We tried this yummy food truck and only tried two small items but we loved them! We tried the corn bread and the Mac and cheese and both were delicious! I can't wait to see this food truck around again so I can try the delicious meat!

Delicious bbq and sides! The beef brisket Mac and cheese bowl is delicious! The beef brisket is so tender and flavorful! The staff was friendly and gave great suggestions! Hoping they are coming around to the neighborhood again soon!

I've been a long time fan of Pork on a Fork, have been going for years, since shortly after they opened their Deer Valley location. I've eaten the ribs there countless times. But I will NEVER eat at their food truck again after this past Food Truck Friday experience. I got the ribs & rightly assumed they were baby back ribs, which are the only kind of ribs they serve at the restaurant. They were not. First of all, all the ribs were separate pieces. When you serve a half rack of ribs, it should be intact, not random separated ribs thrown together. I could tell a couple were baby back ribs & were good, the rest were gross, almost all fat. One of the rib pieces was about 2 inches thick and mostly fat and the meat that was on there was tough. Also, my first bite of the mac n cheese was massively salty. It was as if they'd topped it with seasoned salt (why?!) instead of paprika. $17 worth of food & much of it was inedible. After such a bad experience, it will be long time before I even try eating at their restaurant location again and never again at their food truck. It's a shame.

I tried the food truck at Alma School, south of Warner. Everything is ala carte. Sides are coleslaw, potato salad, bbq beans, and 3cheese Mac and cheese. Paid $20 for a sampler. Was hoping for a generous amount, but was moderate. Chicken and pork were moist. Brisket was okay and slightly dry. Should be moist. Chose sweet sauce instead of spicy, hot. Loved it. Expect restaurant to open in April at same location. Will I try this again? Yes, when restaurant opens.
