Panda Express

Worst food I've had from any place in a long time. I had the orange chicken, and the Sweet Fire chicken. You really should be able to pierce a peace of chicken with a plastic fork. Chicken is tender to begin with. How do you turn it into hard, chewy bits? Chicken egg roll was okay. Service was fast and friendly. You get one star for that.

The food here sucks. I've given this place a few try's because they're close to my house. I will not be coming here anymore. Food is always nasty ! If you really want Panda Express go to the one on 24th st and baseline.

Last few times, including this one I have ordered walnut shrimp. Every time I forget to ask for extra walnuts. Great recipe with all the equal ingredients.

I can see why this place only has several stars! Ordered the walnut shrimp, where's the walnuts? My wife ordered beef and broccoli and only got 2 pieces of beef and too many broccoli florets! Overall taste was very bland and not worth the money you pay for! Avoid this place if you can!

I refuse to go to another Panda Express. My last 5-6 visits have been consistently stellar. The staff is always super friendly (even when I'm ordering right before they close) and the food comes out fast. Like, crazy fast! I've only ever been parked twice but that's because I had a pretty large order. Sometimes, I like to go through and just order one of everything - like I did today. I know they accept PayPal here so I wanted to try it. The person taking my order said she had never processed a transaction through PayPal but she was very encouraging and said we'll figure it out together. I drove up to the window, hand over my phone so they can scan a QR code, and that was it. Sooooo simple and easy. I was met with friendly smiles from other staff who wanted to confirm my order and was parked soon after. And this is not an isolated experience. These guys are consistently amazing and I have no idea where these salty reviews are coming from. I love this location. Won't go anywhere else.

Employees are rude and unprofessional very small servings 0/5 if possible. Even when asked politely for a refund staff started to argue with me and when I pulled to the window the employees were laughing instead of giving me a refund became an ordeal. Never going to panda express

Zero stars if I could. Showed up at 10 pm and they said "we don't have much left" and no orange chicken. They close at 11? I feel bad for whoever owns this chain location as the employees are all trash at their job. I would seriously consider closing it down.

We got two plates and they gave us zero sauce when we asked for it knowing it's some dry ass food who tf does that

Not so happy with the manager there she has a very bad attitude not good customer service for a manager on that store she is a young girl I went on this 9/22/23 at 8:45 at night not too good

So I usually order a 2 entre plate for my sister since she is a vegetarian. I have requested a 2 entre plate but to replace the meat I ALWAYS ask for cream cheese Rangoon and the idiot at the drive thru said NO!!!!!!! Ever since when they deny what I ask for. Shouldn't it be what is customers want not WHAT THE FUCK that idiot says!!!!!!! Never again to this location I will attend idiots like that should not be working!!!!!!!!!!
