Have had a hard time finding a good Greek place in Tempe since we moved here last year... well now we have to look no more. Great experience at this family run restaurant that was only minutes from our townhome.The person that took our order over the phone was super nice and informative. They were also very flexible to accommodate special dietary needs, which is always appreciated.My wife and I loved the way that they prepared their Spanakopita. It had an extremely crispy phyllo dough that was paired with a wonderfully tasty filling.Our daughter ordered the falafel platter and was so happy with her selection. The falafel was absolutely gorgeously prepared and the crunch and flavor were "on point" according to her.We also ordered their Greek Salad and substituted additional black olives in place of the onions. Their Greek dressing was one of the best that we ever had and truly accentuated all of the great flavors in their salad. The only downside for us was that it did not include any potato salad. Will ask next time if this is something that we can add.That said, we will definitely be back to enjoy their good food and great hospitality.

I am glad I decided to eat the food at NK Gyros! I stopped by and was greeted by Athena who was welcoming and friendly! She recommended that I go for a combo meal which was less than buying each food item separately. I took her advice and ordered a Gyro sandwich with a small Greek salad and lemonade. I must say the Gyro sandwich was DELICIOUS and was very stuffed! The combo meal was worth the money, however, it was Athena's wonderful and amazing customer service that was priceless. I HIGHLY recommend this Greek restaurant it's worth the money and the friendly service is hard to come by!

The food may be great but I drove 10 mins there only to get there and they were closed at 7:25pm when yelp said their hours were until 8:00pm. They had a hand written sign on the store with updated hours.

Best gyro I've had on this side of town. Hands down! After being pretty disgusted by the Maskadores next door, I decided to try NK GYRO & so glad I did! I ordered the #1 just the gyro & man oh man! This bad boy came LOADED with meat & the meat is very tender!I do wish the tomato was thinly sliced but minor details lol I had to pick off some meat before I dug into the sandwich bcus it was so loaded! I appreciate them for not skimping!

Gave this place a shot as we were looking up dinner, and it didn't disappoint! The restaurant was empty when we were there so it made me wonder if the food was truly fresh because it came out so quickly, but it was good.We got the Gyro Plate and Gyro Pita. The plate included 2 sides: salad or soup for first option, and hummus, fries or rice for the second option. Rice is unfortunately not included but it did come with pita bread. The gyro meat was delicious.

Very hit or miss. Want to love this place but they close on random days And don't update their hours. I've asked for extra sauces (and paid for them of course) and never received them. Same with extra pita request (also charged for but not given). In general I think they have yummy food but there are certainly housekeeping issues that need addressing. I'm rooting for them
