Mule Creek Saloon

Mule Creek is the best! Michelle is the greatest server we have had there! We walked in once when she was coming on shift. The "younger" servers never cleared the tables and were so very behind on washing the bar glasses. Within 20 minutes, Michelle had tables cleared and glasses washed and stacked! She is the friendliest server we have at the place! Mule Creek is lucky to have such a great worker in this day and age!

So I go in around 8:15. It is karaoke night. A few people at the bar, about 15 people at the tables. One bartender, a blond with longish hair. I don't know her name. I sit at the bar. The bartender says something to 2 girls sitting near me. I expect her to ask what I would like. Instead , she walks past me and goes to a table to clear one mug. She then looks like she is putting in a song for karaoke. She then passes behind me to clear other tables. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you". At that point I left. Bring back Jamie! She was a good, attentive bartender!

Went around lunch time ordered a beer no food there was something in the distant background- the girl there were two was friendly for the first contact! But I have to say this was one of the most depressing bars I've ever been into! Boring is an understatement! Watched the girls munch on burnt pizza! It was clean! But boring at best! Very minimal interaction! Not an exciting place! One star is to generous! Served and never checked on! I'd say it's a very good chance I'll not be back unless hog tied and drug into the bar again! I hope later in the evening is way more exciting!

Came into this place just looking to grab a drink with my wife on a kid free night. Not a big selection, but the atmosphere was fun, I got a drink inwanted, the service was great, and they had live entertainment. I am looking forward to coming back!

Best bartenders in town!! Always smiling and have your drink ready before you sit down. Everyone's welcoming... feels like family. My new favorite place!!

Cool little divey/local place with cheap, ice cold draft beers. Not a ton of food options but from what I can tell they do allow you to order pizzas or DoorDash as an alternative. Josh provides witty banter behind the bar and along with friendly regulars who are always willing to strike up a conversation this is a very fun place to hang out. Plenty of options from darts to lotto tickets, pull tabs, and plenty of TVs with games on all the time so there's something to keep everyone entertained. Glad this place is in our regular rotation in Surprise.

Classic neighborhood bar with solid selection of cold draft beers at very reasonable prices. We stop in often on Saturday/Sunday afternoons when we're in the area and the bartenders are always great - very attentive to keeping drinks full and conversation and laughs flowing. Can't speak to the nighttime scene but the daytime crowd is great and we always have a good time.

No food is available. It's a dive bar, so keep expectations low. Beer is somewhat cold but not as cold as most places.

Been going the for over 18onths and have seen a turnover of great bartenders that never left your glass empty... Now they're requiring you to give them a credit card if you're ordering! have never not paid and won't allow bartenders that are new to have access to my CC info...enough other places to go...and they 86 a regular for a review on Yelp that was negative...good luck!

Not for us! The staff was friendly but there didn't appear to be anyone eating. The people in he bar were very loud!
