Everyone who works here is total legend! You must visit!It's like visiting old friends who are equally pleased to see you and full of Sage weed wisdom to dispense to you should you ask.I enjoy my visits here - never a dull time - always walk out smiling and glad for the experience.In truth, the whole vibe is night and day different from the Curaleafs of downtown Phoenix. I don't even mind the wait in the foyer to get buzzed-in. The selection of products is pretty darn decent, and they stock some premium quality goods. I am gutted they don't carry Grassroots stuff anymore (hint hint), and sad mini melts are no more. But there's a wealth of other choice to try. So, be sad ye not.....Thanks to all the staff who took time to listen and understand me. The product helps the soul, but you guys made the introduction

Didn't accept my ID because I was from Vegas and my ID was straight up and not sideways. They were rude too trying to kick me out after I ubered there and they declined me. I walk in, he says let me see if I can even let you In. Treated me condescending which is crazy to treat me specifically. After they declined me I asked if I could wait for a minute for another Uber to pull up and they were like hurry up I'm not letting you hang out in here. Never heard of a place that requires and key word is requires IDS to be sideways instead of straight up. Pretty disrespectful place. Security guard is rude as well & was about to get checked. So someone who is reading this in management check him so someone from the outside doesn't got to.

This used to be my favorite spot BUT since it's been BOUGHT OUT they have RAISED the PRICES and changed the reward system for the worse. Spend more, get less. I went in and my bud tender didn't tell me any of the specials and I ended up paying more buying individually. Even though I specifically asked about them. I was told by the manager to look them up on their site before coming. Duh, that's why I come in. Over priced, money hungry and not patient friendly. Bye Marigold!

Guy in the front took my id and put me in line . I waited 30 mins the guy in the front proceeds to cut two other people in front of me which were walk in just like me . I called it to his attention and he hadn't even put me in line . This is the first time here I was in a hurry . Guy made me waste 35 mins I decided to go to mint instead they're very quick . I wanted to help another dispensary and see other options but definitely don't recommend this location . Guy in the front seems completely out of it .

This was my first time ever shopping at a dispensary. So I'm assuming it's normal that you have to submit your ID and then be input into a system before being allowed to shop. They apparently can't have a group of people shopping so I had to wait in the lobby until I was called up. The place was nicely set up and it reminded me of a jewelry store. Since I've never been to one of these before, I asked for recommendations for lower back pain. Out of the recommendations, I went with a lotion which cost me $31. The lotion was a small bottle and it was as effective as a Biofreeze. So thus, you might as well buy IcyHot, BioFreeze, or Bengay.

I have a chronic pain condition, CRPS. I have difficulty walking and standing, particularly when the weather changes. I was hurting really bad a couple of days ago. I could not stand in the showroom that day. So the staff were so kind. They moved a chair into the showroom for me. Did everything they could to make things easier for me. The salesperson also carried my purchase to my car. This is not the first time they have helped me. I appreciate them greatly.

I've never been to a worse dispensary. I went in bc I was in Neighborhood, I didn't recognize their brands and the guy suggested 2 vape carts and a battery. it's their brand name battery.The guy that worked there was so condescending, like it was a shop on Rodeo drive. They suck!Battery never worked, never had one that lame. The vapes he sold me were expensive, it was their brand. The carts are just the worst, even a strong battery won't work. too thick? idk. But, seriously, THE worst dispensary I've ever been to. Go to Zen, they have great sales and they are great. I want a refund!

The worker was very unhelpful, he didn't give me any suggestions or information on what he was giving me. I said I want flower and he just placed it in front of me with no other info and no pricing information just scanned and expected payment. It's my first time here and at any dispensary so I was expecting more help I guess. My first time discount was also basically useless because the half gram is $50 itself, with air bubbles. You're paying $100 for one full gram of a cart! I also asked for one indica cart and one sativa cart and he gave me both hybrid which I clearly said to him that I didn't want. I will personally never come back here.

My sister had been a patient here since her diagnosis of MS. Never has there been an issue with Cameron or Jeff. They have been very understanding of my sisters speech issues everytime she comes in as it tends to spike with social interaction. . She ordered online on 420, got there around 845-9pm For 8 carts all together. While she was inside she ADDED a cart. I always label carts for her so that she knows what's what. Going through the carts after she got home, she was missing 1 5g cart at $10. For some reason budtender decided to delete a cart and replace it with something she ADDED.It was a simple mistake and she genuinely was not upset with his mistake. It was after closing time so she was not able to call night of.She called the next day and let them know the paper receipt is missing a cart as well as the actual cart. But her online receipt reads correctly. They let her know to come on in and she'll be taken care of.Upon arriving Cam came out stating that he looked at the cameras and everything looks great on his end. He did not give my sister a chance to speak, nor did he even take a second to physically look at her online order. His mind was made up before she could even be heard. With his demeaner and the way he came out to greet us my sister does not do well with. It felt very much like he was blaming her. Whether it was a system mistake or his mistake the mistake was not hers. The receipts definitely did not match up. But he didnt even bother to look. My sisters disabilty does NOT allow her to speak in high stressed situations. This is why she does everything online. There was zero reguard for that. There was no apology, no chance to show what we caught and did not receive. He didnt even offer 2 bucks off. He just dismissed her completely and NEVER heard anything she had to say. and ontop of that he spoke loudly infront of customers. he didnt even try to be discrete. He came to her in the lobby/waiting area and "handled" it at entrance. THis was extremely unprofesional, he didnt care about his mistake. Acted like he couldnt do anything about it. Zero sympathy for someone that has MS and how HARD it is for her to speak and speak up. If his mind was made up prior to visit he COULD HAVE saved her the inconvenience of driving down there AGAIN when she explained somethings over the phone. There was zero resolution. Breaks my heart because she is a valuable customer and has always put everyone she meets on to Marigold. To watch how he handled her was very sad and I feel he played upon her disability aswell. Took complete advantage.

I have been to this dispensary at least half of a dozen times in the past & although expensive, it was the closest one to my house, so it was my go-to. Every time I have gone, I have had my little chihuahua with me, Jasper. I carry Jasper everywhere in stores, and up until today, everyone has either been complimentary of him or they just ignore that he is there altogether (which is fine with me). I would also like to mention that every time I stop in, I spend between $350.00 & $550.00 plus a good tip for the employee. I walked in the door today, and as soon as I approached the front desk, the girl told me (with major attitude) that I couldn't come in because Jasper was not on a leash!!! I explained to her that Jasper would not be on the floor and that I was going to continue to carry him. She refused me service & said those were the rules. What if I tripped on the leash & landed on my face in their store?? To make matters worse, she was clearly smirking at me, like she found all of this hilarious but at the same time absurd that I was wasting her time with all of this ridiculousness. I went down the street to the next closest dispensary. No one had a problem with Jasper, they were super friendly (especially the girl at the front desk), I was got 40% off my order & a few BOGO's which has NEVER happened at Marigold.
