The lack of acknowledgment from the cashier when you ask them certain questions about a item is unbelievable, my son wanted fries I asked how much the cashier rings it up tells me the price I then ask them if they can add cheese a simple order of fries with cheese went to about 10$ I was like hold up 4.50 for fries and cheese is 4.00 what? I canceled my order and just got regular fries and added 3 tacos the tacos was my downfall on this restaurant the chicharrón had been sitting for a while the worst part the juice from it had gone to the other meat of c/a tacos I had got ,I couldn't eat them anymore bc the salsa from the chicharrón was bitter and sour and had a smell to it . Wouldn't recommend at all unless you just want c/a tacos

We have tried this place several times and the disappointment is greater every visit. Bacon always limp and not fully cooked, the sauces on different dishes never taste like they should. I have been sick twice after eating here. Even the horchata doesn't taste right. Today was our final visit, we will no longer give them our money.

Really disappointed to find a huge chunk of ice in my "mangoneada" which was basically made of water and chamoy. Really disgusting

Great hole in the wall spot. Very reasonable prices, huge selection of meats, delicious piña colada non-alcohol drink and tacos. Nothing fancy or great about the interior. It's a dive and basically a taco stand on steroids with burritos, quesadillas and other items you will love. I enioy greasy down home dirty cooking every once in awhile. This was my go to spot when I visited Phoenix awhile ago. Love this place reminds me home. El Monte, CA yesssir.

This little place offers really good Mexican food. The service is a hit and miss. The ones that take the orders can be rude.

This place has horrible customer service, the lady upfront taking orders with one long gross nail on her finger was absolutely rude. She seemed to be acting rude because my boyfriend and I didn't know Spanish so when we walked in and she asked us something in Spanish we kindly let her know that we didn't speak Spanish and then her smile dropped and she rolled her eyes. It took forever to place our order bc of this and she was just annoyed the entire time while we were trying our best to say stuff back in Spanish. Not only that but she charged us twice for our food and when we tried to ask her about it she didn't know what we were talking about and nobody there understood English, so we never got our money back. Don't recommend if you don't know Spanish bc they will treat you like shit.

Horrible customer service. The lady taking orders in the drive thru with the tattooed eyebrows and tattoo on her right shoulder was very rude, didn't let us finish ordering and kept asking anything else. Also took us 25 minutes to receive our food. We ordered a quesadilla and torta de asada.

Very Chewy meat. (Carne asada) They don't listen to request if kids don't want onions and you ask for no onions the tacos will STILL have onions. If you can go to Filiberto's down the street or even quick trip at the light has better food than here.
