Jokers Ice Cream And Italian Ice

Wife and I have been trying to find a good Italian ice spot in the Phoenix area that resembles the ice you can find on the east coast. Her family is from Connecticut and it's a particular consistency that most places don't get right. We came across Jokers and she knew right away it was going to be good. She said it tasted just like the ice we get back east from a local Italian bakery. I had the salty caramel brownie ice cream and it was also very good. I think the only thing that would take it a step further is if they offered a vanilla with hazelnut ice...that's our go to, but regardless this place is just what we were looking for. Looking forward to grabbing a pint to go on our next visit!

Awesome flavor choices! The owner is super friendly and attentive. She recommended pairing the honey lavender with lemon bar. It was an excellent suggestion! They both have an excellent flavor but together they really complement each other. The ambiance is quaint and love their nostalgic wood games and antique register.

Jokers has super delicious ice cream! Had never heard of them before so wondering if they are newer? My husband, infant son, and I came here today and we were impressed! I got Cookie Monster which had chips ahoy and Oreo and added mini m&ms, my husband had chocolate salted caramel brownie with caramel chips, salted caramel, and cupcake bites on top. The scoops were big so we had plenty left over. The lady working there (I think the owner?) was super nice and helpful to us! So cool they have retro candy and stuff too. It is pretty small so not much seating, maybe a better place to grab and go, but I'd totally recommend!

This place has the best variety of flavors and always tastes freshly made. My son's favorite flavor (surprisingly!) is the honey lavender milkshake! I personally like the mango with the fixings

My boyfriend and I visited tonight and had a wonderful time! We ordered Cookie Monster and Gigi's Apple pie and both were sweet, delicious, and full of flavor! We were greeted kindly upon entry with a smile on the employee's face. While eating icecream we enjoyed playing shut the box before heading home. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Gives you nostalgia vibes. Really good ice cream. They gave us some samples. I got the dark knight and it was delicious. Also got the salted caramel (comes with pretzels and walnuts too). My sister liked the Cookie Monster and strawberry cheesecake. She liked the strawberries were frozen.

Cute little ice cream shop! They also have Italian ice and some candy. Prices are very reasonable with great portion sizes.I tried the dark knight and it was yummy. Ice cream is thick and creamy with good flavor. Hubby got the strawberry shortcake cheesecake and it was delicious! They also have a couple table games which are cute. Staff is really friendly.I'm sure we will be back soon to try more flavors!

A great place. Owned by Husband & wife. They make real Italian ices & homemade ice cream. The owners are awesome. I love the coffee ice cream & the chocolate Italian ice.

Yum!!! First time trying this new ice cream place by us and it was delicious. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends! The service was great. The woman who helped me tonight at the register helped with suggestions and was very welcoming as I told her it was my first time in. They have homemade ice cream of all sorts of flavors and they offer samples. I got the dark knight which was dark chocolate and milk chocolate with brownies, and I also got the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Both were mouthwateringly good. Soooo tasty. Loved the chunks in each one! You can definitely taste that the ice cream is homemade and made with love. Such a cute little shop also! Love that they also sell Italian ice, different kinds of candy and they make their own waffle cones too which I have yet to try! Can't wait to try that, and the ice cream sandwich! I'm also looking forward to trying more flavors

These guys are the real deal. Happy. Great vibes. Fantastic service. And handmade ice cream you can not get anywhere else. Watching the owners befriend their customers is a rare treat. This is definably the small family business everyone wishes all businesses are like. Stop by and experience it for yourself. Bring an ice pack and a cooler... trust me. You will regret not getting a pint or 2 to take home with you!!!
