Jersey Mike's Subs

Wow the food i had here was one of the best sandwiches ive ever had The service here is so great and i am genuinely happy with this restaurant One drink i highly recommend is a mixture with the Mountain Dew and that one drink at the very far right mixed with the lemonade

Last Saturday, October 5th, my father in law stopped at this Jersey Mike's location and picked up sandwiches on the way over to house. Mine had no condiments. I emailed corporate office and haven't received a response. I called the site and spoke to the manager today. He told me because my father in law was in house he told them not to put the toppings on. Well that's weird because my husband's sandwich had his toppings and my father said I don't know what he wants. WTF? Where is the customer service now days? I told the manager we won't be coming to their location any longer, we have 2 others here in Surprise.By the way I went in two weeks prior to this and had an online order that should have Ben done before I even walked in the door and it wasn't. There were only 2 employees there and I just happened to over hear one ask the other, What did she say? she said she's not coming. So no call no show then?! He says. I felt bad and was patient. I even asked would you like me to go ahead and grab the chips? She said thank you that would be great. When he started the numbers on the subs, I told him, don't worry about it, you guys are busy that's not necessary. no good deed goes unpublished!!

They're very skimpy on toppings I've learned instead of ordering extra meat just order another sandwich. They will charge you $2 for an extra 2 piece of half bacon

OK, this is a definite no no no parking was terrible. I went in. I ordered a regular sub. My friend ordered the large grande and then when we got to the cash register, we were run up and charged for two grande size sandwiches which weren't even great so two sandwiches for $45 not good and not to mention I didn't have a grande sandwich I had a regular Size sandwich I don't know if it's a $50 bill or $100 bill but the guy was like sorry we can't take it and he went to go throw our food away. He didn't ask me if I had a credit card or my debit card which I did, but he was totally OK with us leaving with no food and hungry Without even asking us if we had other options of paying say no ambience no customer service maybe they don't pay their employees because they're clearly not happy people not the day. I went so absolutely no no no no not this location for sure.

The best subs! They are fast and make a sammich probably better than a random woman in a "Make me a sammich" meme.

Went in yesterday and got a BLT on a gluten free bun for a wheat allergy. It was great to see them taking precautions, especially when I asked for mayo and they got a separate bottle from a different area instead of the mayo everyone uses (to avoid cross contamination). I asked for it to be toasted and they said that's in the beginning, but no one asked me if I wanted it toasted in the beginning. They offered to toast it after I asked, but they had already put all the veggies and mayo in it so I said never mind. I feel like this location has potential for sure, especially considering they take precautions for allergies.

The guy who made my family's sandwiches was very nice and helpful. Although he was sweet his 2 female coworkers were VERY rude. We walked in and both looked at eachother and rolled their eyes. While standing in line to look at the menu both girls were laughing and whispering about my family. We were not being rude whatsoever or being loud. Whilewe ate our food and had our weekend lunch together both girls were giggling and giving us ugly looks. We observed them mimicking their other coworker who just started her shift while making a ugly face meaning they didn't like her. They were also making fun of older folks coming in to order and making fun of their walking. VERY unprofessional for being a sandwich maker. Their names were Aubrey and Lucy.

Pastrami sandwich wasn't up to the standards I usually associate with Jersey Mike's. Way short on meat, no pickles as advertised, just barely adequate as a lunch sandwich goes. Service was as usual for pick up in store.

I have always liked Jersey Mike's Subs. Today 10-10-24 was a different story. I ordered two subs one was a Philly Steak sub, tried to tell him what I wanted on my sub he would not listen to me, he advised the girl down the counter would take care of the toppings. Well, he was wrong it was done by someone in the back that took care of my Philly Steak sub. I wanted to tell him what I did not want on my sandwich, but it was too late. I got things I didn't want on it. The sub was terrible, was too upset to say anything at the time.Will think again before going to Jersey Mike's.Appreciate you listening.

The nicest people ever work here, they made conversations with my brother and I, the food was great and we felt welcome. Will be coming back. Grateful to the 2 employees working in the front tonight, 9/3/24 @ about 8:45pm.
