Was in there. One guy was completely rude. By the time I walked up to him I could tell he didn't want to be there and made me feel uncomfortable. Will walk out if I have to use him again. That's if I ever go back

Brian helped me with my purchase today along with a couple of other employees. First time deal was good at 30% off. Line went pretty fast. Employees were helpful. Overall good experience and from what I saw the flower looked fantastic.

If the gas station you bought your gas at, only actually pumped out ¾ of regular fuel instead of each full gallon of super you paid for, would you continue to buy fuel there? Probably not. Same deceptive practice at JARS dispensary in New River. Really disappointed with JARS as our local dispensary. Out of 5 eighths purchased the closest to actually weighing 3.5 grams was .2 grams light. The worst was .75 grams short. Of the 5, 3 were .5 grams short, one as stated was .2 grams short and the the fifth was .75 grams short. So totalled up, of 5 eighths, I was shorted 2.25 grams. This is absolutley horrible and completely unacceptable. Second big issue, I bought a strain that they showed me was a beautiful bright lime green with notable hints of purple beneath the chrystally trichomes, when I got home, I opened my black sealed bag, my flower was a dark green, no hints of purple and hardly a noticable frost. A different strain than I paid for. Really bad and obvious bait and switch tactic. Do they really think their customers are too stupid or stoned to notice? There is no regulation to their weights and measures to assure you are getting what you paid for. Your flower is weighed and thrown into a bag without any confirmation that you are getting the strain or the weight that you paid for.I for one do not like being ripped off, lied to, and misled by a business. I have visited this dispensary for my flower for the last time.My advice to you, if you want what you pay for, both weight and product, avoid the con artists at JARS and go elsewhere.

Love this place! Always have good deals and friendly staff! I bought a vape and it broke after a couple hits but they let me exchange it for a new one hassle free :) Been coming here for about a year or two and always have had a positive experience Plus their shirts are super comfy ;)

Quick check in, Dank ass purple weed, good deals, helpful and funny bud tenders with a good sense of humor, bright and colorful like a candy store, I felt like a child again walking into Jars :)

always great strains and lots of good deals and budtenders that know their stuff. I wish any dispensary would grow some nurse Jackie already though.

I hate leaving a one star but this location has made the decision to no longer service medical patients. This is unacceptable as I (and many others) live more than 30 miles from the next closest dispensary. Love the bud tenders and the service they provide. Bad corporate decision. I will no longer go to a JARS dispensary.
