The place is clean and very organized. The environment is great and friendly. There's wide variety of products. Their employees offer great costumer service. Very helpful bud tenders. I just tell them what I want to feel and every recommendation I've gotten from them has been great.Glitter bomb to sleep and Agent X to be cheerful!

Great service and lots of options for anything you might be shopping for. The staff member I worked with had a great recommendation for something new and then I stocked up on some old favorite products. Prices are very reasonable and I was in and out quick.

Pathetic customer service and even worse management, not to mention beyond understaffed. Nonsensical business practices with customer satisfaction being the least of their concerns.The only reason you should spend money here is if the special of the day benefits your wallet, otherwise avoid this place bc they don't give a fuck about you and yours!

Rotten egg smell and tasteI really don't recommend this place anymore. I just moved to Surprise less than a year ago and I thought Jars was going to be my dispensary, but it's not anymore. Not because my pen smelled and tasted like rotten eggs, but because I tried to exchange it for a different brand. I was told that I can only exchange it for another Stiiizy, but why would I ever be okay with doing that? I don't trust that their products are safe, and I have an autoimmune disorder so if I get sick that could spell very, very serious health consequences for me.I was told that because the battery itself is fine, they can't refund or let me get a different brand. But I guess rancid oil is fine right? The employee tried to tell me that it was just an issue of my flavor preference, which is funny because even as I told him that I've used the same exact flavor from the same exact brand 3 times, he stuck to his story. A flavor preference!! Of course nobody wants to taste rotten eggs. I even told him that it was making myself and others gag, nope. Gotta get a stiiizy. I was prepared to pay for a different, better brand. I wanted to go back to Timeless Vapes, but nope, battery is fine, so it's okay to make customers feel sick. Even the high from the pen feels waaaay off. I reached out to Stiiizy, hopefully they're of some help. Jars certainly wasn't helpful at all, and unless it's for a refund on my rotting pen, I won't be returning.

I feel like this shop had great potential. I'm not sure if it's about a year old or a little over a year old, but I started going to Debbie a while back because of the Mojave brand and the deal they would get there and Debbie is in Pleasant Valley or off Pleasant Valley Road Was a nice experience where you felt one on one and you felt like a appreciated customer, even after Gerard bought them they still remain the same, and they felt that vibe still existed that you were appreciated as a customer. as El Mirage opened up and it's a jars facility I thought that like the Debbie's that converted to jars of Pleasant Valley Road that the jars facility in El Mirage would be just as adequate, to not much surprise just like most things in El Mirage this El Mirage jars facility is junk, if you're looking for marketing like a website page with lots of product on it then it's good but if you're looking for a repetitive place to be felt and treated like a customer like your local that it's been over $7000 with this company, just to show up at 11:46 when they close at 11:45 and to have the door slammed in your face, not really slammed, but it felt like slammed why the employee is turning away somehow seems like they are happy and excited to turn away a paying customer. i'm not sure who owns the jars facility in El Mirage, but I know as a previous business owner that are employees we hire might not all the time represent our company and our mission statement to the full aspect of the potential we believe as the business owner that they would have. it definitely does not help when the employees hire do not understand the full scope of the vision of the owner of the company, and as paying customers are pretty much the base for the primus of any marketing campaign or distributor, I would imagine this review might be frowned upon but if I was a business owner and I wanted feedback real feedback from a real customer that is spent over $7000 with your company in the last year and a half to two years, I'd imagine that feedback might be worth something. of course, not worth any type of money but worth something and is upset as I am. I'm not one to let people solicit emotional responses out of me or anything like that, but given the nature of the product and the purpose for me being a client of jars, El Mirage facility. I feel the need to write this review, not even for other customers, but simply so that it may make its way to upper management or even, the owners or silent partners, and those people might think or reflect on what I have said. as I am not saying that repetitive customers that have spent over $7000 with your company and less than two years, deserve a red carpet or anything like that, but simply the idea that they are appreciative and worse something when they show up one minute after your closing time, not to mention that I this customer never do this and these people recognize my face cause I go to there every two or three days, but that the employees are the ones that told me they close at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and they've told me this more than once and as I showed up at 11:46 PM assuming by the account of previous employees telling me that they close at midnight that I assumed that at 11:46 PM I still had 14 minutes and even at that one minute behind the 1145 closing time seems a little redundant for repetitive customers that spend thousands of dollars with you people. But it's OK. I just wanted to leave this comment as a note of goodbye. I will find my business elsewhere and go where I am appreciated not just as a human being but as a pain customer not the most paying customer but a repetitive customer that keeps the money flowing into the business as I spend a few thousand dollars a year on the product. And a word of advice is that your customers just want to feel appreciated and it's that simple.
