"We stopped in here for a quick dinner the other day when we were running some errands. The staff was extremely friendly. Annie did a great job waiting on our table. The restaurant was clean. I seriously considered giving the restaurant a 3-star review just based on the fact that it was very outdated inside. The walls are painted gray and just felt like I was walking into a cloudy Ohio afternoon in the building.Everything as far as the pasta concerned on the menu is all the cart. So when you start adding meatballs and a salad the prices go up accordingly. My way forwarded the spaghetti and added meatballs in a salad. It was a nice size portion of spaghetti. The sauce was rich in flavorful. The meatballs were tender. The salad was okay.My wife and I both thought the menu said that regular bread was included with the pasta but it turns out it wasn't. We asked for some bread and they had to make some fresh for us which was not a bad thing. The rolls were elicious.I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich. It was well prepared and tasty the only thing I would say is that it might have been just a bit overcooked. The french fries are crisp and delicious. We ordered the cannoli for dessert and that was definitely the star of the show.Next time we will definitely try the pizza, we watched a few pizzas being delivered to the tables around us and they looked outstanding."
"OMG! My nephew and his girlfriend took me to this restaurant for my birthday. My first choice restaurant was completely booked and i honestly was bummed and wasn't looking forward to having to go to another spot. This place is located in a little plaza. It is super quaint and small. Our server was friendly and attentive. We received complimentary bread with this amazing tomato dip. We ordered calamari as our appetizer. Tasty! For my main course, I had Shrimp Scampi with Angel hair pasta paired with a glass of Moscato (my favorite sweet wine). Meal was delicious and a generous portion size. My nephew ordered the chicken parm and his girlfriend had the bolognese. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Everything I ate here was bursting with flavor!"

The service was wonderful, and it's this cute little place. I do not usually like a Neapolitan pizza, I'm usually a New York slice kinda gal, but this pizza... I couldn't put it down. Crust was perfect, fresh ingredients, every bite was perfect. Not shown here was the ravioli fritti, amazing. Also not pictured is the Salvatore Pizza, and you guessed it, delish. The Zeppolis were perfect to share with our table of 4 and were so good!! Little puffs of heaven. There isn't much else to say, other than letting the food talk for itself! Try them out! Cute for a date night, friends in town, or just when you want some good pizza!"
"Love this place for its homey appeal and great food. Real Italy here, right down to the very authentic tiramisu. The four of us have eaten here a few times and Anthony and family Do a great job even when I bring 14 people for dinner."
"Glad I came Across this PlaceWe were in the area visiting friends and shopping and ran across Vinny's, and I'm so glad we did. This was our first visit but wont be our last. On thevvisit we shared the Spinach tortellini Fettuccine Alfredo, pepperoni pizza, sauage sandwich, with a side of homemade garlic bread in an olive oil dip bowl cannot be beat. Everything was delicious. The pasta and sauces were flavorful and prepared perfectly. The Bread was hot, fresh and plentifu. My dinner companion said the pizza and sausage sandwich were the best he's had in a long time. The Sausage is made on site and was perfectly flavored.Wait staff and food was amazing! Perfect place to relax and enjoy some great food and atmosphere! If in the area, you need to stop on by. You'll be glad you did."
"I was actually hoping to go to the State 48 Rock House, but their kitchen was closed at 8:30 PM which I thought was odd. Well, the good news was that I ended up here. For what was indeed a slow middle of the week night service was brilliant from start to finish. The Fritto Misto - Tempura battered zucchini, summer squash and artichoke hearts with a side of lemon zest aioli to start was amazing. Light, not greasy, and very tasty. For my main I had a Grilled Romaine Salad - Half a head of romaine lettuce grilled and topped with a caesar dressing, croutons, grape tomatoes, red onions and parmesan frico with shrimp. It was great!Though it wasn't the Rock House I still managed a new beer here too. I was very happy coming here. The place wasn't that big, but it felt roomy and comfortable."
"My husband and I had a spontaneous date night on a recent Saturday and decided to go meet another couple for dinner / drinks at Luna by Giada...I'd been in once before for a hard hat tour before the restaurant opened, so I was prepared for the beautiful ambiance, chic decor, fun vibe, etc... but seeing it in action proved even better than I expected. The service was attentive and friendly (thanks to our waiter, Paul, and many staff members who refilled our drinks, stopped by to check on how we were enjoying the food, etc... )I enjoyed one of their speciality cocktails, a Caesar Salad with Shrimp, a taste of steak, and some shared sides of broccolini and asparagus. We skipped dessert and headed up to the 7th floor bar for an after dinner drink and people watching... it was quite entertaining!I cannot speak to the bill as our friends picked up the tab, but I'm sure it was extremely pricey. All in all, this place is worth a visit. I'm sure it will continue to attract a high end business crowd in addition to locals looking for a quality meal."
"Excellent!!! A much needed upgrade to the McDowell Mountain Golf Course restaurant. Such fantastic views and happy to now have fantastic food to match. Had the pizza , one of the best I've had in Scottsdale. Drinks were solid! Will definitely return."
"This restaurant is a cut above the rest. First of all I was tickled when I checked in on Yelp and I got a coupon for "one free fist bump from the bar tender" (which by the way I am still owed because I never did get this). The ambiance is great and we choose to sit in the outdoor seating. They had ample heating lamps which was perfect for the chilly desert nights. Our table was rocky but we quickly fixed that with some left over tickets we had from a place we went to prior. The service was great. Our waitstaff was friendly however the bar was a little slow on this night and we did have to wait a while for our second round of drinks. The food was great and the bread is to die for. My husband got the short rib and I got the mushroom risotto. Both were incredible good. We did not get a chance to try dessert but next time we will."
"Took a chance on these guys cuz they were close to the hotel, and I was not disappointed!! Cheap, quick, and tasty....that's pretty much it. I ordered pasta and wings the first time and didn't get to take a picture, but they were great! This time I ordered the 12" pie and the cheesy garlic knots.I went through UberEats but still and it took all but 15 minutes, the order was complete within 10 minutes so if you're doing carry-out or dine-in, I'm sure you will get your food just as fast. Good quality, fast service, great prices! I will continue to support these guys when I work in PHX. Def recommend!"
"We finally made it in- I have been wanting to try this establishment for sometime- I'm here for my 60th birthday!! We got lucky and stopped in on a week day evening and we able to be seated. Our server was very friendly & attentive- we ordered drinks and they came promptly. We decided to share a pizza and it was delicious! The fire Roasting in the fire brick oven really enhanced the flavors- it was super tasty! We also noticed the sample platter at the next table- we are going to try that next visit!! Thanks for a wonderful evening!!"
"We have been going here for years and it just keeps getting better. The pizza is a New York style with a perfectly crisp, yet slightly doughy crust. A nice little layer of delicious grease with just the right amount of fresh tomato sauce, and mozzarella with savory Italian spices. I'm not a wing person but my husband is and he says there's no better wings than Pats. The people are nice and the service efficient. My favorite traditional pizza hands down."

I have been here many times and still believe they have one of the best pizzas! I have been to the McDowell location but for some reason, I prefer the Tempe location. Service is good and the food is really good. They offer weekly lunch specials during specified hours and really good deals. They also have a full size bar with many alcohol drinks options. 100% recommend this place!

I've been going to Pizza A Metro for over 10 years now, and this place is amazing. They offer great service and some of the best pizza in Arizona. Many people don't realize that every time we visit, it's nothing but the best pizza around. I'm looking forward to going back soon, especially since they recently updated their patio in both the back and front. Once it cools down, it will be the perfect Italian restaurant to sit down with the family and enjoy the scenery.

Went to work in the dark this morning and walked out to a full moon. That means full pie to me. Last night in Glendale, AZ and I needed a bite so called in a pick up order. Ordered the Italian Stallion and it didn't disappoint. Might else well be watching the Rocky movie while eating this, it hit the spot. Thin crust firewood pizza had great taste! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the crust was slightly burned. Or as my wife would call it "toasty." Can't wait to try another pizza the next time I'm in town.

Long time visitor to Carefree/Cave Creek and new resident. First time to Giordano's Trattoria and what a wonderful experience it was. From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted to paying the tab after a wonderful meal of Veal Francese and Dover Sole Picatta everything was top notch. This is sure to become a regular in our rotation of restaurants and should be on your list to visit as well.

Good food. Great service. Great people. Came here after taking the kids to a trampoline park for my son's birthday. Made a reservation and they had the table for us for our party. We had a great time. The pizza was really good. We had a pepperoni, margarita, the Vinny's special. Very good! Thank you for having us and will be back!

Arrivederci!!! I would personally like to welcome you to this fantastic establishment. The service wasn't the only delectable thing about our experience. The food was as well! We were immediately greeted. I asked our incredible server which items he liked best and he gave me honest feedback. I started with a Ceaser salad and some red wine. His presentation was flawless and the wine was impeccable!! I got the black truffle pasta dish. The sausage added so much flavor!! It was creamy but not too creamy! Added the right amount of flavor. My colleague had the chicken parm and I'll be trying that next time around. Because there most definitely will be a next time. Also the tiramisu, raspberry sorbet and lemon cheesecake were all chef's kiss!

I made a reservation online a few weeks in advance for Saturday evening dinner as a late bday surprise for my sister. Booking was easy and quick. The day finally came and we arrived at the establishment right on time for our reservation. We luckily found a parking spot right away as we saw many cars circling the lot for a spot. Valet was also available. We walked in and we were both quickly greeted by the host. She was very soft spoken and told us it would be a few minutes for our table so we stood to the side.Once ready, she came over to get us and walked us to our table. It was very loud inside so it was hard to hear her. She showed us the merch wall and told us those items were available for purchase. She then walked us over to one of the tables inside but then decided to take us outside onto the patio. We sat down, she gave us our menus, and she let us know our server would be right out. While looking over the menu, another person came by and filled up our glasses with water. He was on his A game as he kept us refilled the whole night. Our server came over a few minutes later and gave us the 411. She gave us a few minutes and we proceeded to order. We ordered:CAPRESE SALAD - Heirloom Tomatoes, Stracciatella Cheese, Basil & Balsamic Pearls / $23LEMON PIZZA - Mozzarella, Garlic Crème Sauce & Caciocavallo Cheese $28ROASTED BROCCOLINI - Parmigiano Reggiano, Roasted Garlic Oil, Lemon Zest / $17LIMOCELLO SOUFFLE: Blueberry anglaise & candied lemon biscotti / $14LA ESTRADA COCKTAIL: Stoli cucumber vodka, belle de brillet, re'al kiwi puree, lemon juice, club soda / $21The salad came out right away and we were quickly disappointed as we took our first bites. All the tomatoes had a different consistency. Some were very mushy, some were ripe, some tasted funky, and some of them tasted old. The cheese they were sitting on was more of like a yogurt and the whole combination was a big no for us - we did not finish it....Next was the pizza and broccolini. The pizza was a pass for me but a hit for my sister. She really liked that it was both sweet and salty. I thought the crust was pretty good as it was baked perfectly. The broccolini was a side that we both agreed on that was very delicious!!! They were flavorful, crunchy, and super tasty! I would order that over and over again!!I had La Estrada drink and it too was a pass... It tasted very watered down and had no flavor. Definitely not worth the $21 price point. The Limocello Soufflé was pretty good as it was served to us warm topped with a pink sauce and they added a cute Happy Birthday chocolate on top. Service was ok. Not sure if our server would forget we were seated outside or whatever but we did a lot of sitting around waiting for her to come by. The patio area was quiet as it was just us two and another party of two eating outside.Views are great, the food was meh. Not sure I'd be back. Grand total: $145 with tip

Beautiful scenery. As far as food- Brussels sprouts were good and pizza was good. Nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. A happy hour sitting outside with the view would be ideal.
Visit Restaurant Page"I had a slice of pizza. It had the correct ratio of cheese, sauce and pepperoni. The wings Gould have been a little crisper and spicier but were still delicious and flavorful. The sauce had the nice vinegar tangy taste I like with buffalo sauce. The cheese bread is actual bread and not cheese on pizza dough which is just a cheese pizza. Service was fast and friendly."
"The food here is perfect for a family meal or lunch option. I didn't get a picture of the menu but these two options are there most popular options. Salads are fresh. Everything we have gotten is good. Our sons like it here if they need carbs after practice. Never have actually tried the cookie buckets or brownies though. The service is friendly and place is clean. It's a takeout spot so don't expect fancy frills. Food in the bucket but good basic pasta, garlic bread, various proteins, sauces, salads, subs and desserts. I do wish they had more lighting at night. It's hard to tell if it's open and that little plaza is just too dark. Great concept when you want pasta quick or want something other than fast food burgers. Give it a try you just might make it part of your rotation if you're busy like me."
"New owners, please bring back the old recipes. You had a good thing going. All the changes have been making it worse. We keep giving you a second try, but it's going the wrong direction. Nice people, but the new crust is bad."
"This great restaurant, the food is amazing and really well made. Homemade prime rib and roasted chicken. I had the prime rib French dip with a side of parmesan and garlic fries and it was delicious. I also had the carrot cake which was really good. The French dip was rare and moist and the Anjou dip went perfectly with the sandwich. The service was excellent. My waitress was extremely polite and helpful considering that it was my first time visiting this restaurant and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The ambiance of this restaurant is very sharp and clean. There are a few other restaurants in the area which are similar in style, but they mostly just phone it in when comes food and service. This place however has great food and service. I will certainly be returning here again in the near future."
"Saturday night and the place was full. Family style not super loud, but very busy. Service was friendly. The food WOW delicious! I got the lasagna and wow what a flavor. Pricy but worth it"
"I had my first V&O experience last night and I was super impressed. My friend Arlene chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner with our group of five women. We were seated on the back patio, which was perfect as it was a beautiful evening. We started with drinks and appetizers. I had a glass of red, another friend had white, and I think a couple of others had cocktails. We all enjoyed the burrata and eggplant meatballs. For entrees, I shared an order of garlic shrimp and Pasta a'la Norma with the birthday girl... we were both pleased with our selections. Others at the table enjoyed the Cod entree and a Pasta Pomodoro.Service was a bit slow and not the most friendly, but other than that, all was fabulous... Prices are reasonable considering the ambiance and quality of the food. I will be back!"
"We just tried Sam and Luca for the first time and WOW. Fresh food, amazing service & daily specials. We will be back."
"We grabbed this for a quick dinner one weeknight. We got the small bucket with cheesy garlic bread and added 4 meatballs. This is a quick grab and go place and the options are basically pasta, sauce, meatballs and bread. There is a catering tray setup behind the counter that house all their foods. The sauce is just a plain marinara served with spaghetti. We added 4 meatballs ($2 a piece) which were a generous size and tasty. The garlic cheesy bread didn't have much flavor and didn't really care for it. I wish they had a meat sauce option which would give a bit more variety. Overall, if you like a plain spaghetti and quick meal to go this is a spot to checkout. If we were in the area I would probably stop in again for the spaghetti and meatballs."
"We came here before going to a show at Gammage Auditorium. This must be a frequent stop for people on their way to Gammage, because as soon as we entered and got seated, the server asked if we were headed to a show there. We said yes, and she promised to get us out in time. Caffe Boa has a great atmosphere with lots of dark wood and exposed brick. We sat in the little sunroom separated from the dining room with our doorways. It's brighter in there. There's a separate bar and a glassed off room for more private dining. One of the best things about this place is the great art posters, all having to do with wine. The food here is fantastic. Hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were delicious, although I admit I love all meatballs. I did like the red sauce, which I can be a little picky about, and would definitely order anything with the red sauce. I had the steak salad, which was very large. It was dressed greens with sliced steak on the side, and I could hardly finish it. I did, because it was soooo good, but I left feeling stuffed.Caffe Boa is a really great place in general, but especially Great for a pre-event dinner in Tempe."
"Pasquale has a great team at his restaurant. I have been twice a few items. The caprese salad is nice and fresh as it should be. I tried the Linguine Puttanesca my first time at the restaurant. So good! The second time, I had the baked ziti with meats. Also, very good. I want to try the baked ziti by itself now.The Italian sausage is divine! The meatball, amazing! You basically can't go wrong here. They also provide bread and a compound butter that is great, and I could fill up on that, but I have some will power.I will be back. Remember, cash only!"
"A large group of us met up for dinner here....included 3 kiddos and 7 adults. We got the back room which was excellent, the kiddos were able to just be free and loud. The team was great there, very attentive to us, patiently taking our orders through giggles and laughter from the kids and honoring our special requests. We definitely will be back and recommend to families! we had a great time"
"On our way to see Hamilton at ASU Gammage, we decided to stop in to Society. It was early, so no reservation was necessary. Not wanting to sit through a long show on an over-full stomach, we decided to share an appetizer and entree. We started with the meatball appetizer. The meatballs were moist and delicious. The house-made sauce with basil oil and balsamic reduction pushed the taste buds to the edge! So good! We shared the burger and delicious fries. Two thumbs up, with a definite "would order again" review. The place is eclectically decorated- comes together nicely. The bar has full service food and was charming. I will certainly be back. Great place with excellent service. What else do you want?"
"Love the food at this family owned Italian place. Portions are a great size and everything is fresh. We come a few times a month"
"Not bad, not great. It was okay.Got this one delivered for dindin. Loved that the menu is not complicated which makes it easy to choose.Got kid's spaghetti and meatballs, the portion was a small considering something so simple like spaghettiLasagna leaned a little salty and the pasta a little too thick, I still finished it! Just drank more red wine with it. LOLBruschetta I say maybe pass, the fig was waaay off balance, and too sweet. And the vegetable one needed maybe a little balsamic glaze because it ate dry.Italian Farm salad with chicken for additional $ was a little disappointing the chicken was flat stringy pieces, and was drryyyyyyyyy as the AZ weather. I cried a little inside. The Nutella Pizza saved our night that was delish. OK I also have to give all the stars to service, I forgot to check "utensils" when ordering in the app, I called apprehensively asked if there was a way they can add it in our order and they were so nice about it. WIN!"
"Came here with a friend for lunch, solid lunch spot, cute and charming.Market sandwich was sold out, so I got the housemade mozzarella sandwich, very fresh and tasty! Only ate half as very filling and had another half for dinner.Friend got the prosciutto San Daniele, looked good and it was gone!Great lunch spot and we sat for a bit chatting and catching up. The place closes at 3 pm, so there's that. This is next door to Lux Coffee, which is always packed with people."
"For months, my friend has been mentioning this place near her house to try one night. The stars finally aligned for me to try this location this month, and I'm glad I did! Immediately upon entering we were greeted and noticed we came at an off time, so there was plenty of seating. The dining area would slowly fill up as we dined, but with how fairly spacious this place is, it still felt fairly intimate and private. My friend raved on and on about the Fried Eggplant ($13.25), so that was a must to start the meal! It was likely the best tasting eggplant I've ever had, and I can easily see just dining in to have this and being content. It is so crispy, delicious, and packed full of flavor! Also for a starter, we had the house bread ($8.25) which was also delicious and fresh out of the oven. Though the Fried Eggplant was a clear winner if you only wanted to get one appetizer to start. As for entrees, I was torn between pasta or pizza. Both I have heard are fantastic, so it made for a difficult decision. Ultimately, I decided to go with an old standby favorite of mine - Cacio e Pepe ($16.75). Overall, it had really good flavor but wasn't my favorite comparing to other locations I've had it. Though still a very good pasta! I just might try another pasta dish or a pizza when we return. Because yes, we will be back here! If you are in the area, even if just looking for a glass of wine and a small bite - this is your destination! Want something heavier, they have you covered! Be sure to check this great place out as I'm sure you won't be disappointed."
"Bella Nolte! We dined outside under the spring alfresco sky with live music. Our server was kind and knowledgeable. We ordered the Meatball Saltimbucca and the Amitrice with the guancele. The breads and toppings were delicious, so was the salad dressed with pine nuts that came with our sandwich.Bravissimo!"
"A nice local spot with good food. I think the most simple things are often looked over. The Pasta Factory is an Italian restaurant on the Old Town Avondale strip and I am happy to say I'll be going back again. The food was very good. They started us off with a nice bruschetta which was so fresh and delicious. We ordered the trio which had chicken parm, lasagna and spaghetti. The chicken Parmesan was my personal favorite. My wife ordered the chicken carbonara and we wanted it very much. Finished the meal off with a five layer cake that my daughter loved. Note, they made my daughter's order specifically to what she requested and there were no issues, confusion, or difficulty. They were happy to do it and that alone was awesome."

"This place is located on NW corner of Rural and Guadalupe. It is small and mainly for takeout. It has a fairly small menu (see photo). The food and garlic bread are very good and it is excellent carb loading prior to cross country or track meets. Friendly people and they also have sweet treat rice krispy bars which are hard to find.Good spaghetti option."
"We came here to try the pizza on a Thursday night, although fairly busy we found 2 seats at the bar right away. The pizza was delicious crispy crust and the cheese was very flavorful. Service was great, very friendly and efficient. The place is cute not too big but they get quite a few tables in this place!"
"Good kind of low key place for late dinner. The bar seemed busy. They did close at 10pm on a Monday. Our first choice for dinner was too busy with sports games (and too loud), this place was just perfect for a good conversation.Entrance is on the East side of the building. I had the Red Devil Trio (Fetuccine, ravioli and chicken parmigiana) and a small salad with house made blue cheese dressing. With a couple of wings for appetizer and a slice of thin crust pizza (shared), I ended up having 2 meals from the main dish. Complimentary thin slice of pumpkin cheesecake for the birthday girl : )"
"We have been craving some Italian and happened into this local little gem- it looks kinda lackluster on the exterior (honestly, we almost passed it up thinking it was closed-but, someone came out) Once inside it's a darling atmosphere that makes you feel sophisticated & cozy at the same time!! Brian our fantastic server hand made a strawberry lemonade for me from scratch because he didn't want to serve the premade stuff while he wasn't busy!! That's cool- and it was Fabulous!!!He recommended the clam linguine, I have always wanted to try it and he said it wouldn't disappoint- it didn't!! Delicious broth with the pasta, clams were flavorful no sand!! Under notes of lemon but not too much- Wow!! Hubby had wood fired pizza- I can't recall what flavor. He forgot to mention no onions and it had quite a few that was his bad...he still enjoyed it and we definitely thought nicely prepared. We will definitely revisit and I will ask for some bread to soak up that broth next time....so yummy!! Well done Parma & Brian for the great time!!"
