Hot Dog Hut

Food is good quality i a Little to over priced though. But foods good it's a clean place and I love Chicago dogs and this place has good ones.

Real CHICAGO Vienna dogs and Italian beef!I'm from Chicago and I know the difference. I've been to Ro and Joe's several times and love them. They're inside pv mall outside of Penney's -- not a restaurant but maybe that's part of their authentic charm. Enjoy!

Finally stopped here after seeing it every day on my lunch hour. I got the Italian Beef sandwich. It was great. The bread was so good and the meat was not just lunch meat. I wish the meat was a little spicier but I got it without the giardinera peppers so that could be on me. Do and Joe are super friendly. We talked for a bit about other Chicago dogs joints in town. I'm so glad to have one this close to work and home. Next time I go in I'm gonna get a hot dog. Hope it's as good as the sandwich.

I actually found this place outside the mall with a stand set up in the parking lot. These dogs were a wonderful Home Depot tradition with my dad. Sadly Home Depot is no longer vendor friendly, BUT this place is right here in my neighborhood. Great, tasty hot dogs with the delicious relish and poppyseed buns I remember! Yum!

I took a group of 6 girls here for lunch during a birthday party we were having across the way at Claire's. The owners were very helpful and were more than happy to help with this small party. I actually had checked with them a couple of days earlier and told him we would be coming and they were excited to accommodate the group and be ready for us. They reserved the table for us and were so sweet about cleaning up the giant disaster the girls made. They were just so helpful during a very hectic day. The girls loved the hot dogs, too. Ro and Joe gave us a nice deal on the meals because we were a group, which I thought was generous. Thanks Ro and Joe!
