Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll - Tatum

The food was good.My husband said the fresh spring roll was excellent and the peanut sauce was not watered down like other places.The Thai tea was pretty good, not overly sweet.The caramelized pork was very flavorful and delicious.Our toddler also approved! The egg rolls were good as well.Service good, and the waiter didn't have to write anything down, he remembered what we ordered. Ambiance is nice and it is cool, AC on blast, so no worries about being hot. We plan to come back =]

The layout of the restaurant is very nice. You have normal tables as well as these comfier seats that will fit 2. The menu is pretty big so you have a lot of choices to pick from.I got the special pho and a winter melon milk tea with boba. The tea was good but was way too sweet. Would recommend to lessen the sweetness if you can. The pho was great overall. Broth was flavorful, meat tasted great. Only thing I wish is that the bowl came with either more meat or more noodles. I felt like there was so much soup but not enough in the bowl to go with it.

Todays service was ridiculous sadly. I ordered online, and when I arrived the lady couldn't find my order. I told her the item I ordered & showed her my text that my order was ready & she was arguing with me saying I didn't have an order. Then she found my order which had been on the counter the entire time. Smh. Apart from that food was delicious and exactly what I was craving, just wish service standards were better!

We asked for white meat and were served pork. Against our religion and they argued it was the correct order. I wish we could have enjoyed the place as we read positive reviews and planned a visit.

Easy parking. Cute trendy decor. Pho (broth) was amazing! Our server was nice and food came out fast. The grilled pork bahn mi was soooooo goood!! The crunch of the bagget. The flavor of the meat, piled high.. this place is a MUST!!

Being vietnamese and a food and beverage employee almost my entire adult life my reviews are very few but very thorough. My first experience here was incredible. I was able to enjoy three items, first we enjoyed traditional vietnamese egg rolls. Very crispy and flavorful. Served with fish sauce and lettuce for wrapping. Second, I had pho with rare beef and brisket( pho tai chin). The broth was in the top 5 I've ever had including in Vietnam. It realistically didn't need anything added but I rather enjoy lime and a little housin. The noodles were cooked perfectly as well. And last my son had the shaking beef (bo luc lac), although nowhere near the best we've had it was a serviceable shaking beef. Go support a small business bc these people deserve it.

Kids wanted photo and I was craving some grilled chicken and rice so we gave Hello Vietnam a try because it was in the neighborhood.I'll start w the pho. Off all the items that we tried - pho was probably the best. It was quite salty but my kids ate and enjoyed it so I was happy :)I also ordered the grilled chicken and steam rice. The chicken didn't appear to be grilled (tasted more like baked chicken and it had a sauce on it that doesn't taste like any grilled chicken that I had at a Vietnamese restaurant before. I cant explain it but it was a mix between coconut and lemon grass chicken. My dish was suppose to come with picked carrots, daikon, and typically come w fish sauce as well but it didn't so I was pretty disappointed. Would not recommend the grilled chicken and steamed rice.We also tried the chicken wings and spring rolls. The chicken wings were good (if you like spice) but the spring rolls were disappointing as well (they were hard and stuffed with lots and lots of noodles so not very enjoyable).

I really like the inside of this place, they have some hanging chairs that may not be the best for eating pho but it changes things up and adds for a more memorable experience. The bowl of pho was really good, If I had to criticize I would say that there wasn't much meat. What was there was good. My favorite was the Thai Tea slushy, ice cubes take up so much space in the glass, finally someone just mixed those into the drink and it's extra good, feels like I'm getting more tea then usual. They also use the Apple Pay receipts so once you get the check you can pay and bounce, nice!

We were pleasantly surprised by Hello Vietnam at this location. The dining room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The wait staff were very friendly too. Most importantly, the pho broth was amazing. It had depth and perfectly soothing for that comfort food feel. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had lots of meat. Hubby was happy to find oxtail both in pho and spicy version. He chose spicy and really liked it but next time he'd like to try it in regular pho broth. The meat was fall off the bone tender served with thicker rice noodle. The spring roll was very fresh. We tried the lemongrass beef. Although the lemongrass flavor was very faint, the beef was substantial and delicious. We also had combination vermicelli togo. This was also very delicious, loaded with lots of protein and veggies. Will return to try more things. Highly highly recommend!
