So the ice cream is delicious, a bit overpriced but I can over look that, what I can't overlook unfortunately is one of the workers nasty attitude. I've gone in three times and every one of those times she always find an issue with doing her job. Today my fiancé went down to get me some ice cream but he too felt so disrespected by her service. She is a bigger girl working closing shift on march 28th working by herself, We did not see any name tags so I don't know her name yet but next time I will be asking. I work in the mall too, I understand that working with the public can be hard at times but this is your job, I feel as we've done nothing to deserve such disrespect EVERY time. Ice cream is great and service was good.We ordered our 6 year old a small scoop of cookies and cream on a cup topped with gummy bears. That small scoop ran us up almost $8! Yikes!, kinda pricey for such a small scoop. But that's on us because we were well aware of the price beforehand.Will we go again? Probably not but that is based solely on price, not quality or service. Hey, But at least my kid got to enjoy an exquisite mix of flavors that only a sophisticated palate could appreciate.

If you want 2 of the smallest ice cream scoops in life, go here. I was outraged that the same ice cream I pay 4.99 for in a store has a $5 up charge in the mall. Not worth it. At all. Bad part is I only eat Häagen-Dazs so this was disappointing

Häagen-Dazs is probably my most favorited ice cream parlors in the world. I usually get their Dulce de Leche Split and it's pure heaven in your mouth. The Dulce de Leche milkshake isn't too bad either. I've been to this location twice and Brianna served me both times. I wish more servers were like her because she makes the whole experience enjoyable. She's very generous with the samples and suggests really good flavors. Thank you Brianna!

The clown working today said that he needed a break to clean up for the next shift and that he'd be back in 15 minutes while we were standing in line to order. My child really wanted some ice cream. This was Sunday 10/18/2020 at 3 p.m just a heads up the manager the kid was a young blonde male and he obviously doesn't care about your customers or your sales. I don't understand how this young generation thinks or how they are able to get hired and hold a job. God help us.

The ice cream is really good, don't get me wrong. But gosh is it overpriced, and the last time I went in the guy that made my milkshake was on his phone the entire time, not paying attention to me hardly, was gonna just pop a lid on my shake and give it to me without asking if I wanted whip cream on it, whatever. I just thought it was kinda rude. Other than that I can't complain about the ice cream.
