Frost Gelato at the Biltmore

Very sheek aesthetic, very clean inside and modern. If Apple were a dessert shop instead of electronics.They allow you to sample any flavors you'd like. The sizes are small and I feel it is a big overpriced for the portion, but it's supposed to be really good ingredients. The worker helping us seemed peeved, probably because she had to keep doling out samples upon samples. I didn't really blame her!

We went here because a co-worker from our other office recommended it, saying that it was pretty close to the gelato that he had in Italy. But little did he know, that we already have a location in Albuquerque. The line was long, but it went fast. Either the prices went up or this location charges more... even with a variety of flavors and after trying several flavors, I feel like I wasn't overly excited to try anything. I ended up getting the piccolo (small) dark chocolate. We sat outside (several tables) and it wasn't hot with the misters. Next time, I think I'll try the cherry next time 2024 #29

This gelato spot is fantastic with its rich, varied flavors that never disappoint. Each scoop is a delightful treat, but lately, I've noticed that while the prices keep climbing, the portion sizes and taste haven't changed. It's still delicious, but I hope they find a way to balance the rising costs with the same generous servings and quality that first drew me in.

This place looks fancy, which makes the ice cream going experience all that more fun. There are so many flavors and some unique ones too! They all look so creamy. I tried the Alpencaramel, not sure what that is but it was pretty good. But, I stuck to my dark chocolate gelato and it didn't disappoint. So so good. You get a lot of gelato for the small size, I was satisfied. My date got the salted caramel and loved it, and he usually goes for the simpler ones like vanilla or strawberry. Very clean inside, will be back!

Looking for a birthday treat after brunch. Our original destination is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were passing the Biltore shopping park and FROST popped into my head! We hadn't been in a while. Marissa helped us. I knew what were were looking for was gluten free. Corn is a new no no and I knew Gelato always has corn no matter where we go. NOT FROST'S!!! They actually make it on site and Maeiasa was sharing that some were even just water, sugar and fruit based! Definitely worth more than 5 stars. She still warned us to eat at own risk just in case she wasn't familiar with an unknown. We had medicine with us, so we gave it a try. Our little one chose the strawberry. No coughing or breathing issues. Fresh, fruity, quenching heaven! Oh the joy we had. My mom loved the lemon, and she was so impressed. It is a bit far, but totally worth the drive for a birthday treat. If our birthdays weren't in the summer, and us living so far, I would totally get one of their cakes. 2 layers of Gelato. You may choose a different flavor for each layer. It comes with a sheet cake in-between. You may order it without. I think I will order a cake and just eat it on location. Best place for Gelato in Arizona for our family. Cleanliness, ingredients, and flavor!

This place was a lifesaver in the crazy AZ heatwave! I loved the coloring of this place and there was a ton of flavors to choose from. There are a lot of seating options that still keep you semi-away from the long line that's always formed. Staff is also very friendly about letting you try a bunch of flavors before you make your decision. While the gelato wasn't the best gelato I've ever had, it was still pretty good depending on what flavor you got. Luckily, there are a bunch to choose from so everyone will be able to find a flavor they enjoy. I ended up getting a scoop of the Raspberry Sorbet because I loved how tart it tasted and how smooth the texture was. I was surprised that it didn't melt faster as I was walking outside in the sun. I'd come back if I was in the area, but I also wouldn't mind checking out some other dessert places since I'm not a local.

We were doing some shopping in the area when I started craving something sweet. It was a particularly hot afternoon so it was a welcoming sight to see they offered gelato nearby. There was a line and just as we got to the entrance a bigger party walked in a second before us. Thankfully they were all served promptly. You can tell right away that this place is very sanitary, something important when handling dairy products on a daily basis. They wipe down tables often. The staff is patient, allowing us to sample some of the flavors and offering suggestions to help us make our choice. My husband got their mango flavor and my son got the lemon flavor, both amazing. I chose the limoncello, a seasonal flavor I was told. I found my pick to be sensational. And the staff was kind enough to offer us cups of water to wash down the gelato, a detail we appreciated very much. We have returned multiple times since our first visit and can say, especially with this Arizona heat, this place really hits the spot!
