Five Guys

I understand this place is new and trying to get off the ground but food took foreverrrrr to get then order was completely wrong and they forgot a burger. So more waiting. When we finally did get our food it looked awful and was not five guys quality. $54 is crazy in and of itself for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks but we pay it because we life five guys. Too bad this is our last visit.

The food is good. I love their food. The customer service is lacking. Avont was friendly and professional but that's it. The rest of the staff seemed put out by having customers enter the restaurant. If it weren't for Avont's pleasantness I would have left. Also, I didn't order as much food as I wanted because of the poor service. I didn't want to agree with the other negative reviews but sadly I do.

Food is tasty but is too cost prohibitive to eat here often. Always seems like employees are busy. Not sure it will make it in this location at that price point. Suggest getting a combo option.

We ordered 8 orders on line , it averages about 19 dollars per person , they messed up 4 of our orders, in the p ast I have loved their burgers but the price has doubled and poor service . I ordered a cheese burger with grilled onions, barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. I got no cheese , no mayo no barbecue sauce and no onions ,but they added bacon , the burger was taste less. The fries were good . I try hae to try eating in , I hope I get an apology

I have been hearing about Five Guys for a few years, and finally took an opportunity to try them out.The ambience is that of a high-school hangout, with a very basic and functional interior. Very bright and clean. Top-40 music was being played very loud. I was alone, but noted others in the restaurant staining to listen to conversation.The service is provided at the counter only; there is no table service. You order at the counter, get your own drinks and condiments, and they call your order number when ready. But they do solicit tips when paying in advance of receiving the order. The counter staff was very friendly, courteous, and seemed very efficient. They also seemed to enjoy working together.The food is good, but I have to say, not remarkable in any way. My cheeseburger was tasty and huge, very greasy, and satisfying. Fries were good, but also very greasy, and too heavily salted for my taste. There were way more fries than I could possibly eat.A cheesburger, small regular fries, and a small drink cost nearly $25. It's good, but not that good. A very nice, sit-down meal, with table service, can be had in many restaurants in this area for under $25. Glad I tried them, but, no thanks.

Sorry - won't be going back. Have tried this location twice now and the service is terrible. They can't seem to get an order correct, even though it is printed right there on the ticket. Asked for fries to be cooked more - they are VERY greasy and gross - they throw your fries into the bag on top of your order, which makes everything greasy, said they were cooked longer, total lie. Actually watched the whole process and they did not cook the fries longer. Fries were $8 and we threw them all out. Recommend you DO NOT get your order to go - by the time you get home the bun will be soggy, burgers will be cold and your entire paper bag will be soaked in grease.

We were so excited for this location. Unfortunately, this past visit will probably stop us from returning. We ordered online through the app. Two burgers, a hotdog and two sides of fries. When we got home we saw that the whole order was wrong. I called back to let the manager know everything was wrong and I wanted a refund. He freaked out and had a panic attack on the phone and didn't know what to do. I said I would email corporate, which I did and have yet to hear back. I will soon be disputing the charge with my cc company. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE A CORRECT ORDER. PASS
