I was excited they had the pop up flavor dill pickle--they did a great job with the flavor, very sour and authentic. I got lemon & piña colada with it so the flavor wasn't too overpowering. Keep the weird flavors coming. The employees were nice!

Really enjoying have this in the neighborhood. Interesting variety and it's always tasty! I've only done the drive through and it can be a little tight. Service is typically solid and orders are accurate. Didn't want to like because I'm a sun devil but nice job Tucson. Thanks for coming to Phoenix! Inside looks cool

Placed a pickup order for 10:30 and they didn't start making it until right at 10:30 when we arrived. Please don't offer a pickup option for a time if you're not ready at opening. When we asked about when it would be ready, they seemed confused like they didn't know we had an online order. This location is very small, but I'm used to the original tucson locations. It's still very clean and looks new. Their counter area is actually a walk up window which is interesting.

I'm giving this place 4 stars because the pineapple coconut drink was the absolute best. I've had the frozen drinks before but never the sandwiches. Today, I ordered the Italian as well as the pastrami. Although the sandwiches are made fresh. I did not feel that they were anything special. In fact, if i'm going to order a hoagie type sandwich, it's going to come from Jersey Mike's. The price seemed a little expensive, but the customer service was very good.

Absolutely atrocious and disrespectful customer service. I've never been so upset with a drive thru order. We made and online order for pickup and they weren't open on the lobby so we went through the drive thru... it took more than 20mins to get our order I understand being busy but the next part. The audacity...We get to the window and the girl running the window tries to hand us a single drink and says have a good night... we stopped and said uhh we have a online pickup actually. She then proceeded to hand us ONLY our two sandwiches and said have a good night... we order two sandwiches, two drinks one large and one small, and a medium fry with Buffalo ranch.We tell the lady we ordered drinks and fries... her response was to tell us we were lying even though I had my email ready and IT WAS ON THE SANDWICH BAG SHE HANDED US! She before we can finish telling her what she had misplaced from our order then gives us attitude for their mistake along with my Buffalo ranch then calls the manager to basically tell me have a good night! All I wanted was my order and I got accused, attitude, and a extremely long wait time for things I HAD ORDERED 22mins in ADVANCE. $31.33 and I only ordered a TWO SANDWICHES? I don't think so. I will be speaking with a representative.

I've never heard of this place before, so I wanted to check it out. I placed an order for pickup and that was simple enough to do. Hubby had no issues picking it up. I had a grinder, fried and an eegee. I need to ask what is the difference between a sub and grinder? I'm from Philly originally and a grinder there is running it through the oven so the bread is crisp. Mine was basically sub here not a grinder. So what's the difference?The eegee I had pina colada was way too sweet for my tastes so I didn't finish it. It reminded me of a 7-11 slurpie. Fries were ok. Not a fan. Oh well...

I love Eegee's. I lived in Tucson for 5 years and ate there regularly. I also just sat at the drivethrough menu for 25 minutes and they never took my order. It's St. Patrick's day, so I just wanted a Lucky Lime. I pulled up a little bit before noon on my lunch break and waited in the line. The car ahead of me ordered pulled forward, so then I pulled up. And sat there waiting... A line formed behind me. Several cars pulled up and left as we all just waited there.2 days ago I came here and waited for about 5 minutes before driving up to the first window and asking if I was supposed to order there, and the girl working said "Oh were you waiting at the drivethough? I'm so sorry!" So this time around, I just became curious to see how long I would have to wait or how long of a line would have to form before they would notice us at the drivethrough. Eventually after 12:20 I left because I needed to get back to work. I think I waited about 25 minutes in total. The longest the line got was 4 cars, but I think 8 cars drove up total while I was there. They all (except the dude behind me who stayed the whole time I waited as well) just kept leaving after a few minutes of waiting.It's weird because this has never happened to us when we come here for dinner. We pull up and they ask for our order right away.

First time and not a fan. The sandwich had no flavor, the bread is hard, the fries are super salty and the strawberry eegee didn't taste like strawberry at all. Two starts because customer service was great!

Terrible 3ft sub, no meat and very little lettuce and other topping ordered it for 57th birthday celebration and it was a major disappointment for my guests. Sad day not worth the hype the say or picture on their website. Save your money.
