Dunkin'

First off i want to start by saying do not come to this location if you are hung over and dying for a bacon egg and cheese bagel, because the blondie that is the cook can't handle a couple orders at the same time and you will be disappointed when she looks you in the eyes and says "sorry i'm to backed up to make your food" this generation needs to get their work ethic UP!! if you can't handle a few orders don't be a fucking cook, PERIOD. My coffee also tasted like hotdog water. Save your valuable time and hard earned money and take it to Einstein Bros where you will get your delicious hot sammy to neck when you are hungover af. Slay

I've been coming for seriously the last 6 years. I always usually get coffee, well being pregnant you can't drink caffeine so I was like hey I should get a hot chocolate, I see ON THE MENU it says salted hot chocolate, informed me they don't carry it, and which makes sense a lot of places don't carry things bc of COVID.So I decided to problem solve myself and ask if i can just have a swirl of Carmel in the hot chocolate. She was super dry with me. Get the drink it's freaking disgusting wicked Chunky, I went to call no answer. I'll update my review when I go in and see what they say.

This location upsets me. I only continue to come here because they make my iced coffee correctly. I get the same exact coffee every other day on my way to work..nothing about it changes. One day it's 2.83$. Another day it's $3.18, ANOTHER day is 3.33$ !! You're overcharging me. Nothing about my order ever changes, why is the pricing always different?Also.. theyre out of jelly munchkins well before 10am... you guys know they're so popular.. SO MAKE MORE for the day. Yall would make a lot more money if you kept them replenished all day. It seems as though they make only 50 jelly munchkins and call it good. Smh.

We love this location a lot! it makes us feel home with their comfy lounge with little sofas and TV always on. They always have decor matching the season or upcoming holidays. The service is always good and also their coffee :) The earlier the best to have more options as DONUTS RUN OUT FAST on Sundays.

Frosting from top of donut stuck to bottom of the bag. This tells me it was carelessly tossed in the bag. The price of these donuts have gone up so should the quality of the service.Things like this are easily avoided and just all together annoying. Do better.

Waited 10 min for a drink . Employees not friendly walking around like they don't know what they are doing .

Asked for a medium cold brew and got ONE PUMP of swirl when standard is 3. Both Dunkin's I go to here in surprise disappoint me every time. Coming from a Dunkin employee you all suck

If you want to wait in line for 45 minutes for them to be out of regular coffee this is the place for you. Worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin. It seemed like they had one person working in the whole establishment.

Didn't have the greatest experience this morning... Went through the drive thru to order a Pumpkin Spice Latte, their featured flavor right now.... The guy taking my order sounded very confused of what this was so I made sure to say the full name listed on menu. Took one sip and Instead of receiving my drink I ordered, I got a black coffee with heavy cream in it, no pumpkin in it whatsoever, whipped topping with caramel and the pumpkin spice topping..... couldn't go to lobby to get it fixed because I was handed no receipt plus it was closed. Not the first time my order has been majorly screwed up. Only positive thing was that the donuts were good.
