Went through the drive through to buy a couple of dozen donuts. It was approximately 0700 and I was told they could not complete the order...dawg all you do doughnuts...I even offered to prepay and return 20 minutes or so later...I can understand if this order would clean them out. I was told no they can't accommodate the order and to go somewhere else. Well no problems I will. And before anyone asks this is not the first time this has happened Sad really.

I visit this location about once a week and pickup a mobile order. Service is always great and order is always ready and correct. There have been a few times they are out of something I order, but they always try to make it right. Today I found some notes left on my drinks when I picked them up. It really made my day for such a small gesture. Thank you again to the two ladies working today.

I was so excited when this DD moved in... the store is in a perfect location... beautifully done... but the staff leaves something to be desire. I have had so many issues with this location that I have given up even trying anymore. Besides the fact the manager has no clue how to run both the drive-thru and the counter. He has no idea how to "hustle" either himself, or the staff. top that off with terrible customer service when he gets an order incorrectly, arguing with customers and trying to pawn his mistakes onto another store if the receipt was not provided. normally I ALWAYS ask for a receipt... to which I get an eye-roll, especially if it isn't offered... many times they have to reach into the trash to grab it. Then they hand it rumpled and dirty. This one particular time I did not ask... and I had to go back because I got about a mile away before I tasted my drink, and almost spit it all over my dash.. I get to the drive thru and state my drink was made incorrectly... then got the 3rd degree (did you purchase it here, do you have the receipt, I can't help you if you don't have a receipt) the tags were still on the cups... which I sure could have been looked up. they did remake them... however, as I am driving out of the parking lot... I do the taste test and had to AGAIN drive around to get the drinks addressed... he argued with me so I just gave him my drinks told him to keep them... they would not refund because I had not asked for a receipt. I called corporate to complain and was told that the owner would return my call... this was 2 weeks ago.... Still nothing...My advice... skip this one... head to the DD at thunderbird and 83rd ave... THEY are amazing!

This Dunkin sucks and should just close their doors. Everything takes forever no; matter what you order. We waited about 15 min for a sourdough sand-which, avocado toast and stuffed bagel minis. When we got our food , nothing was toasted and the bacon on my avocado toast was in full strips. It tasted horrible and was barely cooked. Not to mention this location also NEVER stirs up the drink. This location has horrible service and a pathetic staff ! Dunkin needs to reevaluate this location and find some replacements who actually care about their job.

This must have been the universe shaming me for going thru a drive thru today. Ordered a medium hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar, hash browns, breakfast taco and croissant sandwich. They gave me my drink first so I got to try it as I waited. The coffee tasted like milk with a hint of coffee. No hazelnut, no sugar. (This is my go to drink and I think it's fairly simple) i believe in being nice and polite when asking for correction so I did that, the drive thru person took my drink and returned 2 secs back with the drink also not full anymore. Do they think I'm dumb, do you think I don't know about acting like you fixed it. So I tried it again in front of her and said it tasted the same which it did. I ask her if it can be remade she says YES and She takes the drink and the manager? (blue shirt) comes back and gives me it. It literally looked the same. I tell her there still no flavor or coffee. She then tells me oh it's because we don't have hazelnut they only have the sugar free. And I said no one informed me about that, is it possible to have my drink remade with another flavor, vanilla. Takes the drink and the first drive thru worker hands it back to me maybe 3 seconds later this time, and looks exactly the same this time full of sugar at the bottom. Lol I smiled and drove off. It tasted like straight french vanilla cream. I'm proud I'm as calm as I am because this service might have not been brushed over by someone else. But they got the right one. It shouldn't but it takes a lot for me to want to leave this here but this was just a crappy experience.
