Doodle Dogs

The dogs are specially made along with the buns. Coney sauce is made fresh each week.Margaret and Rudy (owners) are super friendly. Love chatting with them.Outdoor seating.Would reccommend. Price is right.

Service was excellent and accommodating. The hot dogs are delicious and the buns were toasted to perfection! These buns are not your basic grocery store buns they are from a bakery. The dogs are all named after their grandchildren and how they like to eat them.I ordered the Ruby Doo which is the basic hot dog with ketchup only but I added spicy mustard. My husband got the Scarletto which came with sauerkraut grilled onions mustard. He loved it.There is one outdoor covered table (for 6) to sit at if you're staying but your looking at parked cars! Not a bad view if you like to look at lumber.If you're at Lowe's and you get hungry don't pass this up. It's yummy!

This is a great restaurant, run by Margaret and Rudy, (my grandparents). It's not a bias, the dogs are actually great. To note, all of the low reviews are either from a person not knowing about the fake doodle dogs that was going around for a little bit (they don't use mayo AT ALL) or someone trying to steal their hot dogs recipe (they are not from Costco) Margaret was defensive because of the rude costumer. Great dogs, great vibe, and great people. 10/10 a wonderful food truck.

I love hot dogs and this Chicago dog (called the Brandon) was delicious. I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again?

Came up here just for the hotdog. So much better than other vendors set up in font of other home improvement stores.

Dogs where eh... the owner running the food trailer was defensive and odd.She responded rudely when all we simply asked is "what brand of hot dogs are these?" Talk about defensive lol! Probably gets the giant pack from Costco then marks up the price by adding a few toppings and veggies. No thanks!

Discovered them several years ago after driving my daughter to a girl scout event. Now i drive a long distance when ever I get the chance to eat the food. Best opinions for coney, Chicago styles and others. Especially love, they know returning customers. I'm only sad when they have to close seasonally

This place is amazing for so many reasons!First, the customer service is beyond amazing. They are the kindest couple & are willing to answer all the questions you have about their menu. They are so happy to entertain the kids with friendly comments & smiles.Second, the hot dogs are grilled & so fresh. Plus, they are huge! The kids split a basic hot dog, which my son said was the best hot dog he's ever had. I had the hot dog with fried onion on top. We were the last customers due to selling out, so they gave me some chili to try. I'll definitely be ordering a chili dog next time. The chili is so flavorful & has an excellent spice to it. Definitely a great family business to support. Who doesn't love a good hotdog? Family friendly, and good prices. It's outside so, we just opening our tailgate & had lunch! Cant wait to go back & have another.

Fantastic dogs! The owners couldn't be more friendly. They truly care about the quality of the food they serve. Ignore the recent one star rating. The owners explained what happened and all I can say is that customer's demands were laughable and frankly, ridiculous! This place gets numerous 5-star reviews for a reason. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You'll be happy you did!

GREAT HOT DOG's. I know; really, hot dogs. Yes, they are great. We will drive miles out of our way to get one of their hot dogs. I'm sure they are all great but I only order something other than the coney dog is when they run out. That hasn't happened lately. I wish they were open more often but then again, Doodle Dog is just one thing more to make Friday and Saturday great.
