Salads are good, as is the chili. ( most likely the fastest food you'll get there too)They need to get new buns for their burgers as they are too big for the patty.My biggest problem is they need to work on time management.When my lunch is only 30 mins long, and it takes you 30+ mins to make a hamburger that's a bit ridiculous.When you have 3 people in your kitchen you need to delegate things to get things done faster so not everyone is waiting forever.OR TELL PEOPLE ITS GOING TO TAKE FOREVER! So they aren't wasting their time.The wait is NOT worth it....Lastly, Don't be greedy with your refills....its costing you cents....

The deli here isn't bad but it's not amazing. There prices are high and it's hit or miss. It's doable because it's convenient but I wouldn't say it's my favorite.

I work in this building so it's pretty convenient for me to pick up a quick meal. The food is good, and the daily specials are awesome! The staff is always very nice and the food is ready pretty quick. I just wish they were open later than 4pm :(

I just started working in this business complex on 2/25/19, and I decided to try them today, mostly for the $1 tacos on taco Wednesday. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! The food was better than I expected. I got two soft tacos, one chicken and one beef, and a gyro with fries and nacho cheese on the side for the fries. I also got an Original Hubert's Lemonade, but that's prepackaged and not made by them. There was a $0.50 up charge on each taco for changing from hard shell to soft, and the side of nacho cheese was $0.50 as well. But they told me upfront about that and it says it on the menu. The tacos are more American style than traditional but they were pretty good and a decent size for having spent $1.50 each, I preffered the chicken taco to the beef one, but the beef one was still good. The gyro was quite good, not the best I've had but definitely not the worst either lol. The fries were decent though I'd add salt. The nacho cheese was standard concession nacho cheese. It gets pretty busy at lunchtime (noon) so I would recommend calling ahead a couple hours to place your order to be ready when your lunch break starts. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

I worked in the specialized loan servicing building. It wasn't a pleasant experience having to rush to the other side of the building, considering some dude named Eli Alvarez was deliberately staring at me and trying to establish potential relationships with my coworkers and he was married and had a daughter. of circumstances having to avoid going the same direction on my lunch. He worked a earlier shift, however his timing was a bit uncomfortable. Him and his friend shouted out fag in the hallway towards me... probably because Richard Ruiz, had them targeting me for him. Numerous times he stared at me in the cafeteria, while I waited for my food. When I went in 2018, a nice American military vet asian man worked alongside his wife, and daughter. They were very professional, polite, and courteous... salads were abundant and the variety great. The assortment of the menu worked well for Arizona's seasonal changes. Other than that it wasn't safe... security was on a completely different side of the building.

My expectations were exceeded by this place. The staff is super friendly and the prices are very fair. They are a bit slow during peak times during lunch (12 - 1) but if you go just before or after the rush its pretty quick.

I work in the Diablo complex and eat at the deli about 3 times a week minimum; while, I've only been here for about 4-months I have learned the new owners (Thomas, Candance and their daughter Skylar) work very hard and nothing in the other review applies anymore. I personally like the Chili, Cheese Steak and Ruben sandwiches. Most important is that the owners are friendly and approachable. I work for the University of Dubuque Tempe and have come to enjoy our relationship; they plain to support our student's by having a worker available to provided "grab and gos" meals when classes begin in the Fall, although it is after they closed.
