Deer Valley Water & Ice

I visited this place on a hot day! Ice cream flavors selection is good and staff is friendly :) Will be back again!

Only because my other water store is farther away I've come back here twice now for ice and the employees aren't overly friendly but they're not rude. So far I haven't found any more mold in my eyes which is promising things happen and I think it deserves upgrading my review maybe overtime the work their way towards five stars

Deer Valley Water & Ice has been my go-to water store for 5 years now. I like their convenient hours, and the friendly service from Eric and the staff really makes it a fun experience. The water is great quality too, and I'm picky about that. They have a membership that comes with a discount so that helps me save money. And I really love the music that they play there, its much better than listening to the RO water purification machines. Thank you for being there Deer Valley Water & Ice! =)

Awful customer service, guy was playing music so loud I could barely hear him and was rude. He didn't even offer to help on any way

Great water. This is my favorite place for alkaline. The service is friendly and who doesnt love ice cream.

The staff was nice. The prices are slightly higher than the water and ice store I typically go to. It's a smaller store so it tends to get crowded on busy days but overall I'm satisfied.

Easy to work with. Tons of products. Really friendly staff, always helpful. We buy our ice and alkaline water here.

This place is just something else. First of all you walk in and every time the worker is sitting in a lounge chair on their phone, rarely greets you, does not offer help, and seems like they could care less you're in there. Every other Water and Ice store I have been to the clerk is overly helpful and fills up the waters for you. Now, I personally don't mind doing it myself however when my mother tells me she doesn't get any help filling and carrying heavy 40 pound water jugs (to the car), that angered me. A couple weeks later I went in there and saw an old woman doing it all by herself and I said to the man working, "Are you kidding me you didn't go and help that woman put those heavy jugs in her car." His response, "We usually do." That was the last time I ever went there. And in my opinion, it wasn't just that worker, it seems all the workers there have the same lazy and unhelpful ethic. Also, they are sketch. For a while now they only take cash or venmo, and I asked the worker why, his response was "We cannot give that information at the moment." I don't know if they are trying not to pay taxes or what. This is a selfish shop that needs change. This is the closest and most convenient Water store by my house, but I refuse to go to this store any longer. I don't care about the farther drive to the Arrowhead Water and Ice store, it's worth the good service.

This place is 10cents more per gallon than the other store in the area. The attendant doesn't even fill the jugs for you. The outside dispensers have been down for a long time and it doesn't really look like they are going to fix them. I know it's just water but I don't trust that this place is a clean as it should be. Try elsewhere.

This store is pretty terrible. Self service while the workers just lazily sit there. Water literally tasted like tap water last time we were in there. Ceiling has yellow stains. Won't be going back.
