The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Never coming here again. I suggest no one else does either.

WARNING: CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! A young w woman with blonde shoulder length hair helped me and is usually always there everytime I come in. And I told her I wanted an idica cartridge for my pen. It was a bogo sale which was the only reason I bought it. I also purchased $40 in prerolls. My total came out to be $120 and when I got home, there was only 1 cartridge and it was saliva and on top of that I was overcharged. So I went back and they were closed. Went back the next day and asked for the manager. A black man approached me who appeared to be decent with good manners but when i told him what happened he made every excuse in the book not to make it right even though i had my receipt and all the product left in the bag. Just my luck...Check your bag to make sure everything is right otherwise it's gonna be a huge inconvenience to have to go back and these people aren't fun to deal with. I've spent wayyy too much money here every week for the last 4 years. It's time I start giving someone else a try. Jars is fantastic I heard

I've been using this Curaleaf medical dispensary for at least seven years. Never have I experienced a problem except the day before Thanksgiving when practically everything was BOGO. It was overwhelming crowded and it's credit card machine that day was unavailable, which made matters worse time-wise. When I arrived for my online order, only one employee manned the never ending online order line. I asked for an additional BOGO item with my order, and when asking for cartridges I received pods instead that I could not use because it requires a special battery.On Saturday, I returned to Curaleaf and explained the situation to Fonzo, who served me, and he called Desean, one of the managers. To my shock and surprise, Desean offered me the $20 plus tax battery at no charge because of the misunderstanding. I walked out a happy, satisfied customer because Desean knew the situation and confusion that Wednesday before Thanksgiving and he gave me the battery rather than charging me, which I expected would happen.Shout out to Lisa, manager Kat, Desean, Fonzo, and all employees of Curaleaf. I like Curaleaf because of its daily specials. MMJ seniors receive 20% off of all items in the store. It's close, convenient and has a vast selection of name brands and items, and generally the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Curaleaf to those who are in need of a medical dispensary.

No point in placing pickup orders when they take HOURS to fill it. I stood in line for walkins and there was another line in the back, only 2 employees were helping patients/customers. Super slow service but the staff is nice. In summary don't come here unless you want to wait outside, then in the lobby, and then in another line before you get helped.

I love this location because it's always a great experience. The staff is so nice and willing to help. Deshawn and Melissa helped take care of me today and gave me another great visit!!!

My experience here is terrible every time, including the last time I went after placing an online order the girl was so rude to me, and when I asked her why she walked away, went in the back and told the manager that I made an inappropriate comment which she was completely false I was on the phone outside talking with a friend prior to going in. There was other people outstanding. I was unaware that they let their employees stand outside and have a smoke break. One of the people standing outside with employee over her conversation. I was having with my friend on a telephone and decided that it was about her but other than that their product is terrible. Terrible is terrible. Their prices are terrible. The location is terrible. The manager is rude and listens to his employees prior to this. I had been a Medical guest until legalization, but I had prior use the club before many other dispensaries in the area open up now that there's so many other great dispensaries to choose from this would be by far the worst one with a 10 mile radius save yourself some money and you're looking for a product avoid at all costs

Wont be coming here again. The "gentleman" that greeted me at the front today was so rude. My partner and I are traveling from Prescott and I inconveniently had to use the restroom. There were a couple mishaps- we forgot our debit card. Its been a day to say the least. And when i asked to use the restroom again, he said, "for the third time its okay." I was trying to be respectful since the bathroom is behind the counter.... Lol maybe he needs some comps from his company.

I loooove love loooove curaleaf.... But not this location! From the second I walked in , the line situation is chaos , I over heard the check in guy say they were 30 orders behind online , and then I didn't realize that specials got sent out on things they aren't even stocked on. So after waiting in line , I waited in the next line, neither moving very efficiently, to be told that location hasn't had stiiizys for awhile . Illl stick to my scottsdale and arrowhead locations. This store needs a retraining or something . What an embarrassment!!

They sell broken pens and only have a 7 day return window. For people who work for a living this unacceptable. I travel for work and I have 2 pens that don't work. Fk curaleaf, bunch of scammers
