They were a bit busy which isn't abnormal because they are so good. The employees are friendly, courteous and they made sure my friend with nut allergies did not come in contact with the Reese's cookie by putting it in a single box and he changed gloves just incase. I would definitely recommend. They have a variety of cookies each week which is nice. I feel like they should have a popular cookie for more than a week lol over all the store was pretty clean from what I can tell. Little messy in the cooking area but I mean they are baking constantly around the clock so I understand.

Came here later afternoon on August 28. Waited for 15 minutes for my order, which was never completed so I eventually cancelled. Totally incompetent crew talking and singing along to the music while a long line of people waiting developed. Not good.

Went here twice this week- BOTH times sold out of the banana pudding. What a joke. Is the manager inexperience and not know how many to make or doesn't know how to lead a team ? Or do the employees just don't care? Not even a sorry, or nothing just "yeah we're sold out". ... ok... poor customer service. Waste of my time.
