CAVA

Came on a Sunday for lunch with my family. We all had a great experience. I got the Harissa bowl as it comes + diced tomato. I loved this bowl-- to me it was the perfect blend of flavor and spice, although it was too spicy for my family members. If you're sensitive to spice, consider substituting the Harissa sauce they add at the end for the Greek sauce. However, if you can tolerate a bit of spice, I would recommend getting it as it comes. I would liken the ambiance of this restaurant to that if a Chipotle-- maybe a little more inviting, although this particular location was definitely a bit chillier than is comfortable.

I had heard so many great things about Cava, so we gave it a go. Experience started off rocky with poor service. The young lady working the line hardly made eye contact and was hard to hear. The young man who checked us out atThe cashier was not much better.Service: 1 Star because our food was at least correct? Food was ok. We were there upon opening on a Sunday morning and the meats tasted like they were rewarmed leftovers. Food: 2 stars. Ambiance: it's a chain restaurant. What's there to say?

Cool concept. Friendly staff. Dining room was quite warm on the day I visited, hopefully temporary. I tried a sample of the new grilled steak, it was very tender. Ordered the chicken bowl; it was bursting with flavor and textures. And great portion size for the price point.

Update. Management reached out and wanted to make it right. Yet they also failed horribly to follow though with their promises. This tells me a lot about the company and how they do business.

The pita crisps or pita chips weren't ready we had to wait. The one good thing about that is they were very fresh when we got it.

Omg, its rice and lettuce! Fill the damn bowl! Been a customer for years since we went to a CAVA in NY. This place is a joke. Last time we will go there, just not worth it.

Had the pleasure of eating at Cava today for the first time. I was very pleased with my decision as the food was very delicious. The quality of ingredients was top notch.I ordered the Harissa Avocado and everything in the bowl was perfection and the spiciness was just right. I would recommend to anyone who likes to eat clean healthy but also delicious. The atmosphere is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I got lunch here for the first time at the Ocotillo location. I was nervous and didn't know how to order but Sean was there for me. He walked me through the steps and had a smile on his face the whole time!

Wow Dashawn, Zander, and Jorge are great servers. They are hard working folk. All we need to do is show a little bit of humanity and empathy. Food and service was great. Thank you. Hope your finger heals quickly Dashawn.

This is by far my worst experience to a fast food restaurant let alone a Cava location. It was 9pm an hour before closing to provide context. Upon ordering we ordered a bowl and a pita. They only had maybe 50% of the ingredients available and told us they don't have any more to make. There was about 50% of the saucers and dips available. There was only 50% of the toppings as well. No steak, no tzatziki sauce, no Harris's vinaigrette, no corn, no broccoli just bake a few key items you'd expect coming here. Now let's get to my pita and how it was made in the most sloppiest way possible. See pictures. All the food was cold and mind you we ate there. There was no lemonades or any soda in the fountain drink dispenser. They should've just closed down for the night. Despite all this that could be due to inventory issues the staff failed to clean off any tables for patrons. There were 14 tables total and each and every one of them was dirty and we had to wipe off our table just to sit and be completely disappointed in our food and experience with Cava. I hope this message finds the right person and you avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!! I'd give a negative star if possible. They didn't even offer to make it right or give me good credit.
