Charcoal grilled chicken is excellent. Service is good. Ambience authentic.Shish tawook is excellent. Falafel sandwich not good: can be improved with different choice of bread and lil more tahini or yogurt. Did I say the grilled chicken is excellent?

The restaurant ambiance is great. Service was a bit slow but you can tell for a Saturday lunch time they only had one server that was helping over 5 tables and also to go orders. The server asked us for our order, I asked if I can place the entire order together but get the appetizers first. Then they can get us the meals. She said us but the robot server brought everything together. It was disappointing to say the least as we wanted to enjoy our beer with the appetizers, but instead we got everything. So we opted to eat our meal first so it doesn't get cold, and snack on the appetizers later. The taste was great. The chicken fried steak was somewhat cold and not hot enough. The rice that came with the kebab and the kebab itself was delicious. Baba ghanouj and the hummus were good, the grape leaves clearly were from a can. Will definitely be back as the taste was great in most of the food items.

Food is always great. Customer service is always friendly. Greeted with a smile every single time. Dinner time can be pretty busy so plan accordingly. But well worth the couple extra minutes.

Their beef kebabs are phenomenal. I appreciate when a restaurant uses a proper grill for their meat, it makes a big difference in flavor. The kebabs are very fatty and have a great Smokey flavor from the grill. The portion size is excellent for the price of $18.99 a plate, it comes with three sides and a thin pita that has already been eaten. I love ordering the garlic sauce on the side, I feel like it is a must. The staff are all very friendly when I've come to dine in, but I usually just order online for pick up. Overall, great place, would highly recommend!

The food was really good! My husband ordered Caroun Mix and french fries. Parents ordered beef kabobs, and beef tikka while I ordered tashreeb. The place serves Iraqi food. Tashreeb is a big dish of one lamb shank that's served on a very thick bed of Iraqi bread which is then soaked with tomato broth. Service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was family friendly. I thought the robot that brings food to tables hilarious, and the decorations on the wall will keep you entertained.

The service here was great! The place was pretty smoky but they also sell hookah there so it makes sense. The appetizers were all awesome and the quality of the meat in the mains was great. Portions were huge. Overall a good experience.

I knew Carouns was going to be a gem. It is sandwiched between and Indian and Mediterranean grocery stores. I ordered the chicken tikka plate which was absolutely delicious. 12 chunks of chicken over rice accompanied by hummus and garlic sauce? Don't mind if I do. Plenty of food, not enough sauce. The food is delicious! The server is courteous and friendly.The place is clean and the tables have real white tablecloth.

The service was amazing. The food tasted incredible. The atmosphere was perfect. Will be stopping here again.

This was SO good. Incredibly cool robot that brings the food out. Almost didn't want to give it that many stars so it won't be packed every time we try to go. Because the food was that good!! It was so nice not to feel rushed out the door when you taking your time eating. The chairs are very comfortable. Very clean. Great design at the restaurant. We went when it was awful hot outside and it was nice and cool inside. Great place.
