Cafe Morning Buzz

I really do like this place and not just because it's 2 blocks from my house. However, the morning cocktails are a bit pricey at $14.Cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. I was a server for decades and part of our sidework was cleaning the condiments on the tables. These are not clean. Nothing worse than grabbing the salt, ketchup or hot sauce to be greeted by a sticky, chunky bottle. I don't want to have to touch my food after I put ketchup on my fries from the disgusting bottle.PLEASE make cleaning the condiments, an everyday thing as well as the menus. I know you can do better.The food is always good, even after new management.

Excellent:-service was fast, friendly, and helpful -menu is really broad with lots of options-cozy atmosphere -full bar!Not so good:-check splitting for 4 or more not allowed-charge extra for using a credit card

I did take out for this place once before and wanted to give this place another try so my husband and I went one morning to try it out. I got the steak and he got the egg breakfast tacos and both were just A-OK. Steak just didn't have enough flavor, it was missing something and a a bit on the dry side and the egg breakfast tacos was also the same. It just literally had eggs with some pickled veggies. I had to use a lot of hot sauce to give it some flavor to taste good...Not sure if we'll be back.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today, it's close to our home and local area we frequent. We were seated promptly, it's quaint and cute inside.The ice tea tasted old as if the machine isn't cleaned nightly. Hailey was so kind and brought us waters instead.We had a classic breakfast and a breakfast skillet both were good, the eggs were supposed to be over easy and the yolk inside was cooked so not what my husband was expecting. I didn't not care for the flavor of the bacon with the classic breakfast.There are no GF specific items, but options to accommodate a person with celiac.

The food was delicious and the place is super cute. My niece ordered the kids chocolate chip pancake and it was huge! Delicious dirty chai latte too. Would come back!

Nothing "wrong" just an ok place for foodThe pancakes were kind of sourThe coffee was bitter. First two bites of sausage I crunched into those hard ball things that happens sometime. I got the hangover platter it was a good amount of food. Service was friendly This is more of a mimosa and morning drink place. This was a try it once place for us.

Food is good. Service is lost on approach. Food sits in the window ready for wayyyy too long. Food then shows up cold. A pancake order always shows up without syrup. This is my 3rd time coming for pancakes. They're great pancakes but like I ALWAYS need to ask for syrup. This place gets busy, which is awesome but they can't juggle slow times, let alone juggle when it is busy. Something is always missing, ice from drink, fork, syrup, knife, the check lol. You gotta stay on em' kinda' annoying

We LOVE this place! Been here a handful of times. Service is fantastic (thank you Alana!) We've enjoyed other fun, hip brunch places in the Valley but this place takes the cake for us. Posh but humble. The noise made is from the company you find among new friends. Come find us and enjoy in the fun!

I'm willing to give this place a second try but my first visit was not good at all. We arrived during a non-busy time (4 people were in the restaurant) yet the wait for our food was far too long and the fact that I had to send my dish back three times because it was incorrect after finally getting it corrected, I had lost my appetite for even wanting it. There were 2 others in my party who did enjoy their food so again I will give this place another try but the cooks definitely needs to get it together. How hard is it for you to add cheese and veggies to omelette not quite sure.

This place used to be good. But it's so bad that I'm pretty sure you'll have a better breakfast at a fast food restaurant. The food quality has degraded, service is terrible, and prices are ridiculous. This place used to be packed on a Sunday. Now they barely have more than 5 tables of patrons per hour. Avoid.
