"Found this food truck and I was pleasantly surprised of the food quality the amazing service and the area it was setup. It was at a very nice park in Avondale and the sun was just beginning to set and last night there was a nice breeze. Me and my wife ordered the carne asada taco plate which is 3 tacos rice and beans. And they offer corn or flour tortillas but also hand made to order corn tortillas that will melt in your mouth. The carne was cooked and spiced to perfection and their salsa's are to die for!"

Arrived within 15 minutes.The place was busy, it looked packed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was waiting for me when I arrived. I was in and out in minutes. Though the food smelled really good, we exercised some patience and waited until we got home to open it.I was impressed by their ramen packaging. It came in a big bowl with two compartments: one for the broth and one for the veggies and protein. The broth was still warm even after a 20-minute drive. We immediately devoured its contents. My veggie ramen was tasty and satisfying. The portion was pretty generous, too. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. We were both very pleased with our choices!"

"Love JINYA! It was a great place for myself my toddler and my Vegan friend. Let's start with the Vegan menu, as a non Vegan it was Fire!!! That was also the word used by my friend. You can't go wrong with their Ramen or Impossible Tacos. We didn't try the other items but these two were huge wins. Loved the non vegan menu as well, Ramen, crispy chicken was amazing! The service and staff were great and attentive. They have an outside patio so if the sun isn't too hot it's a great place to dine."

"My friend who loves ramen decided we needed to try this place. After eating there for the first time, I would say it is pretty average as far as ramen places go. The service was a little...well let's just say I think he was new to serving. He had to be reminded to get things a few times. And he was the only one serving, although there were only a half dozen tables filled. He tried hard. I'll give him that.We all got ramen, so I don't know how their poke is. The ramen was average. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and it was at a spice level of 1 (where's the heat!) on my spice scale. Very disappointing. It was good traditional ramen, but nothing special. We probably won't come back here because there are a few other ramen places that are better. Good food. Just not great."

For the price we paid, it came with good amount of sashimi, however, not premium fish/cuts we hoped for.Overall decent place. "First, consider this review is coming from a total GRINGO, but I have lived in Phoenix all my life and I learned long ago, if you want authentic Mexican food, you're going to have the best luck hitting places like this.What I mean by "places like this" is, a.) a Mexican owned business run by la familia; c.) the server doesn't speak English very well; c.) most or all of the signage is Spanish; and d.) you're the only white person there because the area and storefront scares the gringos that grew up with too much white privilege - That's right, I said it. Those are the people that just drive by and miss out on true cultural greatness. In my experience, the more of those boxes you can check, the better the food.This place seems more focused on sweets and treats, which I had none, so I can't review around that. I was here for ramen and birria tacos. First, the ramen was fantastic. You get a side of limes, onions, cilantro, salsa and cabbage. It's a serving big enough to share and I enjoyed it very much. Of course, I used it to dip my birria tacos!The birria tacos were good, not great. However, my personal preference are birria tacos oozing with queso, cooked longer with more browning and crispiness, and with the tortillas dipped in the birria consommé before griddling. You can see by my photos these aren't like that, but they are good, traditional birria tacos and I'm not going to deduct them because of a personal preference.And though it would be an easy target, I'm not going to deduct them for location, storefront architecture, interior design or handicapped accessibility. Frankly, more people need to recognize "places like this" wouldn't likely exist if they had to follow those standards. "I was here around 6:30PM. You walk in, seat yourself, and then scan for the menu at your table, and then self-order on your phone. You can pay on your phone when you finish- or even when you are ordering. We were greeted and given water once we sat down. Pretty casual atmosphere with low and high top tables. They do have a waitlist available on Yelp. And they are open until 9:30PM.We ordered the Samurai Ramen with shrimp tempura and an extra egg and the Miso King Ramen with chicken casu, crispy tofu and bok choi. Our food arrived within 10 minutes and it was nice and hot. Both dishes looked delicious and they were. Fantastic broth in both ramens with large, fresh shrimp. The eggs were done perfectly. We did not order drinks but they do offer some alcoholic beverages.For two Ramen soups with extras, tax and tip, it was $53.81. The Ramen itself was around $16.00, a little high for ramen, but it is a restaurant on Mill. And once they charge for extras- bok choi is $1.20, shrimp tempura is $4.50, an extra egg is $1.20, it does add up. That being said, I would go again- just not everyday."

When I asked about how the hot Cheetos roll were. She looked at me with a blah face and said "I don't know. I don't eat hot cheetos." A good host would say, not sure but it's a big hit here... or something. I guess I was just expecting much. Honestly, it's just okay to me. It's a hole in the wall type of location. Definitely nothing fancy. Just a place to pick up food from. I most likely will not be back just because I feel I can spend $60 at a better location with a bit more ambiance but it was worth the try... definitely not what our fellow yelpers reviewed though. 5 star? Quick scan of the menu QR code...and we ended up ordering what we always order, the Nishikawa Black Ramen. Bowls came out quickly and were of the usual greatness! Very tasty bowls of tonkotsu broth! "It had been almost 4 years since I last dined here. We weren't too hungry so decided to grab a light bite. The menu is very different than what I remember. They offer a happy hour menu all day Monday thru Thursdays and 11:30-4 pm on Fridays. Hubs always orders spicy tuna roll $5.95, and I ordered a Halloween roll $7.95 ( shrimp salad, cucumber, masago and avocado) it was light and tasty especially with the sauce that was on the side. We also got a free order of gyoza with Yelp check in. It ended up being a very cheap lunch! The regular prices seemed very reasonable too. Service was very friendly and fast. Would definitely come again when we have a bigger appetite as I want to try their ramen and other rolls."

Why wouldn't I choose hot broth and curly noodles for lunch?I got the $20 Classic Ramen combo with the 4pc. fried gyoza. I also ordered some Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna on the side for good measure. While the ramen was good, it's far from being the best (or worst) in town. It's a good bowl of noodles you surely wouldn't mind purchasing and consuming, but this isn't a place I would readily suggest to a friend to try. It's a good place. The staff is friendly, the spot is clean, and you can get on the waitlist via Yelp. I wish I could give them 3.5 stars."

The miso soup was slightly above room temperature so it was disappointing. The food court is popping! Pretty difficult to find a table so you'll need to keep an eye out."

When you're done, you pay at the counter.Everything we had was delicious! When I asked how they got the crispy coating on the chicken, he bowed his head, gave me a dirt-off-the-shoulder sweep of the hand and said, "Family secret."I need to attempt their Yakitori chicken at home. Service was friendly enough and the appetizers we had (shishito peppers and edamame) were good, but the rest of the meal went downhill from there.When we asked about the sushi, we learned that it is partially pre-made, hence not made fresh to order. One in our party had a shellfish allergy and the waitress could not guarantee that it would be safe to order a roll.We went with signature dishes for our main courses (black cod and tofu) and all found them too saucy and underwhelming. Prices are expensive for what you get.We skipped dessert but we overheard the table next to us trying to order coffee or espresso with their final course... they were told that the only option was cold brew, which seemed a bit odd. No hot coffee option? Or decaf?Sadly, with so many other dining options in the area, I don't plan to return."

It was slightly overcooked but it had good flavor. We also tried their poke. The sauce was amazing, but portion size was small with very little fish and topping. Our favorite was their black garlic tonkatsu ramen. This dish was excellent; we contemplated ordering another one but decided to wait for next time. Everything from broth to perfectly cooked noodles was what made this dish exceptional. The egg was marinated perfectly, slightly sweet with creamy yolk; yum! The pork was also delicious and it even had slight charring. Absolutely the best! Will return just for this dish alone. Highly recommend!!"

This location is very small, but they do have parking behind the restaurant and have a partner restaurant next-door for sushi and drinks as well. We had to wait about an hour or so for our table to be available because they were very busy . After we were seated, our server was amazing and the manager kept checking on our table as well and thanking us for the patience while we were waiting for our table of seven. We start order with chicken Ramen with scrambled egg instead of a soft egg to pork Ramen, the fried rice dish, the calamari fries and a catfish dish as well. All of our food had large portions very filling and delicious. Only complaint is the fried rice lack seasoning and needed more flavor. Also, the sodas come in cans with the glass at the table with ice so no free refills, unfortunately. We will definitely be back again and Her they have certain specials throughout the week which we would love to enjoy ."

We asked our waitress and she had explained that it was only about a week that they had started the bbq. My husband and I were equally happy because we had thought it was a little warm out for ramen. He ended up ordering kalbi (short ribs), I ordered bbq chicken and fried shrimp. My daughters ordered ramen and spam musubi's. We all enjoyed our food and the girls even ordered a 2nd kids ramen to share because they loved it and still a little hungry. Everything came out quickly and hot.
