"The Arizona heat is no joke! It was still warm out during the evening, so we went to grab a few refreshing drinks before heading back to the hotel. Milk Run is in a small plaza on the corner of 7th and Camelback. The parking lot was mostly full, you might have to wait until someone leaves. There's another lot behind the building if you give up. Just a short walk away. They are connected to the neighboring restaurant Pho Thanh. Inside you'll find a handful of tables and benches. Surfaces were sticky and not very clean, have your wet wipes ready. Good variety of milk teas, coffee, sparklers (carbonated lemonades), slushies, smoothies, sweet teas, and ice cream flavors to choose from. You can even get milk tea topped with ice cream. Toppings and dairy substitutes are available for additional charge. Peach Mangonada - a salty, sugary, sour slushie! Perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The tamarind straw adds more spiciness and tartness to the drink. Classic Milk Tea - okay tea flavor with a decent silky consistency thanks to the milk The boba was chewy. Somewhat unsweetened though, I suspect it should've been soaked in the sugar syrup bath for a bit longer."

Pumpkin Pie was a close second, with a great amount of pumpkin, not just spices - loved it. Laveen Concrete was next best and this was a caramel one. The one after was Brain Food which is espresso and chocolate, still very good but just not the best.I always want all the flavors. And staff was so nice. They were able to split my scoops into smaller ones so I could try 4 flavors. So accomodating, mind you not all shops do this. Great customer service, and they provided the complimentary waffle cone when I showed them the Yelp check in for a free one."

"Looking for a birthday treat after brunch. Our original destination is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were passing the Biltore shopping park and FROST popped into my head! We hadn't been in a while. Marissa helped us. I knew what were were looking for was gluten free. Corn is a new no no and I knew Gelato always has corn no matter where we go. NOT FROST'S!!! They actually make it on site and Maeiasa was sharing that some were even just water, sugar and fruit based! Definitely worth more than 5 stars. She still warned us to eat at own risk just in case she wasn't familiar with an unknown. We had medicine with us, so we gave it a try. Our little one chose the strawberry. No coughing or breathing issues. Fresh, fruity, quenching heaven! Oh the joy we had. My mom loved the lemon, and she was so impressed. It is a bit far, but totally worth the drive for a birthday treat. If our birthdays weren't in the summer, and us living so far, I would totally get one of their cakes. 2 layers of Gelato. You may choose a different flavor for each layer. It comes with a sheet cake in-between. You may order it without. I think I will order a cake and just eat it on location. Best place for Gelato in Arizona for our family. Cleanliness, ingredients, and flavor!"

Lowlights: They don't have a ton of ice cream flavors - just ten or so and they are rather basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, etc. The price for a single scoop is a bit high so I'd recommend getting a double scoop and sharing with a friend!"

The fresas con crema, both regular and frozen are bomb. We always make sure to add condensed milk, granola, and coconut.Service is ok. Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they are not. Always call and check they are open sometimes the schedule can be off. It's a small shop, the customer service is great and is always clean. It would be perfect on a hot Arizona day. It is a manageable size. The cheese fries are great. Crispy fries covered in nacho cheese. They give free refills if you ask for it. Also ask for a fork."

For the toppings, I chose strawberry popping boba pearls, reeses peanut butter cups, unicorn chocolate/candy, and butterfinger. However, some of the chocolates needed to be refilled because they are like crumbled powdered. Need a chunk or pieces of chocolate so you can get that umph flavor when you get a spoonful of the yogurtAlso I wouldn't put a table and chairs close to the tv but my bf chose to sit there because his grandma was on a wheelchair. The Ice cream is all natural, high quality and fresh made in front of your eyes on a sheet that freezes the cream. You pick your ice cream base then the toppings you pick get hand chopped into the ice cream a sauce get rolled in and your ice cream rolls get toppings and whipped cream. I had an all fruit Ice Cream Rolls and My Husband had an all chocolate creation. Both were excellent! Maya is located in Arrowhead TowneCenter on the first floor across from AMC Movies. You can enter from the outside of the building. I didn't try the Indian Food but the ice cream is Excellent! The Man working there is friendly and helpful. The place is nicely decorated and there is an outside patio.The only downside is that it is a very long and slow process making the fresh ice cream to order. Once you receive the ice cream the wait will seem worth it.It's really cool and fun for kids of all ages."
