"My friend has been talking this place up as she said it's a must stop when in the plaza shopping at Rocket a Go Go. Today I finally stopped by with her to experience, and loved it! The staff member was super friendly and even advised of their current offer of a free original when you spend $10+. This allowed me to try both a drink and food item, which I enjoyed both! With the heat, I avoid dairy or heavier drinks so I went with a strawberry lemonade which was very refreshing for only $5! Love the cute murals on the wall for photos and it was cozy if you wanted to sip in the air conditioned building. I'll definitely return to try a milk tea in the future as they seem to have an amazing selection to try more items. Plus, a Yelp friend suggested their cold brew so I foresee a visit soon because I adore cold brew!"

"I'm guessing it's been about 5 years since I've eaten a hot dog, so when Nogales Hot Dogs was our destination for dinner I didn't know what to expect. We were the first to get there when it opened for the night and everyone was so friendly. (Actually, we got there like 20 min. before they opened & I'm not gonna lie... it was SO dark & a little sketch that I almost jumped back in the Uber to take us elsewhere. So happy we didn't do that.) Don't stress about what to order/how to order. (We stressed because we were the only people there.) They ask how many hot dogs you want and if you want them served with everything (yes), then they bring them to you. They have a cooler filled with additional toppings (cheese & jalapeños & salsas). As we were finishing our hotdogs, the parking lot filled up and Ubers were dropping off multiple large groups of people clearly getting ready to start their night off with delicious eats. As we were getting into our Uber to leave, there must have been a line of about 30 people. There's a line for a reason, this place has good hot dogs and it's something you should experience."

"We were downtown at 11am and had heard about this place from a friend, decided to give it a try. Parking lot had one car, but the drive through had a few cars lined up. Was a little hesitant their not having a lunch crowd, but decided to give it a go.Ordered two burgers with onion rings and two root beer shakes. Had a seat in one of the booths. The decor is a 50's theme, stainless steel ceilings, black and white checkered floors, red booths and table seating. A big screen is showing 50's lore while the music is playing from speakers of that decade. Awesome art to gaze upon while waiting for our lunch to be served. Bright and wide windows to view the tall buildings and Central Avenue. Place is immaculate and looks new, loved their setup!Our orders were served to us and... wow! This burger put In-and-Out, 5 Guys, to shame! Best burger I have had in years! I ordered the regular with everything, my husband ordered the mushroom burger. I had forgotten how great ground beef can taste! All the fixings were fresh and crisp. I honestly can say the burger looked like a commercial advertisement! Onions rings were great, and the root beer float was amazing!I will definitely return when back in the downtown area! Thumbs up!!"

"I went to AZ recently, learned what Sonoran hot dogs were, and really wanted to try one. This spot is small and unassuming from the outside, but staff is very is kind. And the bun is not a make it or break it for me, I just added the info for the review. I was driving down Broadway and spotted the Vienna beef umbrellas and that's always the best advertisement. It's hard to find Vienna beef in Arizona. I decided after my quest that I had to stop because who knows when I'll ever be back over here. So glad I did. What a treat. Seriously hits the spot. The maps say they open at 9:30 but when I got here it was open already with 2 people inside (that was 3 minutes til 9:30) So I'm not exactly sure their actual hours. "I think it's safe to say that there is no better fast food milkshake in existence than the strawberry shake at Portillo's. I have gotten several people addicted to these over the last few years. I like the Glendale location because there is rarely a line (granted, I usually stop here after leaving Costco and it's not during peak hours so take that into consideration), the service is always efficient, and I can get in and out of the drive thru quickly. I enjoy their chopped salad and like that you can customize items (i.e. no onions!). Portillo's is always a great option. Make sure you try the strawberry shake - you will not be sorry!"

They are a little too sweet for me. However, I added water, and it was perfect. I do believe you can adjust the sweet level for more balance. Now, for the star of the show, the Krispy dogs! Filling-Beef,Cheese, or half and half Coating-Hot Cheeto, Churro, Krispy,Potato, or Classic. What I love is that meat is a great quality beef, and the coating options are legit! The Krispy Dog is probably my favorite because it offers a nice balance of sweet and savory, which compliments the hot dog perfectly. My son loves the Hot Cheeto because what kids aren't obsessed with hot stuff right now.I would have given them another star if the dogs were crispier. If the Hot Dog is called Krispy, then I expect a crunch when I bite it and soft on the inside. Circa Ala Hot Dog on the Stick mall days, man miss them. However, I brought the dogs home and popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes, and it truly was another level!!! All in all, this place is solid, unique, and great customer service. I can't wait to try the Kimchi fries, which I will update my review when I do. Until then, go get one!"

It was a simple food truck with tables and chairs. Very clean and nice although there is some traffic on 19th avenue. Service was very efficient and friendly. The bacon wrapped dogs smell so good while they are cooking and they pile them high with all kinds of stuff! I loved the bread. It is not from a wrapper but from a bakery somewhere and was incredibly fresh. We ended up doing take out and eating at home on our patio. Great place to take an out of town guest who is up for the real Sonoran dog experience."

"I've been coming to Long Wong's since I was a little kid but I've never been to this location on Dobson. When I want Long Wong's I go out of my way to visit the location on 29th street and Thomas but thought I'd give this location a chance. When I arrived for lunch at 12:30pm the place was fairly empty so I didn't have to wait long to order. The menu at this location is easy to navigate and has a large variety of lunch/dinner options available. On this visit, I went with the cheeseburger and six wing combo. I'm a fan of the spicy bbq sauce at the Thomas location so I decided to see how it was at this Long Wong's and I'm happy I did. The bun was soft on the outside but had a nice toast on it from the grill. The hot bbq sauce was both sweet and spicy. I made sure to eat all my wings first so that I could dip my burger in the bbq sauce. If you're close to the Dobson location then I recommend you pop in and see what you've been missing out on."

"Amazing Sonoran hot dogs!!!! I missed these from LA sooo much. I would go here more often if I lived closer :(. The truck was pretty easy to spot, it's in a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. When we went, there was also a stand nearby with a woman selling delicious looking desserts. There aren't tables or chairs for dining, so we sat on a ledge/wall near our car. We got the Yaqui (original; $6) and the Chile-dogo ($7.50). They were amazing! We couldn't tell much of a different between the Yaqui and Chile-dogo in terms of taste (and presentation is very similar too). Both came with a chile pepper on the side. These hot dogs are LOADED!!! I've never had such loaded Sonoran hot dogs, but I loved it! They are on the smaller side, but that's why they're less than $10 (which I think is a great price for these). If you are very hungry or just eat a lot, I would recommend getting more than one. One was enough for me to get to a "good full" because I wasn't starving at the time. It was really messy to eat, so make sure you get napkins. There wasn't any spice to our hot dogs, so next time I want to try one that is spicy; I loved the Yaqui though. The workers were all very friendly and the service was relatively fast considering it was decently busy at the time. I can't wait to go back!"

I don't mind driving to the other locations, but this is literally a mile or so from my house! I drove through, and got 2 dogs with everything except pickle, and a large cheese fries (my usual order). Staff was friendly, food was great, service was fast. Can't beat it. Always, and I mean ALWAYS fill out the receipt survey. You get a free large fries on your next visit. So with the coupon, you can get 2 loaded Chicago dogs and a large cheese fry for about $10.00. Can't beat that! I will be back often! Portillo's is so delicious!"

"RoRo Dogs rocks! First of all, I am a hotdog lover, and I know a good hotdog. We found them here. First, the place is super cute and colorful, with an awesome mural that runs under the entire counter, with white subway tile and colorful signs on the wall. There are no seats inside, but there are tables and chairs outside. We all loved our hotdogs. Hubby got the Polish sausage, which came on a pretzel bun and topped with sauerkraut and stoneground mustard. We also got a chili cheese dog, which comes on an onion bun and is topped with beef chili, cheese, and crushed Fritos (we opted out of the onion). We also had a Flamer, an andouille sausage on an onion bun topped with jalapenos, siracha mayo, sport peppers and crushed hot Cheetos. Last but not least, we had a "build your own" hotdog with andouille sausage, jalapenos, tomato slices, chopped onion and mustard. All were delicious! And a bonus: the great, super friendly owners! I can't wait to get back to RoRo Dogs!"

"I'm not a big fan of Sonora style hot dogs but on the go J spotted this lunch truck and decided Hey why not?! The Sonoran hot dogs are nothing like the Alley Dogs in LA and therefore I was very hesitant at 1st. The Sonora style hotdogs are not serve on a typical hot dog bun... it comes in a Bolillo style bun and it comes with pinto beans, tomatoes, green salsa, jalapeño, mustard, mayonnaise, avocado and cotija cheese on top. A lot of ingredients if you ask me put it's pretty darn tasty. The kid who took my order was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place."
