The beans were not as thick as some, which was a plus for me. Had lots of brisket in them. Tasted great. The ribs - some were good some were over cooked and dry. The bark was too tough but they were very meaty. The potato salad was nothing special and the potatoes were a bit under cooked. The slaw - hubby didn't like it at all, I thought it was good had a bit of a tang to it."

"Found this food truck and I was pleasantly surprised of the food quality the amazing service and the area it was setup. It was at a very nice park in Avondale and the sun was just beginning to set and last night there was a nice breeze. Me and my wife ordered the carne asada taco plate which is 3 tacos rice and beans. And they offer corn or flour tortillas but also hand made to order corn tortillas that will melt in your mouth. The carne was cooked and spiced to perfection and their salsa's are to die for!"

We are in Scottsdale today for the Alice in Wonderland Experience, and they happened to be park right where the experience takes place. I got the deer in the headlights donut, and my husband got the toaster strudel donut. They were so delicious! "If you're looking for an Instagram worthy but still delicious coffee experience, this is your spot! This is a coffee truck and they update their location and hours on Instagram, but they usually stay at the same location. It was super crowded when I went but the ladies in the truck were super efficient and made sure everything came out right. I can't remember the name of my drink but it was like a caramel latte with blue cold foam on top, edible flowers, and little sparkly butterflies (also edible, and not real butterflies!). Definitely a place to go for a cute pick-me-up!"

"I almost drove by this place because in the back of another store that faces the street. Just know it's in the back I included some photos. As I understand it used to be a food truck and since moved in to this fixed building. They are also in the works of extending their dining area and include bathrooms. No bathrooms available now but they were going to let me use the one in back if necessary. The menu had no prices and the gentleman explained all items were $15.00 except I believe 2 or 3 items. Customer service was good. I tried the cielo mar y tierra roll and opted for the baked after it's fried. They add sauce and crab salad on top of roll then bake for the creation you see in photos. It was delicious. My partner did same option but just stick to beef. Very good and filling. I'd like to come back and try some other items on the menu. Just be patient if you order the baked because it does take a little extra time or just order ahead. Can't wait to go back."

"I've been to this location so many times, but had never added it to Yelp. I know I know; what was I thinking? Today with this gloomy weather we were craving their quesabirria tacos even more than usual. Taco Taco has the best ones in the valley hands down. I've also frequented their other trucks out near Avondale. Service is always awesome and even when there's a crazy line they get everything to you as fast as possible. We've had many items on the menu, but the quesabirria is always my go to. If you choose to get your own please do not forget their consommé (Huge flavor). You're doing yourself a serious injustice if you don't dip your tacos in this juicy beat h of heaven. Do yourself a favor and stop by. I recommend coming earlier if it's Friday because by the end of the night you'll be lucky to get any."

"I had been looking forward to trying Angie's ever since I heard they were opening a couple of locations near me in Tucson (I'm a Salad and Go fan, so I had high hopes). Since we are still waiting on their construction, I was thrilled to see we were near an Angie's Prime and Lobster combo on a recent trip to the Valley. My husband and I got a few things to share to get a feel for the options. He's a New Englander, so we were excited (and a little apprehensive) to try the lobster. We went for the hot buttered roll meal, and it came with a packet of melted butter, fries, a packet of fry sauce and a drink. The lobster roll was delicious, and for $13.99 for the meal, it's a steal compared to how much they usually go for. Sure, it's not as meaty or fresh as it would be in New England, but it was such a pleasant surprise to get a lobster roll this yummy for that price in Phoenix. The fries were solid, and the berries and cream energy drink was so tasty (it reminded me of a raspberry Italian cream soda). We also ordered a steak Mexican bowl and a shrimp Greek bowl. Both were tasty, fresh and filling, but my favorite was the steak. It was cooked well, and the cilantro dressing it comes with added the perfect brightness to the bowl. The drive-through was a little slow--we were probably 8 cars deep when we arrived, and it took about 25 minutes to get through the line, but I'd say it was worth it. Can't wait to get Angie's in Tucson!"

Personally I don't love the onion and cilantro usually, and this place leaves all of that off so you can add the amount you prefer from the salsa bar, so I definitely loved that! I also got the blueberry lemonade drink which was SO sweet.. but it hit the spot for this Minnesotan adjusting to the desert climate.The rest of the group got the gamut of the menu and all agreed the food was good. Only downside we saw was that they seemed a little disorganized and their opening time was confusing. Google says one thing, website says another.. then they opened at a random time in between. We didn't mind and would more than likely stop through again while on another adventure!"
