"YOU CANT FILM HERE??? Let me talk to the owner! The only reason they get a three is the food and drinks. Also the chef was great too!As a new customer who traveled over 40 min to get here , a staff member made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I am a content creator who goes to local businesses all around the valley, to help promote their products, brand and/or experience . I have over 350,000 followers across my platforms and am a genuine page people go to for reviews. I am appalled to have been approached by An older gentleman employee telling me If I am going to film I need to get permission from people around me.First. He didn't even ask me what I was doing? If the owner asked me to come in and film, you would have now lost my business in that regard. It is all about the approach and there was no "hi how are you"There were a lot of stares and assumptions. You know what they say about making assumptions??He proceeded to say i can film the pastries but if im going to film inside i need to get people's persimmons..lol this is a public space. No i don't ANYWAY. My camera was actually pointed towards me only. I also have an effect that blurs the back so it was focused on ME. Regardless , there was no need to even tell me that. If he would've just politely asked or even tried to start a conversation. It made me very uncomfortable and now I my review on Instagram and TikTok will be about my experience. The food was good. The chefs service was great! He brought me my food :.Everyone else seems like they'd rather be anywhere else and help anyone but me..lol It was a very unsettling first time. Mind you I spent over $30 in one sitting because i wanted to try some items."
"We love Gilbert and the food scene! Liberty Market has been on our list and we finally came for breakfast on 7/13/24 for my birthday. They open at 8am so we surprised to see how busy they were at 8:05am when we arrived - about 80% full inside. The hostess said that there is often a line when they unlock the door. We understand why. There's a lot to like about the Liberty Market. It's historic, the atmosphere is fun, there is inside & outside seating, the onesy bathrooms are all decorated different, everyone is so friendly and customer service oriented and the food is great! We ordered the demi-breakfast - one with pancakes, sausage and fried eggs and the other with blueberry pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. The eggs were yummy with a nice orange yoke. We are really fussy about pancakes and these are in our top three! We liked the sausage, but loved the bacon. Our server, James was terrific and we also really enjoyed talking to one of the managers named Harry. Harry was great to give us a little historical background on Liberty Market. We plan to come back on Tuesday for my husband's birthday breakfast! The cinnamon roll looks pretty good! We may have to try them! Our"

"I had heard good things about this breakfast place, and clearly others had, too. At 9:30, the place was completely full inside and the patio was just about full, too.Great, inviting decor had several tables and chairs and a few high tops with stools. There's also patio seating, surrounded by lots of plants. You order at the counter, and your food is delivered to your table. Our food came out relatively quickly. We had the Pain Perdu, which is a banana bread pudding French toast topped with sliced bananas and whiskey caramel, and served with your choice of meat. We chose the bacon. We also had the Pawtucket West, with scrambled eggs, a waffle, and two sausages. It was a pretty big breakfast - - I've never sure why two eggs look so much smaller when I make them at home. We also bought the Japanese coffee flight. They are much different than American Coffee. My son really loved them.I like the way they use local products, like Hickman's eggs and Schreiner's sausage. The service was friendly enough, the decor very inviting, and the food was good."
"After trying out a few breakfast places in the area, we finally found the one. We've been going to Crepe Bar so often for brunch now.You go up to the register to order and grab a number for your table. There's all kinds of seating including outdoors. Staff has always been cheery and friendly :)Besides the basic tea and coffee options, they also have some unique flavors! My partner and in particular really like the pecan praline black tea and the hibiscus black tea. The pecan praline tea is so unique. It tastes just like liquid pralines. The hibiscus tea is very strong. It has a very forward sour taste, so I would recommend mixing with sugar and/or milk.Sometimes you're given a small ramekin of their homemade granola as a snack while waiting for your food. It is sweet, nutty, and comforting. My partner's and my absolute favorite crepe here is the sweet Vanilla Bean Custard one. It comes with a flavored homemade whipped cream and the flavors all work together beautifully. You can taste the butter the crepes are cooked in too.We have also tried their Maple Butter crepe, but still prefer the Vanilla Bean Custard.Of the savory options, I have tried the Papa K and Jamaican Jerk. I preferred the Papa K more. that crispy cheese lace is incredible and the crepe itself is absolutely huge. I had to take home leftovers with the Papa K, but was able to finish the Jamaican Jerk in one sitting.I have gotten the crispy pork belly once to try as a side and while it was cooked very well, you only get 2 small cubes of pork belly. We love Crepe Bar so much and constantly recommend it to friends."
"Cute, solid breakfast/brunch spot in Old Town. There are 3-4 street parking spots in front of the restaurant, and plenty of free street parking around. We came on a Sunday around 12:30pm and waited 20 minutes after we got on the waitlist. Not bad! It was definitely very lively and there was a musician playing, although, I couldn't hear him over the chatter and buzz. I could barely hear my friend sitting across from me! The seating is cozy, particularly where we were sitting, alongside the wall to the bathroom. Service was prompt, which is great! Although it seems trivial, I was turned off by the plastic cups they served water in. For a nice Scottsdale restaurant, I can't get a glass? Also not eco-friendly/cost effective. We ordered the summer special, Pina colada pancakes ($17) and the cinnamon roll pancakes ($17). We paired them with the cranberry-lime mimosa ($12) and screwdriver ($12). Our order came out within 15 minutes. The pancakes were smaller in diameter than the average Ihop pancake. The pina colada pancakes definitely tasted like a pina colada and I appreciated the toasted coconut on each pancake. No complaints as to the cinnamon roll pancake either."
"A great place for breakfast or brunch. Indoor/outdoor set up is very inviting. Makes me feel like I'm on vacation whenever I dine here.Music is great! Menu has been updated with many more food selections. Service is fantastic. Seating can get crowded on the weekend peak hours, but during the week, the crowd is just right.I invited friends from Chicago to meet here the last day they were in town. We met here for brunch on a Monday around 11am which was real chill. I ordered the Fish and Chips. Beforehand I had to ask the waitress if the fish that was listed as 'catfish' was actually catfish. She told me it was and once I received my plate, I was throughly pleasedThe catfish was fresh with so much flavor. The seasonings was in the flaky crispy batter as well as the fish itself. The sweet & spicy remoulade added that extra umph to the catfish. It came with delicious fresh cut fries. They were cooked perfectly. Mimosas were $4 and there were a variety of flavors to choose from. Best brunch spot in Phoenix!"
"The Arizona heat is no joke! It was still warm out during the evening, so we went to grab a few refreshing drinks before heading back to the hotel. Milk Run is in a small plaza on the corner of 7th and Camelback. The parking lot was mostly full, you might have to wait until someone leaves. There's another lot behind the building if you give up. Just a short walk away. They are connected to the neighboring restaurant Pho Thanh. Inside you'll find a handful of tables and benches. Surfaces were sticky and not very clean, have your wet wipes ready. Good variety of milk teas, coffee, sparklers (carbonated lemonades), slushies, smoothies, sweet teas, and ice cream flavors to choose from. You can even get milk tea topped with ice cream. Toppings and dairy substitutes are available for additional charge. Peach Mangonada - a salty, sugary, sour slushie! Perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The tamarind straw adds more spiciness and tartness to the drink. Classic Milk Tea - okay tea flavor with a decent silky consistency thanks to the milk The boba was chewy. Somewhat unsweetened though, I suspect it should've been soaked in the sugar syrup bath for a bit longer."
"I love this place, I always meet the nicest people sitting at the bar, sipping on my iced coffee on a weekend morning while enjoying conversations with people. They just merged with the owners of Eggstasy so their menu has been expanded and improved. The food selection is varied and good but honestly my favorite part about this place is location and atmosphere. A lot of great memories and connections have been made here and my service by Cody this morning was fabulous!"
"This spot is super convenient on your way up the 17. The staff was friendly, the place was clean with plenty of parking but the coffee and food didn't wow us. We got 2 iced coffees, the elevate breakfast sandwich, croissant sandwich and 2 brownies. The espresso tasted almost burnt and bitter which didn't make the drink great. We were in a hurry heading up north and I didn't have time to ask for a remake as it was pretty busy. The sandwiches were fresh but nothing special. The brownies were the best part of the stop lol. They were thick, fudgy and good. Plenty of people love this spot so maybe we stopped in on an off day? Not too many other coffee shops in the area so stop in and check it out for yourself and hopefully have a better experience."
"We stopped by this dessert shop and tried the strawberries and cream signature golden fish bun--it was delicious! The flavors were great, though it felt just a little pricey for the portion size. That said, it was still a tasty treat. The shop itself was clean, and the service was quick. Our order came out fast, which was a nice bonus! Overall, a fun place to grab a unique dessert. Would definitely come back to try more items!"
"Wow, I haven't had donuts anywhere else in AZ but I don't think I will. The owner has learned donuts in the classic American way, through the Cambodian community! The donuts are soft and doughy, not to mention the toppings are always unique! My favorite so far is the ube donut - I've never had one before Donut Parlor and I'm from CA. Thank you to the wonderful owner Chhaya and Jennifer, their staff. So glad that AZ gets to have its own gourmet donut spot!"
"I've been here a few times. It always seems to be busy but love that you can grab a tag, sit down, and order and pay at the table. I've had the cold brew and banana bread latte (ordered it half sweet), both were super good. I like the eggs with prosciutto and mushrooms. It's very different than anything I've ever had. I keep wanting to get the bagel and lox and the ricotta pancake but have went back for the same thing both times. As well, I've had a couple of desserts. They were hit or miss for me. I had the lemon bar. The crust was amazing but the lemon (personal preference) I prefer more tart over being really sweet. The cheesecake was fairly good. The bagel the day I had it was very, very chewy and almost hard to eat (but still had great flavor). It's slightly loud which I don't mind. I worked here both times with no issues. I do plan to come back again."

Came here on a Thursday night for drinks after dinner. What a cool spot! Super indie cafe that also serves alcohol. Lots of people reading and with their laptops out working. Like others have said, music is significantly loud and lighting is dim. Personally, I loved this especially since the music they were playing was great! We ordered at the counter and sat on the tables right across from the bar top. Once our order was ready, one of the bartenders brought the drinks out to us. I ordered the Lux margarita and it was absolutely FIRE. It also had me feeling GOOOOOOOD after so really no complaints here. Best/coolest place I went to while in Phoenix. Can't wait to go back!

We needed a place to have lunch for my husband's birthday and decided to try Liberty Market. For a Sunday, it was super easy to book. I found an open reservation for 12:30 and got in to a table quickly. We were in a booth for 2 kids and 4 adults and just fit. My dad ordered a burger, my mum the Asian salad, my husband ordered the breakfast burrito, the kids did a Mac & cheese and a grilled cheese whilst I ordered the chicken pasta. My mum is especially picky but really enjoyed her salad. My dad thought the burger was good. The burrito was lacking flavor and didn't have much meat in it. My pasta was okay, I just wouldn't order it again. My kids absolutely loved their meals, one even quoting that it was the best grilled cheese she has ever had. We wanted to try the cinnamon roll but it had already sold out. We added one latte to our order and that latte was great. The bathrooms were clean and had a baby change station. Service was great- a manager even came by to share her bright smile and happiness with us. I would definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Had takeout for breakfast and tried the Mexican benedict. The presentation was pretty great even in a box! The eggs were poached well and the chorizo and hollandaise were delicious. I didn't like the sopes as much, I thought they were a bit tough to eat. Looking forward to try other items on their menu!

We've been a fan of Crepe Bar and have been going here for years. If you're looking for a quieter experience, definitely go on one of the weekdays. It has been a while since we've gone on the weekend, but it used to get pretty busy during their peak hours. You order at the front and they bring out the food to you. We've tried and enjoyed a variety of crepes. My favorites from the current menu are the roasted chicken & the vanilla bean custard. However, the maple butter is really good too; more on the simple side but I think it highlights the crepe the best! They used to have a farm veggie crepe but it's unfortunately no longer on the menu .. hoping that will come back in the future.Overall, one of our go-to's for brunch. It does take a bit of time for food to come out but they usually bring granola or another small snack while you wait. If you're in Tempe, definitely check them out!

JOJO Coffeehouse in Old Town Scottsdale is a great option for brunch with its tasty food and inviting atmosphere. It was packed on a Saturday, which wasn't surprising given Scottsdale's reputation as the brunch capital of the world. My friend tried their famous coffee flight, which looked delicious and seemed like a fun way to sample different brews. Overall, it's a solid spot for a brunch outing if you're in the area.

Perfect spot to come for a girls brunch! Visited on a girls trip and will be back for sure. Great music, food, drinks and staff. They have outdoor and indoor seating options which is a plus to enjoy the great weather. Loved all my food and drink choices as did everyone as the table.

The drinks were great and we were happy to see dairy free options as one of us in our party has a dairy allergy. The service was fast and simple and the menu has a little bit of everything. The workers were kind and patient as well. There weren't many tables to sit at and the one that was open was pretty sticky so we ended up drinking our drinks outside. Next time we'll get our drinks before going to the restaurant so we can have them with our food!

We sat outside for breakfast, at the bar, in January! The space heaters perfectly balanced the temp w the fresh air. Our server was amazing-it's like she knew what add-ons I wanted based on what I was ordering so very smart and I appreciated it! Avocado toast (w/ egg on top? YES!). Hot chai (double shot? YES!). The staff had such a great vibe. It's relaxed, clean and delish! My first time in Arizona was magical and this experience was a contributing factor.

"Really like this place ! Great bloody Mary's and food ! Reasonable pricing, good service ! I would definitely go back and try them again ! Only downside here is it's a breakfast place diner vibe so not the most comfy/ easy to talk in atmosphere but overall a good pick."
"So are the states like different kinds of eggs? Are people from the state of over easy? Is that next door to the state of sunny side up? Are the tough people from the state of hard boiled? Anyways, it's a big diner and it's alright. I got the club sandwich, which was a bit dry and some coffee and it more less did the trick."
"This is my second or third time visiting and I am truly a fan!Located in a small, shopping plaza, this Ethiopian owned coffee shop is truly a gem. From the imported coffee beans to the home baked treats and eats, it's the perfect place for a quick bite or caffeine boost. What I love most is that you will almost always encounter one of their super sweet owners when you stop in. They are so kind and put so much love and care into everything they do. I can't wait to attend one of their coffee ceremonies one day!"
"In a neighborhood where coffee bars either keep closing or downgrade their service, Songbird is left as perhaps the most authentic cafe Roosevelt Row has to offer. What I love: They're consistently open early, at 6am, like a coffee shop should be. They are a comfortable third space in a world where those are dwindling, as evidenced by so many customers typing away on their laptops. My cacao nib infused cold brew wasn't what I came for, but I'm happy I tried it--it was perfect. Service is great, and I even met the owner, who was a really cool guy and deeply attentive to Songbird's sense of hospitality. If you love coffee, you MUST check this place out. There's a reason it's had so much staying power on Roosevelt!"
"I liked the food and coffee. Quick and efficient simple cafe. Has a local feel and gets the job done. I enjoyed my breakfast here"
"I got three lattes here, to go, on a Wednesday morning. Everything was hot, tasty, and made pretty quickly - and there was only one person running the till and making the coffees, and one doing the food. the total with tip was $17.xx. Pretty typical, especially for Scottsdale. I didn't get to select my size (I think it was a 10 or 12 oz cup?); I think they should offer gigantic sizes is because the latte was SO DARN GOOD. I got the cardamom rose, which is always a gamble because it could taste like soap or lotion. It paid off because the rose was just a hint, and it was absolutely perfect. My hotel was 0.3 miles away and I drank the whole thing before I even got back (again, def need a bigger size!).It was also not all that crowded, only a few people ahead of me. We actually left a different place down the road because it was insanely crowded, and this was a nice surprise, especially because we had to get back to jump on a call. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely coming here for my morning jump start."
"Great hidden gem! Food was so delicious and fresh The Farm offers a lotDefinitely a great place to visit"
"We went to Deseo coffee shop and this place is awesome! Authentic coffee experience, and we ordered the Paisano breakfast sandwich which was delicious and we got the cold brew with UBE FOAM which was absolutely delicious. The inside is small and charming, and the customer service is wonderful. They even had a live musician playing acoustic guitar while we were there. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a unique coffee shop experience!"
"I saw this place on ticktock and well because I love coffee I gave it a try. First the place is big they have plenty of sitting space inside out in the front and out in the back. Looks like they allow pets a saw a costumer with his pet. There was a little of multi tasking from the staff and that can create a some confusion. We had to make two transactions as there was staff changing tasks. I did not got to try any pastries as they didn't look very fresh. I would give this place another try just to try another coffee. I tried la Guerita and it was a good coffee. My husband as usual improvised and got an americano with a scoop of vanilla ice cream."
"Date: Sunday, July 2nd, 2023Time: around 12:15pmReason: MacaronsI adore french macarons. Whenever I'm on vacay, I always search bakeries to see if there's a new place that sells them. (Well new to me.) I was having brunch down the street and decided to swing by here first to grab some treats. Unfortunately, I think this is a breakfast spot, so there were not a lot left. I believe I just grabbed one of each flavor and a coffee. The mini macarons were $2 each while the normal sized one - French Chocolate Macaron was $4.25.Texture wise, they had a slight chew. Tho they were very airy and crumbled / broke easily. I can't recall the flavors that day, but I think one of them was lemon which was probably my fav. I adore tart desserts / sweets.I read a lot of good things about their macarons. If I ever find myself in the area early, I'll definitely stop by to see if they have more of a selection then.REVIEW #3459"
"Love a coffee shop with late hours! They close at 9pm Mon to Sat. And it was still lively at 8pm.They have lattes, frappes, smoothies, specialty lattes, teas, lemonades, crepes, and sandwiches.I had the Pumpkin White Mocha and it was a bit too sweet so I'll ask for half sweet next time. They also have a private room you can rent for meetings. Just ask about rates."
"Adorable spot! It truly does feel like you're in a little cabin as soon as you walk in here. I ordered in advance and got a meriter tea and the brown bear latte for my husband with extra espresso, which was a caramel mocha. Barista was very sweet and had my drinks ready to go right on time! I hate to say it but I just didn't like my tea at all. It just tasted really fake and syrupy. Felt like it kinda left a film in my mouth which was unpleasant. I ended up throwing it away. My husband liked his latte though! Would definitely just get something different next time!"
"We arrived a little early for our reservation so they took us to have a drink at the back bar. The back bar is where cocktail magic truly happens and you can only have back bar drinks at the back bar (FYI). And, the restaurant cocktail menu is different. We did most of our meal as tapas and it was delicious. The mushrooms and elote pasta were fabulous. The cauliflower was a little sweet for my taste. The server promised us that the pretzel would be one of the best we've ever had and they were right. It was fabulous. The real standout was the chocolate cake with frozen sunflower seed mousse. What?! That was crazy good and the whole table was eating mine! (Definitely large enough to share.)Service was great initially but definitely slowed to a crawl towards the end. Our plates were left on the table for a long time before we were offered dessert. Go for the interesting menu and know the service might be slow."
"A mom & pop business that has several flavors of ice cream. They also have coffee, tea, shakes, malts and more. Our server, Nyla, was terrific! Nice addition with the newly added taco shop in the same center."
"One of my favorite local QC spots. Amazing paninis and such a good Caesar dressing. Everything on the menu is good. The patio is so nice when the weather's good."
"Fun, and different but with same old menu! I typically come for coffee and ambience both of which are great! Staff is also pretty nice and good! During the day-there seems to be lots of folks doing the work and atmosphere is just right for it!!"
"I definitely recommend either dining in or calling your order in because I've had online ordering issues twice. Last year I ordered online, I arrived and the door was locked with no one there during operating hours, no updates anywhere online, had to get a refund through whatever third party ordering system I used. Today I ordered through their actual website, my husband arrived and they said they never got it, despite me having a receipt and a screenshot from my bank account showing they took money out, they tried to get him to pay twice. They said to just cancel the order online but that wasn't an option. They claimed they won't get the money for it which is crazy because where is the money I paid going then?! And weird that I should have to pay twice because of an issue with their website, that's something they need to sort out on their end.Onto the food, it was amazing! And a massive portion for an affordable price. I got one sambussa and the veggie combo, which had some lentil and veggie dishes on injera. The sambussa was spicy, everything was super flavorful and perfectly spiced! Would be great to share or to have as two meals!"
"I eat here quite a bit with both family and colleagues. Nice casual atmosphere with good food and outdoor seating when the weather is right. The Avgolemono soup is fabulous. I'm trying to figure out how to replicate it at home because I love it. So bright and delicious. They also have a good selection of salads, bowls and classic Greek fare. The flaming cheese is fun and delicious as is the baklava cheesecake. Yum!I've always had good service and good experiences."
"Absolutely love this place. You have a great variety of lemonades and I love how you can also get them blended. So many options. The açaí bowls are delicious and so fresh. The girls working here are super sweet and patient while you look at the menu. The decor gives you the Hawaiian vibe. Absolutely love supporting local. This is a favorite spot of ours. Prices are also reasonable l."
"My girlfriends and I came in on a Sunday and the place was half full. It appeared that just the owners were working (a man and a woman). They seemed a little overwhelmed and our crepes took a while to get (30-35 minutes after ordering). The gal working seemed annoyed and not real pleasant while serving us, we thought maybe she was having a bad day or was tired, until we heard her yakking it up with a family she obviously knew. Her whole demeanor was kind and different with them.Anyway, the menu is very expansive and it was hard to decide what to order because it all looked so good. The crepes and fillings were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable for the portions. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance."
"cute coffee shop with delicious drinks. was going to order a regular iced matcha & asked if they had lavender syrup which they did as well as a special menu item that i ended up getting...lavender blueberry matcha is a combo i wouldn't have tried on my own but it's now on my list of favorite combos. so good!also had to try their hibiscus tea with honey. a classic. friendly staff and lot's of open seating inside and outside + wifi! wasn't in the mood for bakery items but their croissants smelled sooo good, would return to try."
"I miss when they were at the Historic Anderson house but the new place is fine too. I've only visited the new location twice so I'm not totally familiar with the menu yet. Seems great as a hangout. Most every customer I've encountered here is doing work or studying on a laptop so it can be quiet earlier in the day. Evening hours seem to be more social. I love the unique art and playful layout of the menu. Every aspect of this place will fully immerse you into the cozy-grandma-bachelor pad aesthetic the creator was going for."
"I've been wanting to try the Kind Bean for a while now and finally got a chance to back in May! Hubs and I were out running errands and needed breakfast. I looked through my saved Yelp Collections, and saw Kind Bean was nearby. Hubs stayed in the car to take a call, so I went in by myself. I was greeted right away. The space had ample seating indoor and out.The menu offers a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks, breakfast items, pastries, and lunch. Everything is vegan. I needed a few minutes to look over the menu and the staff was patient with me. They also explained some of the popular items and answered my questions. I decided on an oat milk latte as well as two burritos for us: JoeBurrito and Loaded Burrito. Though the burritos were different from each other, they both had KIND tofu scramble and home fries. Pretty tasty and filling! Reasonably priced, too. The burritos were ~$10-11 each.Though I didn't indulge at the time, the pastries were very tempting. I was also impressed that they offer lunch items like lasagna, chili, chowder, and more. I will definitely be back for those!"
