"The Arizona heat is no joke! It was still warm out during the evening, so we went to grab a few refreshing drinks before heading back to the hotel. Milk Run is in a small plaza on the corner of 7th and Camelback. The parking lot was mostly full, you might have to wait until someone leaves. There's another lot behind the building if you give up. Just a short walk away. They are connected to the neighboring restaurant Pho Thanh. Inside you'll find a handful of tables and benches. Surfaces were sticky and not very clean, have your wet wipes ready. Good variety of milk teas, coffee, sparklers (carbonated lemonades), slushies, smoothies, sweet teas, and ice cream flavors to choose from. You can even get milk tea topped with ice cream. Toppings and dairy substitutes are available for additional charge. Peach Mangonada - a salty, sugary, sour slushie! Perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The tamarind straw adds more spiciness and tartness to the drink. Classic Milk Tea - okay tea flavor with a decent silky consistency thanks to the milk The boba was chewy. Somewhat unsweetened though, I suspect it should've been soaked in the sugar syrup bath for a bit longer."
"Such a cute spot! The popsicles are so cute and tasty. I ordered the matcha boba and it was so good. The boba was perfect it wasn't too sweet and the perfect amount of chewiness. The service was good and the drinks came out quickly. The parking is also easy and available for the whole shopping center. My drink cost me $8 which is pretty typical for boba. I also really appreciated that it was dairy free"

"This is me favorite boba place ever! The tea (caffeinated and non caffeine) are delish and the boba is always fresh like their namesake! Yuuuuummmmmm! They've freshened up their menu too and I love the watermelon oat milk bubble milk drink!"
"Sumo Snow @sumosnow Boba Tea & Desserts in Surprise is so good for a cold drink and sweet treat on a hot day like today!! I've been eyeing this cute dessert shop and finally made it in for my first ever Korean Corn Dog! I have no regrets- my Potato Beef Dog was amazinggggg! These dogs are savory and sweet with a crisp shell of delicious cornmeal batter studded with French fry chunks and sprinkled with sugar. The flavor of the beef dog is very good too. This was such a good treat. I also got an Oat Dragonfruit Matcha that was so creamy and sweet with the matcha earthy and smooth. My kids wanted the Chipotle Beef Dog with hot sauce, the Horchata Frappe, and the Flaming Dragon Slushee. I took my food to go but there is a picture window bar seating area and tables and chairs inside and outside the shop. There are also restrooms. I loved their collection of cute Japanese make-at-home dessert boxes and Pocky sticks available for purchase as well. I'm so happy we're nearby. There are several more teas I need to try here. Service was very good here."
"SO YUMMY!!! We randomly stumbled upon this place and we are so glad we did. The donuts were all extremely fresh and they had a large amount of variety at 10:30 AM. The maple donut was so tasty and the apple fritter so probably the best I've ever had! Will definitely go back when I'm in the area."
"Matcha is very high quality super impressive! Great spot for a treat I will definitely be back"
"Came by on a Thursday evening and tried their taho (tofu pudding). Not too sweet and silky. It's served warm FYI! I've had warm and cold versions but in Vietnamese or Taiwanese styles. Nice that this one came with boba for some added texture. Great healthier version of dessert with some protein too!Service was quick and kind - no complaints!Small shop with a few tables. Same plaza as JL Patisserie."
"Went back to give another chance. This time the service was fast and good customer service. We love everything we ordered including the appetizers. My favorite is the calamari and the smash avocado. ( not to sweet just the way I like it). Definitely will be back to try their other goodies."
"We stopped in on the way to the airport. We were the only ones in the place. They seem to do a lot of take out. I think that the food was good. Service was great. The Raman didn't seem very hot when it came out but the noodles were hot... broth needed more flavor and temperature needed to be warmer.Pot stickers were ok, burnt a bit.Water, ice cold and filtered! Very nice."
"Super cute spot. Trendy, IG worthy pic spots. They have games in the back you can play at your table, a foosball table and a mini claw machine. Loved it upon entry. So why no 5 stars, this was tough. The drinks were not good. Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was powder. Maybe I am just used to the real Vietnamese coffee and how it's made but it was disappointing. Magonada, ok this one was even more disappointing. I asked the girl at the counter which was better the magonada or Sandia loca (bc I love both mango and watermelon). She recommended the magonada, then I literally said to her "oh fresh mango bits okay yes I'll get that". I get my drink and it had NO mango. I figured they forgot so we brought it up to the counter and then she said "oh we are out of mango bits". Uh, that was the reason I got it. How can you not tell someone that after you heard what I said. So basically it was just mango slush. Lastly, we ordered the egg waffle. After about 30 min we asked for it, figured they also forgot. The guy told us it was being worked on and apologized because something went wrong with the machine when they made the first one so it didn't come out well. He brought out the "good" one and the one that didn't come out well (fyi I was crunchy and hard). He was very polite and apologetic but unfortunately even the good one came out a tad on the over cooked side too."
"I used to stop by this donut shop all the time because it was my customers favorite. So glad they turned me on to the ham & cheese croissants. This place always has fresh donuts. On todays visit I had the ham, cheese & jalapeño croissant, it was bigger then my hand, fluffy, buttery, crusty goodness. Super messy to eat but don't let that stop you from getting one for now and another for later. You'll definitely need to vacuum the car if you eat it on the go (def worth it tho!).They also sell croissant sandwiches & boba drinks. Located next to South Mtn CC in the Target shopping center (on the 24th Street side). Plenty of parking, service is fast."
"This place is great quality compared to other places around town.. everything I've tried was good"

The drinks were great and we were happy to see dairy free options as one of us in our party has a dairy allergy. The service was fast and simple and the menu has a little bit of everything. The workers were kind and patient as well. There weren't many tables to sit at and the one that was open was pretty sticky so we ended up drinking our drinks outside. Next time we'll get our drinks before going to the restaurant so we can have them with our food!

Diamond bars rock! I've literally tried every flavor and they are all good. When they are fresh. Unfortunately the vibe here is pretty inconsistent from the staff (some are so outgoing and amazing and others are so rude and off putting) to the quality of the food (sometimes the diamond bars are old and gooey). I keep going back because I love the concept and every time I hope things are good.

Definitely a top boba shop place in Phoenix. Being that I stayed in Tempe during my visit, this shop was the only one that looked appetizing and authentic. The main reason was that their menu had "normal" flavors you'd expect from a boba tea shop, with added descriptions so you know what you're looking at without needing to ask questions.I ordered their Signature Milk Tea, and love how it includes 3 different kinds of boba. The moment I saw this order on their menu online, I knew I had to try this place, since it reminded me of a similar boba shop I enjoy in Cali. The prices are very fair, they honor your ice and sugar levels, and the wait time was never too long. The drink itself had a good tea taste, but not as strong as I thought. Ordering it with less sugar (70-80%) was perfect for me, otherwise stick to original sweetness. The boba pearls though? You could tell they weren't store bought ones by the texture and shape. They were a little smaller than your average boba pearls, and didn't have as round of a shape (which is arguably a good sign). The strawberry and mango boba also had a good amount of their respective flavors. The boba pearls in general are very chewy and bouncy. They are sweet and flavorful, so I definitely recommend their boba pearls. The inside looks nice, with ample seating room and waiting areas. If I'm ever in the Phoenix area again, this place will be the first thing that I need to visit!

The fact that they are NEVER open is the only reason they are not 5 stars for me. Of course I kid, but man are their strange days and hours inconvenient. On the other hand, their Mangonada is seriously the best I've ever had. It is not overly sweet and is made with real mango. I'd love this place if it was open more. 10/10 would recommend.

Best donuts in town! That spot used to go to B. donuts and they are a close second. This is a local place and they have an amazing selection. My favorites are the crinkled, old-fashioned, and maple bar. They always throw in a couple of donut holes with the purchase. I ordered their donut holes quite a bit for my classroom. The staff and owners are friendly and talkative.

It has been years since I last visited this place. My niece suggested we stop by on Saturday night for a drink and so we did. There were two workers and one of them quickly greeted us. We looked over the menu on the one working TV screen as the other two were broken. We ordered one thai tea crush and one regular thai tea with boba. The drinks took about 10 minutes or so to be ready. My thai tea was ok and tasted like any other thai tea - nothing special. My niece did not like her blended drink as it had no flavor and tasted very watered down. There was plenty of seating available. The inside had a strong smell of food and spices. We had just eaten so the overwhelming smell of food did not do too well for us. I'm pretty sure new people are in charge as everything felt and looked different.

"Before I even start, it's one of those places you go and you'll go again bc of the ambiance. Really good work in the interior design. The merch they sell is also very interesting (plushies especially). They have many interesting bbt drinks and I've tried them with poppers, making them more fruity. Definitely suggest, go take pics and have fun. I have one suggestion for the owner, make more creative bbt drinks, you have a bright potential with this place.Easy access to parking and you're close to many restaurants. The staff are very nice!GO, I SUGGEST"
"The donuts are very good. The sandwiches are "ok". I would consider the croissant sandwiches with egg, bacon, sausage and cheese to be the best. Not the croissant with ham, jalapeños and cream cheese. Or even the one just with cream cheese. You just get a huge croissant with BARELY any filling. I even had cream cheese missing. The only reason I order from them is because the donuts are so good. And that they do have breakfast choices. I will keep trying this place though."
"Nice boba shop next to Asiana Market and across the street from MCC in Mesa. Boba Tree Lin Tea House has a variety of boba beverages, including fruity bubble teas, milk teas, and dessert drinks. I am no boba expert and can't tell you if they are better than other boba places. But Boba Tree is a close drive for me and every time I have come here I have enjoyed my drink. Boba Tree is known for their cheese tea drinks. It is a mix of the savory flavor of a foamy cheese topping along with sweet tea to create a unique taste. The cheese tea wasn't for me, but I do appreciate that they use real fruit in some of their other teas. The staff has always been very friendly."
"Let me start by saying the people who waited on us were so very pleasant and nice. The milk tea with boba is pretty solid. It's fairly sweet with a nice chew. Did I mention the people working here are very sweet? That's why the next part is sad to have to writeThe Taiyaki (fish cones, for the ign'ant) was kind of a let down. They're more like pancakes than waffles. Remember that Office episode where the Michael Scott Paper Company had their rectangle pancake breakfast to solicit new clients? Even Creed didn't want them... well these aren't that bad, but they're not as good as the fish waffle cones at Snowtime. And mine came out ten minutes after my wife's did.The plus is that they use scoops vs soft serve. The people are great, the boba is good, but I'm going to have to pass on the Taiyaki"
"Yes yes yes for me for Yes Cafe! This is considered one of my comfort food place. A cute little mom and pop vibe with tasty traditional Taiwanese food.My go to here is usually the popcorn chicken and Taiwanese pork combo and the papaya milk smoothie. I love the sauce that goes with the rice and also the brown tea egg, cabbage, tofu, and yellow pickled daikon. It makes a complete meal for me. The popcorn chicken is always a fun and flavorful snack to have. The beef roll is another classic that's delicious too. Recently they had a really good boneless pork chop. Tastes like the popcorn chicken. You can order most anything and it'll come out pretty fast. The staff are all so nice and work efficiently."
"I came here with a new friend and we grabbed some boba to go due to seating being available in the shop. I got a very interesting boba tea flavor that I can't recallThe service was quick and friendly and the added punch card is a bonus. The shop was clean as well which made me feel safe with covid being present in our world."
"I've been here a handful of times. My daughter loves the coconut snow. It is refreshing and delicious. The staff is friendly and informative. The reason I only give three stars is because it is horrifically expensive. $10 for a 16 oz coconut snow with pineapple jelly is crazy. I don't know if that's the going rate for boba but it blows my mind that a drink can cost that much. My daughter asks for it all the time but we only go for a very special treat because of the cost."
"Tried this place out for the first time today. My wife and I really enjoyed it here. The girl working the counter was very nice and helpful. She answered any and all questions we had. Ended up getting a peach tea and the iced brown sugar tea. They were both really good and we'll be back soon. What we liked the most was the atmosphere they've created here. It's very relaxing and welcoming."
"My friends really like this location so they brought me with them to try it! We were able to place our order fairly quickly as there was only one other group in front of us. The drinks came out extremely quick, but the coin took about 10 minutes to be ready. The location is small and looks decently clean. They have several posters with drink and food options for reference. The taro smoothie with mango jellies is my go-to at boba spots and I ordered it here as well. It was pretty good."
"Cute little boba shop! They've got a great location in the Scottsdale Quarter. Their menu is extensive. They have so many options and you can customize practically anything on their menu. I went with the Papa Guava and it was really refreshing. I wasn't a huge fan of the popping boba, wish I would've swapped that out. They constantly had people coming in and leaving but the staff were all quick and friendly. Nice little treat to grab during a hot Monday in Arizona!"
"Delicious drinks and dogs! This place has such a dope ambiance! It is truly a place where you can bring your laptop, grab a corner, and eat some good treats. They have a variety of teas, bobas, fruit jelly, blended drinks, and more. I love tropical fruits, so seeing Lychee and Passion fruit on the menu is a huge win. My kids love the teas. They are a little too sweet for me. However, I added water, and it was perfect. I do believe you can adjust the sweet level for more balance. Now, for the star of the show, the Krispy dogs! Filling-Beef,Cheese, or half and half Coating-Hot Cheeto, Churro, Krispy,Potato, or Classic. What I love is that meat is a great quality beef, and the coating options are legit! The Krispy Dog is probably my favorite because it offers a nice balance of sweet and savory, which compliments the hot dog perfectly. My son loves the Hot Cheeto because what kids aren't obsessed with hot stuff right now.I would have given them another star if the dogs were crispier. If the Hot Dog is called Krispy, then I expect a crunch when I bite it and soft on the inside. Circa Ala Hot Dog on the Stick mall days, man miss them. However, I brought the dogs home and popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes, and it truly was another level!!! All in all, this place is solid, unique, and great customer service. I can't wait to try the Kimchi fries, which I will update my review when I do. Until then, go get one!"
"This place is located in a strip mall. My first impression walking in is that it smelled a little musty from no air circulating. I don't think they had the air conditioner on. An open door or any fan would have been nice. The customer service was good we were greeted right away and our order came out quickly. I ordered a passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba and my husband got the coconut milk tea with boba. Both were very good. Not too sweet and perfect amount of ice. Would definitely recommend. I just hope they do something about the temperature in there and maybe if they put in some seating (a couple tables to hang out) but maybe that is their work in progress so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. So for now I give it 4 stars. But again good drinks and good service. Will definitely pay them another visit."
"I came here with a friend. She had one of the bubble waffle treats and I got a coconut mango boba . The interior of the shop was cute and the decor was modern and photo worthy. The amount of flavor varieties was a pleasant surprise. I loved that you can mix up to 3 flavors (I believe). I haven't seen a boba shop that offers this for no extra cost. Kudos! I loved my boba overall except that some of the pearls were over cooked. I overlooked this because the taste of the tea itself was so yummy. I didn't eat any of my friends bubble waffle but she said it was good. It looked good too."
"Popped in here to get some taro root while while waiting for my dinner. The vibe is chill, and the staff are polite and welcoming. They've got an extensive menu that can fix you up."
"Came here for some boba because it was the closest bad had good reviews. The family that owns this shop is very nice. It looks like a two person operation so the wait is a bit longer than other places, worth it though. Got the almond milk tea with boba and the tarp milk with boba. The almond milk tea is especially amazing. Both were really good and the jumbo size is perfect. Also got a churro as well. It was freshly made, hot and full of cinnamon sugar. I'll definitely be back."
"This place is awesome! Been here multiple times. Henry is so sweet and is always down to talk and make whatever crazy drink you want! The store is always so clean and a nice spot to hangout. They have a chalkboard wall for the kiddos! This is my favorite drink for my fruit lovers:Black tea + lemonadePassionfruit, strawberry and pomegranate flavorStrawberry & blueberry pearls mixed"
"I love the Thai mango smoothie drink. I have never had anything like this anywhere. It's basically a mango smoothie with coconut milk and tapioca. It's amazing, rich, and delicious! Get this and you will not be disappointed!"
"Miss Dessert had some delicious foods! The place is super clean, inviting with smiling employees. We ordered a brown sugar latte, mango sticky rice and mango pancakes. Everything was ready quickly and so delicious. The brown sugar latte was perfect amount of sweetness. You can order less or more sweet. The mango with purple sticky rice is always a great dessert. The mango pancakes were so fluffy, creamy and delicate. Can't wait to stop in again soon!"
"Really cute and nicely decorated boba shop ! You can win prices from the machine and trade up to bigger plushies ! Their drinks are good and have more food options ! I got the dragon fruit milk tea and it was sweet and delicious . Service was pretty fast we went during the week"
"I found yet another PINK themed boba shop, thanks to the gram!! I got suckered in when I saw they have the surprise cups here. It's a wide open space with a good amount of seating and enough tables to hang out with a group of friends. At the time of our visit, we almost missed it because it doesn't have a proper sign over the doors, just a banner. It's located in a wide open shopping center next to am Asian market with lots of parking available. I can't remember the name of the Asian store, but the shopping center looks run down and could use a revamp. We stopped in on our way home to keep us cool from the sweltering heat in the valley. We ordered 4 drinks and some popcorn chicken. I like that you can choose what flavor you want for your chicken. They also have curly fries. The drinks are really tasty, and you can adjust the sweetness level on most drinks, which is always nice. The chicken was made fresh to order, and they have a few sauce options. Prices are average, and the wait time was minimal. They also sell cute merch here like hair scrunchies, slap wrist bracelets, boba drink bags, etc. I appreciated Isaac's customer service when I went back to order a 2nd drink when I opened my 1st cup to find a PINK Kirby keychain!! LOL You know what my favorite color is, so I kindly placed my order and just so happened to mention that if the "powers that be" could make some blue or white magic happen, I'd be stoked! Well.. the powers came through, and my 2nd cup revealed a blue & white bear (I think? Or Is it a wolf or dog? lol) keychain, haha! This place rocks, and even if the entire place bleeds pink, I'm a fan!I'll be back sooner or later, and you better bet your bottom dollar I'll be manifesting blue/turquoise vibes coming out of my 3rd cup from Ume Tea! Thank you, Isaac, and the rest of the staff for making our first experience here a memorable one!"
"The staff is so sweet! Loved our donuts and Thai Tea. Their drive thru is 24 hours. I will absolutely be back!"
"Super cute as most boba places are. They had quite the variety and I liked how the different types had their own category. The service was great as she helped explain the menu and made some suggestions. I tried the galaxy boba (w/ soda not tea) and the mango ice cream one. The ice cream boba was amazing!! So refreshing on this 110° day. It made the walk back to our hotel worth it."
